[Resolved]  TATA SONATA WRIST WATCHES — Faulty wrist watches

This is with regard to the wristwatch (model number - 8938-SM02) of Tata Sonata purchased by me from big bazaar, lower parel Mumbai.

I want to bring to your notice that I had bought this wristwatch on 13th Feb 2011 and as on today I’m facing the problem with the wristwatch. Sometimes it stops automatically and sometimes it runs faster then the set time, which is very harassing for us.

I’m facing this problem from last three weeks, several times I have visited the authorized showroom of titan, which is again a tata company at Andheri East and West to register my complaints and take the services for my wristwatch but they denied to give me the services and asked me to return it the big bazaar for the services.

I’m herewith attaching the bill and warranty card I got with the wristwatches and I want the replacement of the same kindly help me to resolve this case on ASAP basis.

I’m sending the copy of this letter to consumer forum too for giving a poor quality product. As a Tata brand I had expected a good quality product so I don’t want to service my wristwatch, as the product that didn’t not even worked properly for 6 months is definitely a very poor quality.

I had bought this gift for my relatives and because of your faulty product I’m facing ashamed in front of my relatives, I hope you people can understand the embarrassment I’ve to bear. We as a customer pay more and purchase higher quality product expecting a good quality and I’m personally feeling that I’ve not got the value of my money.
