Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Royal diamond set via order no. M1061558 and I found that some of the things were missing and some of them were not as shown in TV. I had lodged compliant on 7 th and 9th December conveying the same and I was given assurance that I will be delivered to me in 10 days but when I inquired after 10 days they told me that It will be delivered to me by end of December and when I called at end of December they are telling me that it is out of stock.
I have done shopping for the first time from telebrand and I am very disappointed with product and services of the company. I request you to replace the product of supply me missing sets or refund my money and if that is not possible I will take action against you by filing compliant in consumer forum.
Following Things are missing
Toe ring
12 earning and nose ring
instead of diamonds sets are having pearls
Zerconian set doesnot have to adjustable finger ring
On the top of all this customer care personnel have blocked our number and whenever we call from those no. it gives message of busy and when called from other number they we are able to call them.
Pls let me know what action is taken
