This rep lists under different company names, but the rep's name is typically "Taky Gong." He lists gorgeous pictures of products, but then you receive something totally different.
He has promised to do better, but the quality on EVERY single order is not just bad, but HORRIBLE!!! Bubbled plating, blobs of solder, soldered areas that were not plated, poor designs, and I've received several shipments where 90% to 100% of the products were damaged due to poor packing, and they refused to replace the damaged products. I gave them ample chances to try new platers and techniques, but at some point a manufacturer eitehr has the eye for, and cares about, quality control or not. On top of that, they have large minimums per style, so you're stuck with a bunch of shoddy product that either needs repair or needs to be trashed. Buyer beware!!! Was this information helpful? |
