I bought this gold plated kada/bangle worth R.969/- from Zuni store in R-City, Ghatkopar Mumbai on Nov 21 and I was told that the bangle has a silver base with 24 karat gold plating with lifetime plating and crystals warranty. But within a week's usage the plating started to fade and copper was visible on the bangle. I went to the store after 2 weeks and they refused to give my money back. They were ready to polish the bangle again but no credit note or refund. When I showed the copper then they told me that it has less silver and more copper base. This is fraud and misleading the customer. I want my money back as I get better products at lesser from another brand.
