I had ordered my books from Jaipur and they sent it to Jaunpur (Pin Code 222142)
via DTDC Courier.
The tracking no. shows that the parcel has been delivered at my address but I never got a call from anyone suggesting that the courier is being delivered. Also, no other person at my home has received it.
Since the courier contains BOOKS and I’ve to take my exams on 1st of November, I took emergency measures to even reach out the sorting officer and all the DTDC offices in & around the area, but to no avail. All the staff has been nothing but inefficient in doing their jobs.

I demand the courier to be delivered to the rightful owner i.e. Varsha Singh, at my designated address. And I need it to be delivered urgently.

This is a case of gross negligence and inefficiency to perform services. Highly disappointed with DTDC!!

I'm available to take my order but delivery agent did not call or message me for delivery and the get a message from dtdc that receiver is not available. My phone no. Is on and I'm also available in delivery address. And in customer care no. no one response

And this show that address is incomplete, but address is right.

The product dispatched by Visit organisation was picked up ob 17th of June 2023 and tracking ID provided to sender Z17204181.

As a receiver I never got the product delivered. When I chased multiple times the sender, they provided me the DTDC tracking ID.

On checking it shows the first date when product was picked up from sender but no progress thereafter. I called customer care on 13th Oct 23, they said to check and revert. I Even raised a ticket 9561430 by creating a login ID on DTDC portal.
there is no response and now when I am calling customer care the agent keeps call on hold for 5 mins and then it gets disconnected.
This has happened multiple times. I have the recording of the calls with DTDC agent.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against DTDC delivery services regarding ongoing deeply unsatisfactory experience with dtdc consignment number H39288372.

I had specifically chosen DTDC for the swift delivery of medicine. However, despite the DTDC website indicating that the area residing under my pincode is a serviceable location, and despite all other services and recipients at the specified address receiving parcels without issue, the DTDC delivery agent contacted me, insisting that I must pick up the parcel at their location instead of a delivery. This is not only unreasonable but also causes significant inconvenience.

My numerous attempts to resolve this matter with DTDC customer support have proven futile, and this issue remains unresolved for over five days since the initial booking.

I kindly request your immediate intervention to address this situation. It is crucial to highlight that DTDC has accepted responsibility for the parcel, and the actions of their employees at the destination are in direct contradiction to the standard of service I expected and paid for.

Consignment number K63683968 is not delivered even after 5 days it reached to nearest center. Every morning status shows out for delivery and at evening status got updated to Could Not attempt. No idea what does that mean. This is happening for last 5 days. Get call from some person every day. Asks thousand questions but no result. Need immediate attention as the package contains important document.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 14th and package contained sweets coming from Tirupati to Bangalore couriered on 12th.
DTDC guys I dont know what they have messed up, they are lying receiver is not available. I am very much at the given address neither there was any call attempt made nor anybody entered premises on apartment.
They are updating status as per their convince and not resolving my issue.
My courier is already spoiled and they are not ready to refund nor give resolution

I have raised multiple concerns digitally and through call centers.
But none has helped me.

I have not received my consignment number D76763729.Ststus showing delivered but i have not received any consignment.Show me the proof or receiving as there is no entry in my society at that time and date.

I recently shipped 1 laptop via DTDC and taken insurance on the items, Packed in a very tight manner but still when the consignment is being received by the receiver, He reported damage in the product, When asked by the courier company to provide claim on the damage, They clearly denied it and start behaving very abnormally and strangely. When asked to provide clarification they said we don't care and started misbehaving with us. Raised this concern multiple times but no response. This is the final call else i am going to file a lawful case to get my compensation.

My courier hasn;t been delivered for the past one week +. It's kind of emergency parcel to be delivered. AEB D72066678. Please look on to the issue and get my parcel delivered at the earliest

Delivery not made by courier boy. And giving reason that door was closed whereas i received no call from delivery boy. Order is delayed way beyond given time.

My order ID : B21112945, was marked as delivered on 10th october, 6:06 p.m. But i didnt receive my order or any call from delivery agent. They updated the receiver's name on the website as "Ghh". This is very concerning. Please look through this matter and dtdc should improve their services. Worst service ever!

The courier was booked on 11th sep'23 and it continued in that status only tll 6th Oct'23. Multiple follow ups done with the courier local vendor and even the case raised with DTDC but no response.

The package contains life critical medicines worth Rs.20, 000.

Careless attitude by the company and shortfall of services.

I was suppose to receive my shipment with Tracking Number : U61241095 yesterday. Yesterday 9 Oct 2023 its was showing the Activity as "Out for Delivery" at 2:36 P.M. But suddenly at around 7 'O Clock it started showing Not Delivered(CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED). it is very important shipment that i have been waiting. I took service of around 128, 000 from Ambernath centre of Dtdc.. most of my products were removed before couriering from Ambernath. It was international courier to Ireland, I was told this products wnt be sent to ireland..they said removed products will be returned to pickup location but was not returned.. they kept on delaying and after almost 1 month only half of products were returned all eatable items were missing and now staff is saying it was kept at building security.. that too when I enquired they replied.. why was product kept at security.. security is saying he dint took any product plus we checked cctv no product was delivered to security in past one week. Guy is not even sharing exact date of delivery of product to security.

I had a package which was out for delivery on 03rd October at 18:31 but I got the delivery OTP at 19:48 that your package is out for delivery but in the next second a message came that your gate is locked. We were not able to deliver / Firstly my gate was not closed and secondly the delivery boy had not even come to the street not did he call me.

I order something from a insta account and they send it through DTDC .AWB number - M32549823 So parcel is shipped from Mumbai on 8 sept and reached jaipur Mansarovar branch at 11 sept. And shows the delivery status - delivered to singchen. But it's not me. And it is not delivered to my given address. And customer care number are ering also . I mail them but they say they check to whom it delivered and it's 6 days to this. So my request is that it delivered to the given address.it want it to delivered it to v.k.sharma.

I have sent the courier through DTDC. FDM is prepared on September 29th, 2023 but it has not been delivered yet. No response from DTDC support.

I ordered icruze watch on 26th of September 2023. Order shows dispatched and out for delivery on 29th of September but suddenly status changed to CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED and still no update where my order is. I have attach the image which shows the order number and the further details on the order.. please look forward into it. Delivery person didn't even bothered to call me even the customer care. This is not right.

The tracking page shows that the product is delivered to someone named Richard Immanuel Devanand. I do not know this person. Nor has an DTDC delivery agent called me or come home, as I was home all day.
Please look into this and deliver my product. Thank you.
