I returned an amazon pro. By drdc con no. D43291377 fr which amazon is asking drs prf bt dtdc is nt providing drs copy evn aftr so many requsts... Evn aftr 15 days they didnt give me drs copy... I contct dtdc bangluru whitefield so many times bt they didnt give any satisfactroy response... Evn they disconnect my cls... I hv charged 2100 fr the delivry bt didnt get drs copy which i needed the most......

courier not received

This is regarding consignment A41320413. We have not received the courier and the tracking status shows that the courier reached the Hyderabad hub on June 23. The last status update is on June 26 that the courier is at Balanagar facility. We tried the customer care numbers but no one received the call. So, on June 29 we went to Balanagar facility and checked. They informed that they do not have the courier and also they did not know where...

incorrect pin code entered in the system

C82891292 is the docket number. The courier contains very important documents. While on the parcel and on the receipt, the pin code is correct but while tracking it, i came to know that the dtdc representative has entered a wrong destination pin code. I have been trying calling on the customer service numbers, but either the numbers are not functioning or there is no response from the other end. This is the height of carelessness....

wrong pin code, instead of 400102 it is 400053

I have a important and urgent courier posted at wrong pincode of 400102 which is out for delivery. Its actual delivery pincode is 400053 for DN Nagar metro station, Mumbai. Though, the address on courier is correct. Consignment no is V46522457. Please inform them at the earliest. Courier is urgent and should not be misplaced. I have attached the receipt for the details. Let me know if anything else is required....

missing product

On 4th of may i send my courier through dtdc marol (Military road branch) i handover my courier to mr. Sukhveer.

In your system information is showing that product is successfully delivered but the product didn't reached yet.

And in your system it is showing that product is delivered to noida (201301)

I am following mr sukhveer in marol (Military road) since last 17 days.

misbehavior of the courier service agent with customer

Courier service agent was misbehaving with me and talking very rudely. Even he charged me money for cancellation of the order. He charged 100rs. For the receipt of the order which i cancelled. And the wife of that agent was using very abusive language. I request u to take strict action against him. He is from muradnagar, gzb - 201206 near ofm gate....

cheating by courier company

I booked an express next day delivery of my home keys from delhi to rishikesh with consignment number v41301068
The man picked up my package at 11.30 on 23 oct 2017 am promising next day delivery.
I found put that in spite of issuing me a receipt and booking of the package on 23rd, he dispatched it on 24th - the day it was supposed to be delivered.
My family had no place to stay for a whole day.
Dtdc should take...

mis route??? seriously :-o then y do v need to give address???

My shipment [case# 07578171 : tracking query case status : new... Consignment no : r26960179] is out for delivery and the delivery person has not even contacted me once. The online status is a mis route... Seriously??? Then why do we provide dtdc with delivery address???

Why s ur service so pathetic. Wat dies this mean not delivered. Am waiting for this courier from a week and now it shows mus route.. Wat am i supposed to do.. This s not the first time am experiencing this. Last time u guys lost my courier.. This time mis route. I need this courier in a day or 2 days time.. Kindly check wat u can do on this.. i booked a parcel on 16th of June from Jaipur to Gurgaon, providing all the necessary details, phone number of the recipient, etc. I am sadly surprised that DTDC one of the best domestic courier services of India has failed in delivering my parcel, no proper information can be traced from the tracking number from 20th June. I tried calling DTDC Jaipur and Gurgaon office but they never responded.

I have dispatched a consignment bearing number *v28839009* on 11th april 2016 from delhi to balangir (767001) on an urgent basis through dtdc premium service paying a cost of rs. 400. The dispatching centre guys assured me to deliver the consignment on the 3rd day i.E. 13th april 2016 at the receiving address. Item delivery is very slow and response is very poor

Not giving home delivery
