I have a parcel ( M[protected] coming from MUMBAI to AHMEDABAD. I checked the status and saw the package has reached AHMEDABAD but why does it show MISROUTE. I am Ramyasree Nair from Kalyan, Maharashtra. I send a courier to Choolissery, Kerala through DTDC. Courier number is A47040455 dt.02/12/2020. It has reached its destination but they are not delivering it to the said address. They are telling to the customer to pick up the parcel from their courier office which is faraway from the customer's house that also during this covid time. Today I received my package which I had couriered from Patna. I received the delivery at its Destination in Sringar, Jammu and Kashmir. One of the two packages had a broken suit case in it while it was well in condition when it was packed by DTDC guys in Patna. I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my office. I was constantly following the tracking as i was not registered for the message service. After 30th of OCT there no progress in my parcel. So on 2nd Nov i called and complained to them and on 3rd my parcel was finally out for delivery.

I sent my monitor from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar through DTDC.
consignment id: D61152896
But it reached destination in damaged condition, it's LCD panel is cracked.
I raised a complaint with DTDC customer care, but there seems to be no response. They just mentioned that operation is investigating the issue.
The product was worth Rs 20000 .
Please ask DTDC to compensate my losses.

Parcel not delivered. Shows out of delivery and at end of day some other status gets updated . Already told them to try delivery attempt in between 9 am to 5 PM. Now latest it shows "Not Delivered(Paperwork required-(OTR))"

Customer care does not respond and if does, they say will check and revert and disconnects call....

I sent a laptop from visakhapatnam to pune via dtdc courier services, (Consignment number - d[protected] on 7th september 2020.
I had also claimed an insurance of rs.35000/- against the laptop carriage consignment.

On 12th august 2020 i had one consignment with dtdc for moving goods from hyderabad to coimbatore. When i have approached dtdc they have agreed for a tax invoice will be given on making the payment. But after making the payment they have given only a copy of consignment note.

1. I have booked consignment on 30 july 20 from noida to kolkata bearing tracking id z46374395 and as per last update on 03 aug 20, it shows that the consignment was out for delivery but entry restricted (Otr).

2. I was never contact by any delivery person or any executive regarding the same and also i tried to establish contact to many dtdc services across kolkata but all the members are careless...
