    I have already submitted a complaint for delivering my item broken. Please let me know how many days it will take for refund as they charged Rs.70 and my item cost is Rs.250. (Tracking No.). The receiver felt so unhappy as it was a birthday gift and broken and I felt so embarrassed to hear this. Not only the money they have hurt my feelings as DTDC has handled this so lightly. I need a solution so that they should never take anything Lightly.

        Address: Palakkad, Kerala

        The Mug was dispatched on 24/2/24 through DTDC (Chandranagar, Palakkad, Kerala) to Coimbatore(Saravanampatti). When I handed over the packet I told them that Mug should be packed properly as they are chances of breaking and they promised me a safe dispatch. But when it reached the concerned person on 27th it was broken and from then I raised a complaint and the details are as follows:

          Consignment no - D76519625. PARCEL BOOKED AT KHYALA, NEW DELHI-18
          I send a parcel through DTDC courier to HOSHANGABAD (MADHYA PRADESH), and no progress showed from the date of booking. Then I called local office they told me pack went as "WITHOUT" entry and it would be delivered in 48 hours. But even then No progress apart from fake tracking updates for next 7 days. But Still no progress about the package. Even after 4 MONTH the package not been delivered and no movement at all struck somewhere. I am afraid they misappropriated my pack and created fake tracking information. Its day light robbery and breach of trust. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS USELESS AND NOT AT ALL WORKING AS IT SHOULD DO. LOCAL OFFICE PEOPLE NOW VERY RUDE.
          I HAVE RECORDED CONVERSATION AND BOOKED SLIP AS PROOF

              I have booked a parcel containing sweets worth Rs 4000 (3 KG weight) on dt-30.01.2024 by paying Rs 760.00 as service charges to M/s DTDC having docket No X55018688 dt-30.01.2024 from Delhi to Chennai.

              During booking, DTDC has assured to make the delivery in 3 days.
              When i did not received the parcel by 03.02.2024 i have called DTDC customer care and raised my issue.They have registered my complaint with a note delivery on next day urgent basis but even after calling around 10-15 times (i have call records also of customer care recording) every time they raise a concern but did not deliver till 11.02.2024.

              During the time i also contacted the local delivery office of DTDC but they did not reveal their address otherwise i would have received the parcel by my own vehicle.

              On 12th Feb they reach at my home for delivery with a box in damaged condition and sweets also got fouling smell.Then i refused to take the delivery.

              DTDC Customer Complaint no[protected] of Shipment Undelivered. They closed my complaint with any solution.
              I want my money back from DTDC worth Rs 4000 for item cost and Rs 760 for service charges- total claim amt Rs 4760.00

                  I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report a significant issue with a recent delivery I received through your courier service. My tracking number is D73484183.

                  Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the LED TV inside was severely damaged. The screen is cracked, and there are visible signs of mishandling during transit. I have attached several images of the damaged TV for your reference.

                  As this TV was a valuable purchase, I am extremely disappointed by the condition in which it arrived. I kindly request reimbursement for the full amount of the TV as soon as possible.

                  I understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but I trust that your company will take responsibility for this matter and promptly provide the reimbursement to remedy the situation.

                  Please let me know the procedure for initiating the reimbursement process and any further steps I need to take from my end.

                    On 14th february 2024 I send a courier from Ratlam to Jaipur on KHANDELWAL GIRLS PG but but due to various branch of KHANDELWAL GIRLS PG i mentioned the wrong address and i am trying to raise the query for the same to modify the address but they are not accepting it and the courier is not delivering to it's receiver so please look into the matter because the courier is to important to deliver on time to the correct person so please contact the official to look into the matter

                      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your DTDC branch in Sarapaka. I have been experiencing issues with the delivery of my items. Despite receiving tracking messages from my company since January 13th, 2024, I have not received my package as of February 15th, 2024.

                      Every time I check the status, it shows 'out for delivery- Non Serviceable Area'. When I visit the DTDC location in Sarapaka, located at MVR8+2V3, NH 30, Telangana 507128, and inquire about my item with the Reference Number 7D6910796, I receive no response or assistance. This has caused a significant inconvenience as the item is important and needs to be received promptly.

                      I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and ask for prompt action to ensure the delivery of my item without further delay.
                      Please ensure that the item should not be returned to the sender and deliver it to my address without fail. Kindly reach me in case not possible to deliver and need another address.

                        My package ( Tracking No: X55098379, Reference No:[protected], Booking Date:06th feb'24 ) was supposed to get delivered today (07th feb'24 to Delhi (Pin Code: 110043).

                        But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

                        The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

                          Where the hell is my package? V89520642. I paid for express delivery and I even don't the the correct tracking status. This is not acceptable. If it is not delivered by today I will take action on DTDC. This was urgent delivery and agent assured me of delivery by today. But the package is still in intransit status. How much time does it takes to go from Pune to Sangli. If it is not delivered by today night I will take this matter to concerned government department.

                              I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the delivery of my parcel from udhampur (182101) with tracking number 7D3311451. The parcel as of today(2feb, 2024), it has not been delivered, and the lack of communication from dtdc end has only added to my frustration.

                              The tracking information indicates that the parcel has been in the local facility for the past two days, yet there has been no attempt made to contact me or deliver the package.

                              So, I decided to pick it up by myself, I reached the dtdc officee in heavy rain and asked for my parcel they replied 'we don't have any parcel on your name or address'.

                              Later on when I got back and checked again he status its said 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))'. The whole time I was at my home with my phone active, yet i didn't received any call from dtdc and now its showing 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))'. What's this now? I want my parcel back,

                              This experience has tarnished my perception of your company's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. From now on i would never use dtdc adn never suggest anyone to use dtdc, they put you in dark and never solve your problem.

                                Hello!

                                I was ordered a mattress from amazon and it was a wrong Size so i self return it through DTDC.

                                I have booked a shipment from Chennai to Bangalore on Jan 13 th 2024.

                                After so many calls to customer care of DTDC, the dtdc update is Not delivered Restricted Entry(OTR).

                                I dont know Why and it is just a mattress.
                                The customer care is so useless and i had made more than 9 calls. After that they update as Not Delivered Restricted Entry (OTR).The most worst service so far.

                                Please do something.

                                  My package ( Tracking No: 7D1893175, supposed to get delivered on 30, 01, 2024)

                                  But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".
                                  The address provided is definitely correct and I have contacted to customer care and conform the address, I will stay in the same address more than 10 years and my home on the main road . Morning out of delivery and evening address incomplete this same happened two days, This is what happens after talking to customer care, the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.
                                  Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it today urgently.
                                  In any case, Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible.
