I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the delivery of my parcel from udhampur (182101) with tracking number 7D3311451. The parcel as of today(2feb, 2024), it has not been delivered, and the lack of communication from dtdc end has only added to my frustration.

The tracking information indicates that the parcel has been in the local facility for the past two days, yet there has been no attempt made to contact me or deliver the package.

So, I decided to pick it up by myself, I reached the dtdc officee in heavy rain and asked for my parcel they replied 'we don't have any parcel on your name or address'.

Later on when I got back and checked again he status its said 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))'. The whole time I was at my home with my phone active, yet i didn't received any call from dtdc and now its showing 'Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))'. What's this now? I want my parcel back,

This experience has tarnished my perception of your company's reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction. From now on i would never use dtdc adn never suggest anyone to use dtdc, they put you in dark and never solve your problem.

Unusual delay in delivering the package to my address....

I was ordered a mattress from amazon and it was a wrong Size so i self return it through DTDC.

I have booked a shipment from Chennai to Bangalore on Jan 13 th 2024.

After so many calls to customer care of DTDC, the dtdc update is Not delivered Restricted Entry(OTR).

I dont know Why and it is just a mattress.
The customer care is so useless and i had made more than 9...

My package ( Tracking No: 7D1893175, supposed to get delivered on 30, 01, 2024)

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".
The address provided is definitely correct and I have contacted to customer care and conform the address, I will stay in the same address more than 10 years and my home on the main road . Morning out of delivery and evening address incomplete this same happened two days, This is what happens after talking to customer care, the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.
Please resolve and update me regarding my package. I need it today urgently.
In any case, Please ensure that I receive the package as soon as possible.

5. Reply from customer care - will solve within 24Hrs.. but no update.

Since 3 days my order status was in same stated. I raised complain why it not changing what is upated from dtdc, I haven't got any proper update, then later they said it will get delivered today before 5 pm but they said I'm not reachable, I didn't received any call or info without saying me they did all very unprofessional behavior

I placed an order from ibuychemiclas Chennai for a chemical n-heptane on Jan 2024 that was supposed to be delivered to my address in Bangalore. Tracking on ibuychemiclas website showed courier tracking no. DTDC 7D3238332. On tracking the courier on DTDC website, i found an item being delivered to some wrong address in Chennai. I communicated the same to DTDC on 13th Jan. They replied to me that they would enquire and raised the ticket. Shockingly...

I placed an order with ibuychemicla, chennai for n-heptane on 8th Jan 2024 and the order IBCINV0007X47886. The order shows details of the order with the address of the receiver. The order also gives the tracking I'd of the courier as 7D3238332.
On checking with DTDC website, the order has been delivered to someone in Chennai. On sending a mail on 13th Jan, DTDC is still processing the ticket. When contacted ibuychemiclas, they are passing the buck on DTDC. DTDC and ibuychemiclas should send 5he item immediately and pay for the damages.

The package is at the final position but still has not moved at all for 2 days, the driver didnt even attempt delivery but it still says"DTDC — Not delivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) "

The delivery person asked me to pick my parcel up from their office if i can. i answered their call and informed that i cannot pick my parcel and it is thier responsibility to deliver, and if the address was not deliverable they should not accept such deliveries from the sender. The delivery staff then said that they will deliver the parcel by evening and they nobody showed up. on tracking my parcel details i saw that they have marked my parcel as delivered.
i again called the delivery person and he again made an excuse that he will deliver it the next day by 11am. I tried contacting them the next day and nobody answered as it was sunday, then at 1 pm on sunday their office opened and upon calling the employ of that office started making excuses and said if you want the parcel come and pick it yourself. i enquired why they kept on making excuses yesterday and why have the marked it as delivered when no attempt for delivery was made, then he again started making excuses and arguing.
i informed him that i am sendind someone to pick the parcel and i will raise a complaint against him. then he said fine rasie a complaint and i'll not give your parcel till i get a mail now. i then lost my temper and had to quarrel with him and i warned him that ypu cannot hold my parcel after marking it delivered. i had to send someone over at their office to collect my parcel.
I'm surprised how this company is operating and how can their employs inspite of being wrong threaten the consumer that they'll not give them their parcel.

My order ID - D80890198. On Jan 06 2024, I got a OTP and There Mentioned The Order Is Out of Delivery. So, I cancelled All my works to collect the product. I didn't receive any call from the courier guy. Now, there mentioned that (Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)). but, I am in my home and waiting for the courier guy. And, I also tried to there customer care mobile number, Didn't get any response, Also mail Them Still...

This is with regards to consignment no. K64985582. It was shipped from Guwahati on 5th December 2023. It was to be delivered in Bangalore. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer care we get no response from the team. We are put on hold with the promise of providing information but every time the call is disconnected after being put on hold.

Promises are made saying "a callback from the backend team has been arranged". However, we receive no calls whatsoever. Finally a lady named Amudha L gets in touch. She says the whole lot of multiple parcels are missing and they cannot track it. She asks for 2 days' time. We patiently wait but no callback is made to us. Every time we call the lady up she says she's working on the case but fails to provide us with any kind of resolution or any information about my package. She asks us to share the invoice and details of the contents of the package. We have shared all requested details over email.

Finally the lady also stopped responding and receiving our calls.

My package contains clothing items and the value of the same is Rs. 19, 800/-. I want compensation for the item that DTDC has lost. Please compensate me for the same. I am distressed with DTDC and the harassment and pain it has caused me.

My package isnt delivered yet, it showed out for delivery toady at 12 noon but in the evening it should couldnt delivered due to could not attempt, what does that mean? And when will be my package get delivered?
