I have purchased Round trip from CCU-DEL-CCU but change of official program I asked to reschedule my ticket. But easemytrip demanded hi-price for rescheduling charges which is more than marketed available fresh ticket amount several times I have contacted with them but they do not wanted to consider any thing. I have forced to cancel both tickets. I have purchased fresh ticket from other site. Easemytrip has been deducted almost full amount against cancellation. I have lost almost Rs 5000 amount for both way cancellation charges.I requested to authority to refund at least one way fare where I can make up my losses to some extent.

id - emt22441366. I have raised complaint to deduct one way amount. And requested to refund at least one way fare . and it is not yet resolved but how it has been marked as resolved I could not understand. Requested to mark the complain open.

I have purchased the tickets for my daughter i.e. Round trip from Bangalore to bhubaneswar but change of Examination program I want to reschedule my ticket. I have contacted with them but they do not wanted to consider any thing.
I requested to authority to rescheduling my ticket from October 31st and 15th November instead of 20th September to and 23rd September 2018.

    I havent received the refund till now of my two tickets. Detail as under:

    Both the tickets were cancelled by aircosta and full refund was assured. Payment is not still received.
    Cancellation process is processed by travel partner ease my trip on 27/03/2017
    But i havent received the full refund. Do i know why???
    Please send the full refund amount in my account and inform me.

    As it's already informed that your amount has been processed to travel agency's credit limit (Easemytrip), however we will process the amount into travel agency's account within next 15 working days. We request you to bear with us during the interim time.

    But till date i have not got the refund amount
    And today i talked with ease my trip customer care
    He told me that air costa is not refunding the amount so we are not refunding.
    Now i have left only with one option of going to consumer court and should file a case against both travel partners for full refund with interest and mental harrasement and of cheating for which u should be fined and i should be getting all the legal process expenses.

      I ashok kumar sahni, had missed my spicejet flight from hyderabad to delhi pnr no. Peqy2e on 5 th may 2017.
      But still now the taxes of the ticket has not been credited in my account. I had also made the complaint to the spice jet, but they replied that they have forwarded my details to the source of booking and i must contact them.
      So you are requested to take the necessary action and refund the amount as soon as possible.

        I would never suggest anyone to book a ticket via easemytrip platform.. This is the worst site i have ever experienced in my life...

        I booked a ticket from bagdogra to delhi for 8 sept... I was really happy initially to book a ticket at cheapest rate... But when i got a confirmed booked ticket i saw that baggage was allowed 0 kg.. Which is really #,... As of no passenger would be going just to roam about in a flight... Atleast some luggage would definitely be there... When i called up ease my trip... They were so rude to listen to my complaint.. They behaved as such as if they themselves were helpless... They just kept on replying me" talk to the flight personnel" as if they had no responsibility... When i asked them to cancel up my flight they rudely said to me rs. 5000 as if customer money has no value... I am really disapppointed...

          I had selected and booked the ticket for go air 15:25 flight delhi to ahmedabad. However, after making the payment, the ticket was generated for spice jet 06:20 flight delhi to ahmedabad.

          Immediately, i called up the customer care on[protected] and told them about the error. They denied that their system is right and i might have made the booking mistake. However, i reiterated everything. I tried to convince them, but they say i am at fault. The customer is always at fault after making the payments.

          However, everything is in vain. They are not ready to accept the mistake. The company is not ready to accept if this is their system mistake. They say the system is fool's proof. However, when their data get's hacked, they say sorry publicly. But if we point out system fault, its in vain and on deaf ears and we have to make the payments.

          In my case they asked me they cannot help and i have to do new booking. I have no options but to shell out more for the trip.
          Will going to consumer court help.

          I am putting a copy to consumer disputes redressal forum anand, old civil court compound, nr. Collector office, opp. Amul dairy road, anand-388001.

          I want 100% refund and booking on alternative flight. Or else, alternative flight charges billed as actual compensation to be put on the case.

            I had booked a flight ticket on easemytrip.com from Bangalore to Cochin for 22nd June. However, easemy trip had issues the ticket on the wrong date, which was the next day (23rd June). I realised this at the airport and I booked a fresh ticket at the airport.

            I had raised a complaint with [protected]@easemytrip.com (Ticket ID: 1604941) on 22nd June and the issue has still not been resolved.

            They are not providing any update on the issue even after writing to them several times. I would like to get a refund of the ticket and the extra money I had to pay on the new ticket because of their oversight

              On June 17 2017 I booked refundable return ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai for July 1 2017 for myself PNR TUBXZM (price of 6964). EMT took 6564 and go air took 400 for this refundable ticket). I cancelled the same on June 26 2017. They claimed to refund[protected]go air cancellation charges + EMT charges). Next day I received email that 200 additional amount shall be deducted as convenience charges. I fought with them for 4 days & agreed that 1614/- should be refunded. I called on July 1 2017 to check status, they said they have not processed it yet and asked to wait for 72 hours more. On July 5 2017, still they have not refunded.
              1: what is the use of convenience charges? Why such clauses are being allowed?
              2: shouldn't​ they pay entire amount for not giving money in 72 hours as claimed in their tickets and website? No

              I booked a flight since the site/app offered rs 3000+ refundable option. Surely enough I cancelled and got only 200 refunded. Customer care says the airline charged a lot for cancellation but that is not my problem or mistake is it?

                I am registered with DND but getting SMS from www.easemytrip.com frequently stating that they have the cheapest fare. I called them to stop sending SMS but of no use. They keep on sending SMS like get Rs.2000 discount on booking flight with them. Even my Dad also getting the same SMS from www.easemytrip.com. How come these people can send SMS even though we are registered with DND.

                  Hi,
                  My name is vivek, few days back on 18th of june we tried to book 8 tickets from mumbai to delhi from easemy trip, somehow transaction couldn't process and money deducted from my bank account. We tried calling customer care many times but no one picked the call. On the website they have mentioned services of 24x7 which means someone should have taken the call. We dropped them an email on the same day explaining the situation but they didn't bother to respond on the same day and they replied back on next day 19th june. Since my money was jammed with them and balance was low i couldn't book another ticket and kept waiting for my amount (33, 264 rs) to be refunded. Finally when i had no option i ended up booking the same tickets in 60, 000 which is just double for what they promised me. Still they unable to refund my amount and saying it is with the bank. I inquired in bank and they are saying amount is with merchant only. Please advise how can i get my money back plus compensation of the amount i lost due to easemytrip careless. Thanks

                    I was making a booking using easemytrip.com on 7th june night to travel from bom to chennai at 05:20 am in the morning on the 9th june. When the ticket was issued it showed chennai to mumbai at 01:40 pm on the go air flight. Noticing the error i wrote to easemytrip.com and also immediately cancelled the ticket as the ticket showed ma that the airline cancellation charge was zero if cancelled 28 hours in advance and only a rs.250 charge as easemytrip.com cancellation fees.

                    To my surprise i was told by easemetrip.com that they processed my cancellation and the airline deducted rs.1500 along with the rs.350. I wrote back to them and also attached the printed ticket. To my surprise i received a mail stating the airline charge is now 2225 and not mentioning my issue of why it was printed on the ticket as zero. On repeated mails i was told that the 1500 was a mistake. They have been dodgy in their replies and seem to follow fraudulent practices with no customer service.

                      Today at around 2:30 to 2:50 p. M. I was trying to book a ticket for two passenger (First time with your site otherwise i use irctc.co.in) but i couldn't as the payment was not matured due to network. The very next moment i received a call from [protected] from easemytrip.com office and the person guided me to book ticket. I found that the price of tickets shown on screen were changing frequently. I saw rs.2598/- for 6th july but when i wanted to book the same, it has become rs.9168/-. Again when i tried for 7th july 2017, the ticket price has become rs.2598/- on 6th july 2017. I observed it two three times.

                      I tried to book ticket for 7th july 2017 and when i processed payment of rs.5196/- and i completed my all steps of payment including putting cvc, all on a sudden a caption appeared on the screen, "oops, your fare has been increased from rs.5196/- to rs.23, 214/-

                      And thereafter when i wanted to cancel the transaction and wanted to close the screen, nothing doing. Neither transaction cancelled nor the screen closed and i am sure it was not any fault. If i didn't noticed the hike of price, i might press continue.

                      Sir, i count it as a cheating and i understand that it is my duty to report it in favor of many passenger. The change of price is noticed in all the airlines while booking ticket, but it was at the time of payment where a customer can not do any thing.

                        Airline ticket with pnr no:rjy9ue was booked & cancelled on 31.05.17 due to wrong date of journey.
                        Full amount refund was confirmed by airlines after other ticket with correct date of journey was booked.
                        But easemytrip has refunded only rs 1233/- on 07.06.17. After follow up, only reply i get that rs 2500/- is showing pending & we have forwarded the enquiry to the concerned department.
                        Can i know the reason behind such delays? This is certainly not a process delay but intentional delay.
                        Needful may be done immediately to refund the pending amount of rs 2500.

                          I attempted to purchase a ticket on 25th may 2017 as below:

                          The amount of rs. 6242 was deducted and the screen froze at your payment gateway. I called up your customer care. It took me more than an hour to explain everything and the representative promised that i would get the amount refunded in 24 hours. This never happened.

                            On 12 may 17, i tried to book two flight tickets from chennai to male. But after my transaction the web page showed error and tickets weren't booked. I raised a complaint to sbi for refund, but they said that transaction was successful and the money have transferred to easemytrip. Till now i didn't get any response from easemytrip regarding my transaction. Neither the flight tickets were booked nor the money have been credited. I tried calling the customer care, but they didn't pick my call. Pl do check and refund my money.

I am planning to move consumer court. The only trouble is that my amount Rs 6242 is too small for them to even flinch.                               I booked my air tickets via ease my trip for aircosta airlines on feb 10th 2017.
                              Booking id - bet[protected]
                              Airline pnr: 02st75
                              Ahmedabd to bangalore
                              When i found out about airline troubled i called aircosta on march 7th to process cancellation. At that time airline was still operational and they confirmed that they processed the full refund and will be credited within 48 hours.
                              I raised cancellation request with easemytrip on mar 10th.
                              Got confirmation on mar 10th that cancellation was processed transaction id[protected] cancellation executive name:rashmi devrani
                              Got confrimation on mar 15th that amount 1700/- (Out of 6000/-) was successfully processed. Booking cancellation request number - 99198 refund reference number - emtcrn/157758/2016-17.
                              Since then it is already 3 months i have sent several emails and called many time for 1700/- as well as rest of the amount. I have still not received anything.

                                We canceled our flight 15 (April 28) days before the scheduled travel (May 15 and may 19) from chennai to goa and return back to chennai. We are shocked to see the refund amount as not even 8% of the actual amount being paid. We did cancellation for 5 members initially and recieved the amount as rs.3850 and later cancelled the single passenger out of the boooking id. For the second cancellation i recieved the same cancellation request number and the refend reference number as 0. Also the refund made for that cancelled was rs 0. Apart from rs 250 for cancellation fee, we know that there will b penality by the airlines for cancellation. But this much deduction as penality is not fair. So kindly clarify regarding this issue over the phone or by mail as soon as possible.

                                We only charge 250 rs as a service charge and rest of the charges are levied by the airlines. Cancellation charges are as per the airline policies and we have to follow the airlines policies.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am a regular customer of easemytrip.com and do frequent bookings and it is nice but today came across a strange technical issue from easemytrip.com.
                                  I booked a return ticket under booking number BET[protected] from Delhi to Srinagar on 13th May 2017 and return ticket Srinagar to Delhi on 21st may 2017. After completion of the transaction I noticed that the ticket generated shows vice versa information means it shows booking from Srinagar to Delhi on 13th May and Delhi to Srinagar on 21st which is completely wrong. For a second I thought may be I did a mistake while booking but then I discussed the matter with some of my friends and relatives and guess what they had come across the similar issues. The other booking number is BET[protected] and other tickets PNR is LN7BNN.
                                  All three bookings/transactions are done today on 11/05/2017 and with time frame of couple of hours.

                                  On discussing the matter with customer support they lied by saying we dropped an email to technical team to verify the
                                  Request you to look into the matter urgently.

                                  I have same issue. We booked from Ranchi to Delhi and these guys showed Delhi to Ranchi. A fraud company.

                                    Before 4 days i have booked 2 flight tickets through www.easemytrip.com pf air asia.
                                    On the date of departure i have got a massage from air asia that flight has been cancelled.
                                    Then i have tried to contact air asia executives through customer care no. But after 10 call (On all calls put on hold) they have not attended my call.
                                    Then i have decided to to contact my sellers to whom i have paid money.
                                    They have not send any message or calls for cancellation of flight, but this was their duties to inform passengers for this unsuspected situation.
                                    Then i decide to call their customer care no. More then 20 time in each numbers which published in their website.
                                    They have also not attend my calls.
                                    Then i find a whats app no.[protected] for grievances and messaged but in some time any person became online seen my message but keep silent and not replied.
                                    I was helpless as no body is willing to assist me as air asia or easemytrip.com.
                                    Then i have sent a mail in id [protected]@easemytrip.com about non attending call as well whatsapp and thus i am feeling that i have cheated by both air asia & easemytrip.com.
                                    I have putted in a big loss of rs.20, 000 due to their act as lost appointment o[censored]s embassy, hotel booking amount and another tickets purchase in very high price.
                                    I can say in single line for both (Air asia & easemytrip.com) as a big cheater and misusing consumers rights, money and time after taking online money in advance.

                                    It is very shameful.

                                    I booked 2 tickets online on 16 may 2017 but both tickets were rejected. But i didn't get my money back . No response from customer care as well. Refund my money as soon as possible.
                                    I tried to booking flight tickets from your app but the amount is deducted of 19916 rupees and booking is not confirmed. Kindly confirm and Send the tickets on [protected] or refund the amount. I dint even get any reference number.

                                      I booked two tickets through easemytrip.com website on jan 13, 2017. Ticket was from varanasi to mumbai of march 19, 2016 for the two passengers:
                                      1. Ankita sinha
                                      2. Pran prasoon
                                      Due to change in plan, we cancelled one ticket of my husband (Mr. Pran prasoon) on feb 14, 2017 through call. Based on the cancellation, i received revised ticket from easemytrip. Revised ticket clearly mentioned that my ticket was confirmed and my husband’s ticket (Pran prasoon) was cancelled. On the day of travel, march 19, 2017 i reached varanasi airport with my confirmed ticket. Spice jet officer on reaching check-in desk told me that my ticket was cancelled by easemytrip. I explained them that only one ticket was cancelled and my ticket is confirmed. I also showed them ticket/email/easemytrip website. I was standing at spice jet counter for an hour from 5pm to 5.30pm at varanasi airport as they confirmed that my pnr was cancelled. At the same moment, i called easemytrip to resolve the issue.
                                      After trying many times i reached them through call. Their executive confirmed that my pnr was cancelled by easemytrip and asked me if they can book my tickets for other day. I had professional commitments to reach mumbai on 19th march, 2017 so that i can join my office on march 20, 2017. He asked me to check with spice jet and tell him cost of ticket if booked at the moment. I check and he confirmed that it is around rs. 20, 000. He told me clearly that book the ticket now as they had some problem and they will reimburse the ticket cost. He told me that send us an email along with the new ticket and my new ticket amount will be reimbursed by easemytrip. But till now i have not received any confirmation on email. It was trauma for me to handle such situation as flight boarding was closing around 6.15 pm and at 6 pm i was told to purchase new ticket. I had to go through lot of problems at the airport because of easemytrip. I was not carrying sufficient cash at the airport as obviously i was not aware that i will have to purchase ticket at rs. 20, 285. I was traveling alone and had to call people who were going back home to lend me money. I was mentally tortured at the airport as i had to borrow cash to purchase new ticket. I ran through the airport to purchase the ticket and after security check, i immediately send easemytrip an email to initiate reimbursement for the same as the amount was huge for me to pay.
                                      Even after several emails/reminders and phone calls, my issue is not resolved and my reimbursement is not processed. Every day since march 20, 2017 i regularly call and send emails to easmytrip, they are not responding to my emails. When i called, one of easemytrp executive ms. Vidya told me that their manager mr. Jayant is looking into the issue and he will revert to my emails. Till date, i have not received any mail. Also, when i called again, my call was kept on hold for hours and then disconnected. When i was telling them that they cannot treat me like this, they kept my phone on mute. Now after trying all the ways possible, i am writing to your for justice. My original ticket was already for rs. 7372 and then again i had to buy new ticket for rs. 20, 285. Above this ticket cost, i am mentally tortured and strained. I am requesting you to kindly go redress my complaint for the claim amount rs. 1 lakh which is for the amount i have suffered as well as the torture i am going through in last 22 days.
                                      My claim amount is:
                                      Ticket cost: 20, 285
                                      Interest: 20, 285*7%*till date
                                      Mental harassment: 50, 000
                                      Total claim amount: interest + 70, 285

                                      On march 19, 2016 ease my trip representative directed me to purchase new ticket which will be refunded by the company as it is their mistake but now they have stopped responding to my emails.

                                        On 11th april 2017 i have booked a ticket online via easmytrip.com from ahmedabad to goa date of journey being 19/5/2017 by indigo (India) flight
                                        I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of rs.17091/- was deducted.
                                        On query via e-mail (Since telephone was not accessible) for the ticket status easemytrip.com replied "the following itinerary has been rejected due to non-availabilty of seats in the same class booked by you. Your amount would be refunded automatically." further they promised maximum 72 hours to get the amount credited.
                                        But till date i have not received the refund amount.

It is already 7days are over, due to your web site I am suffering. If airlines are changing the fare, then how you can deduct the money from our account.
