I am a regular customer of easemytrip.com and do frequent bookings and it is nice but today came across a strange technical issue from easemytrip.com.

My refund is not given

I booked my ticket through easemytrip.com with airline PNR as MNPBCR. I had cancelled my ticket before the scheduled date of the flight departure as I was told by one of the Jet Airways customer care executive that I will get the full refund while cancelling the ticket as the timings of the flight had been rescheduled. I tried booking flight tickets on www.easemytrip.in on 30 November 2016. The transaction was successful on my end and I received a booking confirmation regarding the same. However 2 hours later, my transaction was rejected citing unavailability of seats. Problem :: I asked to change the intial of HArsh Kumar from Ms to Miss

After several call, it is becoming terrible experience from both Jet and easemytrip.

I contacted Jetairways (Rajni & Ashish, floor supervisor) & they are saying to contact the travel agency & only travel agency can do it, for the change in Intial from Ms to Mr.
But few days back jetairways customer care personnel...
