The complainant had booked two air tickets from lucknow to pune. First booking no. Emt45982866, pnr no. Khup2k (Indigo) on 18/05/2018 in the names of madhumita kar & vidushi kar and second booking no. Emt45985002 pnr no. Khfu9n (Indigo) in the name of ashok kumar kar.
The said bookings were cancelled on 19/05/2018 as the travel plan was cancelled.
The refund amounts have not yet been credited to customers bank account.
The indigo airlines has informed that refund has been sent to trvel agency portal account. The said tickets were booked through your portal.
So, please inform the status of refund and let us know how long will it take to get the refund in our account.

STILL NOT A WORD REGARDING REFUND FROM EASEMYTRIP TEAM. THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATESUCH REPUTED FIRMS ARE DEFRAUDING PEOPLE OF Rs22000/-PLUS AMOUNT.

    On 25th of may i was about to make two tickets from hyderabad to chennai on 28th may..
    While i was making my ticket after giving card details after proceeding. It was showing that payment method invalid.. Again i tried again after paying it showed the same... I did three times.. Every three times it was showing that payment method invalid... After sometym when i checked my account 15000 rs was deducted for three tickets.. Than i called easemytrip customer care.. They said that all the three tickets was confirmed...
    Now i am suffering.. Because i only needed 1tickets for 2.. But they confirmed three tickets... If my first ticket would show me confirmed while will i try second tym and third tym... So sir kindly make me refund as much as possible. Because it is easemytrips mistake not mine...
    My 2 tickets pnr i m giving here which you confirmed... And i dont needed...

      But i need flight time after 17.00. This is for my request.

        I have booked the ticket on 16th may, 2018. Money has been reduced from my card but the details of my ticket had not been received till yet. It shows transiction is not complete.           Hi,
          I have shared the message of deducted amount, i have shared the audio conversation between myself and bank executive, both proofs that payment dedicated and i have paid to ease my trip, payment not made to any other gateway. Payment done on 07 may 2018.

          I have booked tickets from bhubaneswar to kolkata, payment done but tickets not received, details given below:-

          Booking date 03 june 2018
          Time 6:15 pm
          Kapil bhartiya
          Shalini bajpai
          Aditi bajpai

          Paid through hdfc credit card ending with 6025 and received below message from bank

          (Dear hdfc bank cardmember, your transaction for rs.6420.00 at ease my trip new delhi ind is converted to emi for 009mths @ 14.00% p. A. With pf rs.0.00 on[protected].. Emi amt is exclusive of gst.)

            I have booked my tickets on 29th april'18 roundtrip agartala to delhi for 16th may'18 & 27th may'18, id is emt44583282. That day ticket for roundtrip costing was rs. 7700/- appx for 1 adult (Agt to del rs.3571/- and from del to agt rs 4130/-) but for 6 adults, 1 kid & 1 infant they charged rs 60523/- in total. Though i bought 16 (Sixteen) tickets i didn't crosscheck with individual rates. But after getting break up i saw they have charged rs 4718/- for 1 adult on delhi-agartala flight. Whereas if i book a ticket today even i. E on 05/05/2018, the same flight costs rs 4202/- inclusive all tax. When i called up easemytrip cc they said they cant help for the payment related issue and to speak with airlines. I want my that extra deducted money back. I have booked so many tickets from this site but never get this kind of service.

            Only apology they have asked. But the financial loss caused to me is not acceptable. Expected better service from this site, have trusted but its cheating they show 1 rate and charge another rate.

              I booked three tickets but the money was deducted of four tickets.what shall I do?My flight is of 6 may (goa to delhi) amounting 2999 each. Whom should i contact to approach and resolve this? I have made payment through UBI debit card. My passbook shows deduction of 4 tickets price instead of three...
              Initially when I was booking my tickets, ticket was not confirm and payment was not done but when I booked again it confirm only once but deduct two times from my account ...

              Pls just suggest me ... How I get my deducted money and when I will get it .

                Hi,

                My husband tried booking ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata. While making the payment, it flashed a message that the price has increased do you want to continue. He discarded the transaction however he got a message that any has been debited.
                He tried calling the customer care but the queue was busy. In the meanwhile after 10 minutes he booked ticket from another website.

                After booking he got ticket from easemytrip.

                He tried contacting the customer care again and they told me that they can't do much.

                It was definitely not my husband fault, it was their system failure so easemytrip should reimburse.

                Please help us, as we tried requesting them but they are saying Airline needs to cancel and they can't refund the money.

                  I have booked bus ticket from ease my trip.com
                  Booking i d is emt40702053 and emt40702628
                  Tickets from mumbai to banglore and banglore to mumbai
                  Which later on i have cancelled due to personal reason
                  The wed site states i[censored] cancell ticket before 48 hour of travelling they charge only rs 125 as cancellation fees
                  And i have cancelled my 4 days before d journey but the refund i got is only 50 of my booking amount
                  I have called maximum time at coustermer care also droped mail to them but didnt got a satisfactry reply

                    Hi dear
                    I have booked my ticket vmmvbo in december for travelling 9january from delhi to chandigarh at 5.55 first flight. I got mail 2 times rescheduled my flight that does not suited me. I requested to cancell my booking and refund my money in first week of january and got mail on 11january that my refund has been processed without any penalties and will be in my account with in one month. Same process heppened 3times money never refunded. Still waiting for my full refund. My credit card is now changed, new credit card number [protected]

                      Hi team,

                      I booked my tickets on easemytrip with booking id emt32949811 and today i was forced by indogo to cancel my kids ticket and made me purchase new tickets costing 9000rs and said my kid was more than 2 years at time of travel and not infant. When i booked on your site it asked me if my kid was below 2 years and i selected yes as he was 1 year 9 months old when booked ticket and your site did not mention if it should be at time of travel or at time of booking which was misleading from your side and led to 9k unnecessary expense and mental stress. Why did the site not give any info on infants that they should be 2 years at time of travel and why don't they have dob selection field instead of 0-2 years selection.

                        I have been charged 50722/- for my delhi-sin-bali (return) journey for 2 passengers.
                        but bali to singapore tickets are not yet confirmed. i have contacted with jetairways for clarification. they said they haven't received any booking for bali to singapore.
                        and easemytrip support system is telling me that the airline has cancelled it.

                        easemytrip.com support doesnot even bother to inform me.
                        i have made my hotel reservations and domestic flight booking accordingly.

                        Nor they care about the issue as well

                          On 18th march 2018 i have booked a ticket online via easmytrip.com from pune to kabul date of journey being 08/05/2018 by vistara (India) and kamair (Afghanistan) flight
                          I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of rs.11452/- was deducted.
                          On query via e-mail for the ticket status easemytrip.com replied "the following itinerary has been rejected due to non-availabilty of seats in the same class booked by you. Your amount would be refunded automatically." further they promised maximum 72 hours to get the amount credited.
                          But till date i have not received the refund amount.
                          Please refund as soon as possible.

                            I was issuing the ticket for Mumbai to Riyadh using Easemytrip website, on 2 Mar 2018 at 16:40, the amount 13713 has been debited from my account I received the ticket with booking id EMT40536993 BUT without ticket no and departure time was 9 pm, I tried more than 1 hour 45 min to contact easemytrip customer care number but no reply than I reissue the ticket of same passenger from other travel agent, nearly 7 pm I received ticket from easemytrip, one passenger can't travel on two ticket than I contact to easemytrip customer care for cancellation but no reply, then I contacted to Jet airways airline they cancelled the itinerary, i cancelled the ticket using easymytrip, Next day when i complaint to customer care they told me send us mail our manager will do best, but mail me cancellation charges more then 7000, they are totally fraud travel agent, they dont send ticket in time, cancellation charge take so high, refund process is very slow, can anybody help me to get full refund because it's not my mistake they dont reply at time,

                            Next day on 03/08/2018 when i contacted to customer care a madam told me to mail our manager for full refund he will do the best then i mailed to ----> [email protected] my mail is hi, This is Ahmad, Yesterday around 4:30 I had issued a ticket using your online portal EaseMyTrip.com, The booking reference number was: EMT40536993, My complaint is that I didn't get the ticket number nearly 2.00-2.30 hours while the departure time was 9 pm, I tried to contact more than one hour but no reply from your side than I reissued the ticket from another travel agent the ticket number is 5895370739596, after some time you send me ticket with ticket number then I contacted to jet airways airline for cancellation but they denied only cancelled itinerary, then I cancelled ticket, now you charge me more than 7000 for cancel, let me know where I am faulty, My mistake is only this i issued ticket from you, is it legal that you charge me so much, Is there no humanity, it's my humble request with you please dont take so much cancellation charge, I cant bear this..

                            I was issuing the ticket for Mumbai to Riyadh using Easemytrip website, on 2 Mar 2018 at 16:40, the amount 13713 has been debited from my account I received the ticket with booking id EMT40536993 BUT without ticket no and departure time was 9 pm, I tried more than 1 hour 45 min to contact easemytrip customer care number but no reply than I reissue the ticket of same passenger from other travel agent, nearly 7 pm I received ticket from easemytrip, one passenger can't travel on two ticket than I contact to easemytrip customer care for cancellation but no reply, then I contacted to Jet airways airline they cancelled the itinerary, i cancelled the ticket using easymytrip, Next day when i complaint to customer care they told me send us mail our manager will do best, but mail me cancellation charges more then 7000, they are totally fraud travel agent, they dont send ticket in time, cancellation charge take so high, refund process is very slow, can anybody help me to get full refund because it's not my mistake they dont reply at time,

                              I do not - and have never had - a subscription with ease my trip although it may be paired with one or more of the airlines or irctc trains that i have booked. I don't know. But although i am on a dnd register for the past several years, i continue to receive sms's from ease my trip, and no amount of complaining to them has eased my trouble! I don't want their offers, i don't use their services, which are too invasive. Please god! Get them to stop sending these sms's! There must be some mega promotion going on because i received 1 sms today and another 2 days ago, and another the day before that. I do have a block feature on my phone but i can't even find a number to block! H e l p!!!

                                I have never given them any permissions to send me any kinds of smss or mails. They have been sending atleast 2-3 sms on my number. Please take serious steps against them. And just request them to put my no on dnd. My number is [protected]. I've sent them requests a few times before but all in vain. The fact that they have started calling me now is highly unprofessional and pathetic. I'll never use your services now!

                                    My Booking PNR No- GICC8U flight Goa to Mumbai.

                                    This ticket was cancelled by indigo and you guys have deducted half the amount as cancellation fees instead it should be a full refund as understood by indigo. I have had multiple calls with your customer care and due to inability to solve this I am writing this mail to you. I am sure a complaint at consumer forum won’t help either as you already have multiple complaint’s 116 to be exact.

                                      Ease my trip is not trustable site.. Isne mere sath fraud liya hai... Muje delhi to bikaner ki 25 jan 2018 ki flight book krwani thi 4 logo ki. Jo ki mene16 jan 2018 ko book ki... To mene ease my trip ko choose kiya... Or mene 2-2 aadmi karke ticket book karwayi.. Ek ticket jo ki meri 2 aadmi ki thi wo confirm ho gyi lekin agli hi ticket jo ki mene dusre do admi ki krwayi wo mere pas pending ticket ka mail aaya... Or mere account se pese bhi cut gaye.. Or jab mene inhe call kiya to ye bolte hai ki ye airline ki taraf se reject ki gayi hai... Jab mene air india help line me call ki to air india ki help line ne mujse costomer ka last name pucha wo unhe show nahi ho raha tha... To akhir me unhone munse pnr no. Mannge... Or wo bhi ticket me show nahi the... To unhone kaha ki aap easemytrip pe pata krke bataiye fir hm aapko rejection k bare m inform kar payenge... Fir mene emt pe call kiya to unhone kaha ki aapko pnr no. Nahi mil skte...
                                      Mudde ki baat 1) mobile apps me jab bhi jate hai to seat ki aviability ke bad m booking process start hota hai. Seat aviable thi jab hi proccesor me booking start hoti hai.. Jab site aviable thi or paisa kata to waha pe rejection ka sawal kaha se aata hai... Mobile apps me jab bhi jate hai to site ki aviability ke bad m booking process start hota hai..
                                      Jab sites ya booking reject ho gayi h to mere a/c se pese kese kate??
                                      2) ye khete hai ki 7 days ke andar muje refund milega.. Agar mere account ka bal 0rs ho to m ab aage ki tickets kese karwau???
                                      3) jese jese din kam hote hai vese vese ticket charges badhte jate hai jo ticket 10500 ki thi wo muje 14740 ki padi... Ab uska lose bhi to muje hi uthana pada...
                                      Ye log apne passengers ke sath bhut fraid karte hai... Aaj mere sath hua hai... Kal kisi or ke sath hoga... Ye fraud ka silsila khtm hona hi chahiye.. Ye log ese hi fraud karke customer ke paisa block karte hai or dusri jagah apni income badhate hai..

                                      I want justice...

                                      Muje meri family or passenger ko jo mental disturbance hua...16 jan ki raat se hame pareshani hui uska damages hame chahiye... Hamara lose ho gaya 10500 rupay jo mere block ho gye 7 days ke liye... Or jo ticket ka extra charge laga inn sab damages ka payment hame chahiye...

                                        Help me to resolve the issue as detailed bellow.

                                        For the above ticket me credit card was debited twice. The authorization codes provided by the indusind bank (Credit card issueing bank) are as under.

                                        Please note that the above ticket was cancelled and for that my credit card is credited by rs 3395/-
                                        But till date i have not received the reversal of one of the double debit wide authorization codes as mentioned above.
                                        You are requested to refund the amount

                                        Your prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated.
