      Indigo flight 6e 185 on 20/02/19 disallowed meals booked. You have charged rs 832 for meals for two flights, sg164 and 6e 185. Sg 164 served meals and gave invoice as rs 36 for meals. Balance amount rs 472 is supposed to be for indigo flight 6e 185. But the airline people say no meals are booked. Since meals are not served, you have to refund the balance amount of rs 472/-. Pl do the same urgently.

        I was supposed to get the refund in feb 2017. I have been following up diligently since then. Easemytrip have confirmed twice that refund is processed and then reneged multiple times that they themselves has provided wrong details. Extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately due to lack of proper laws these websites go free cheating customers. They have tenacity to even resolve the consumer complaint saying the refund was processed and when inquired on the status after 4 months they say it was not processed. There should be strict action against such websites for cheating their customers again and again.

          I am a travel agent from Bangalore and created a website for my shop from easemytrip.com which is from Delhi on November 2018 . It was for my costumers to book flight ticket, book hotels, and bus ticket online . With high hopes and trusting easemytrip I created these b2c whitelevel website but there are so many issues with the website. They dont solve the problems. The most common issues are when my customer tries to book a ticket the money gets deducted from their bank account but ticket doesn't gets issued and I have to face problem because of easemytrip. There are several other issues and complained to them so many times and they dont solve any problem. I have send lots of mail to them even to their CEO also but no one solves my problem .At last I asked to close the website and give my money back but they are not doing that also. I am a poor person, and with lots of hope wanted eshtablish this businees I request you to take appropriate action against them and help me to get my money back.

          Because of so many faults in the eebsote and ticket price high everyone is complaining . Its useless to complain to u pple as nothing gets solved properly. Even my customer got his refund after 12 days and in between you said refund had already been sent to customers account but that was not true. I have already told you to put the banner in my website and that also you have not done. Easemytrip has cheated me by talking the money to make the website. It is my biggest mistake
          U people say it will be solved but still now many problems are not solved ok . And that refund has taken almost 10 days and yet has not reached his bank. After calling several times also you people dont solve my problems. Its giving us mental stress as we dont have any control over things and its upto your wish when you easemytrip will do something.

            I just booked a round trip flight from raipur to goa for 22nd to 26th february and the amount of 10985/- was debited from my idbi account but i have not received any sort of confirmation from the company, since the page got stuck with the processing icon. So i urge them to either provide me with the ticket confirmation or return the debited amount back. Attached is the bhim upi transaction for proof.

            We would like to inform you that for the particular booking and transaction there was an error from the bank's server and hence the payment was not completed. However, the auto-reversal was initiated for the same and you must have got the same into your source account as it is a UPI gateway. In case you haven't got the same then please contact us on our Whatsapp escalation number i.e [protected] and we will assist you on priority.

              THEY told me to refund the money within 5-7 days its goin to be15-20days and they havnt done nything...now they have stopped responding to my calls...very unprofessional and rude behaviour .

                I was hired in easemytrip in bpo as in holiday feedback department in noida sector 63. They hired me on salary basis of 9k per month. They gave me training for 10days and then fired me without any pre information. They didn't inform me before the job about the terms and policy of the company. They ensure me that they would be paying me for my training. Now when they fired me from job after 10days of working i want my pay of my work.
                Otherwise i will be complain in higher office.

                  Dear sir/ madam,
                  I am a travel agent from bangalore. I took a website and a business to business portal from easemytrip by paying rs. 17000. Before taking the website i spoke with their representative and they told whatever profit or commission i will earn will directly get credited in my bank account. Now after making the portal and started doing business i found they have totally cheated me. I found that all my commissions and profits were stuck in their wallet and there is no option to take out the money to my bank. They refused to return my commission to bank. I spoke their senior higher authority mr. Sunil and he also said the commission cannot be transferred to bank and can be utilized in next booking. Also their were many times i even did not get proper commission because of their faulty design of the commission structure.
                  I am a small businessman & i need to get profit in my bank for my personal uses. I even told them on the 1st day to take back my website and give my rs. 17000 back, as they made fake commitment that all the profits will be transferred to bank.
                  I have full recording of the conversation which i had over phone and want to place it in front of the court if required and also recording of mr. Sunil who told me clearly that i will not get the money in my bank and it is also said by their ceo. I placed the call record of the conversation to the entire easemytrip team but then also they said they will not transfer the amount in my bank.

                      I had trf 8425 for air ticket booking to emt wallet but as it was showing expensive ticket. So on emergency i booked tickets on some other portal and emt took lot of time to look into the expensive fare.
                      Now my emt wallet shows balance of 8425 but on requesting the refund emt is rejecting the request and forcing me to use the funds by booking only even when i don't need to make any booking for near future.
                      I request you to please refund the balance to my account.

                      Easemytrip is like a dead end.
                      Once you transfer fund to EMT wallet, no matter what happens you won't be able to get back your own hard-earned funds back.
                      This is the EMT strict company Policy. No refund at any condition.

                      Dear EMT group, If it would have been the cash back in my wallet I would have not even ask for the refund but when it's my own funds which transfer from bank account, and it remains unused then definitely I want it back.

                      No policy should stop me from getting it back as it was a pure transfer no commission or cash back

                          I have been your esteemed customer and have been making flight bookings through your website from quite long time.

                          In quite recently it appears, you are no longer bothered about your customer relationship and your reputation in the market by the way of your arrogance towards your customer.

                          Today i have booked 2 tickets with subjected booking id from your website and transaction got completed and amount got deducted, however havent received booking confirmation even after 2-3 hrs from booking. On repeatedly trying to talk to your customer care, one of your executive mr. Abdul salam (Name as he said) with arrogance told booking couldn't be done due to system error (Which was never intimated to me till i myself connected to customer care) and fare got increased, so either i need to pay the escated price or cancel my booking and take refund. He disconnected the line twice when i told that i want to talk to his senior for resolution. (Pre-recorded line can be checked)

                          Interesting at the time of booking, other websites (Mmt, goibibo, yatra, etc.) too offering tickets at same price rs 1093 but with convenience fee and tickets also got booked at same price. As an esteemed customer of easemytrip i tried booking through your website and got stuck. Now due to your website problem, i shouldn't be punished.

                          I request you to either book tickets in the same airline on the same day or give a compensation of rs 25000 due to the harrassment by your website and your customer relationship executive. I won't mind escalating the matter further at any level. Hope you understand the situation and also believe to get a fruitful resolution from your end.

                              My name is mohmad muntazer gabhrani

                              I had booked a ticket on ease my trip.com
                              Delhi to hongkong round trip for 24280 rs on 8th dec 2018

                              I cancelled this ticket on 13th dec 2018

                              I got known from custimer care that ur amount will credit in 7 to 10 working days

                              Since folllowing from 10th day now its up to more than 20 days when i call custimer care they say plz wait 2 days 2 days etc
                              ...

                              No solutions from them

                              They sayng we had refunded but in my acvount not credited

                              Last they said thrre is a technical error...

                              U will get in 2 days but still no amount credited

                              I asked bank also thety said no amount credited

                              Please do needful

                                The agent is trying to mint excess cancellation charges where airline ba confirmed there is no sharing in these charges,

                                Ticket mentioning 3000 cancellation charge per person before 4 hours of departure, where easemytrip charged me more than 5000 per person even when tickets were cancelled before 90 days of departure.

                                I am chasing there team, who has different answer for each revert, some say gst, some say convenience charges and some even say they dont know,

                                Worst experience as same has never happened with me in past 13 years since i am a frequent traveler,

                                I even wrote to there ceo and some shikha reverted that they will resolve and past 3 days, the revert is same with twisted reasons for charges.

                                  Dear Easemytrip Team,

                                  I am an unsatisfied customer and heartily disappointed by the services provided from Easemytrip.com. I have booked a honeymoon package from Easemytrip.com by your executive Ms. Renu Agrawal. As discussed over mail, I proceeded with the given quotation and inclusions in the package.

                                  But after submitting the initial amount of 25%, Ms. Renu called me that sorry sir we can't book your honeymoon inclusion and for that I will less you Rs. 2, 500/- to Rs. 3, 000/- as I assumed this price of honeymoon inclusion in your package. But after confirming with the hotel, the price for the same as told by the hotel executive was Rs. 6, 000/-.

                                  I called her and told the same. She said sir I will less your that amount too and you arrange that with your own from the Hotel. I requested her to cancel the booking if there is no inclusion. Her reply was "Sir aisa nahi hota, booking cancel nahi hogi ab". Her rude behaviour ruined all and also changed my mood to proceed further with this booking. Due to this kind of behaviour from your executives, an adverse affect will be there in near future and let down the reputation of Easemytrip.com.

                                  So, I am hereby requesting the concerned person to please cancel this booking and initiate the refund.

                                    I have booked the kerala trip with easemytrip in august fro the travel date: august 29th. Unfortunately, because of disaster happened in kerala my flights (Indigo) have been cancelled and they refunded me the amount.
                                    Easemytrip team also agreed to pay the refund in 15 days of this incident.
                                    But, till now i am not getting a concrete response from them, they are kept delaying by saying many reasons which doesn't makes any sense.

                                    The issue is not yet addressed as I didn't receive the refund yet. Still, your team is saying me the date when they will refund. There are saying next Monday, coming Tuesday etc just to skip that moment which are not concrete responses. Will mark this compliant as resolved once the refund gets credited to me.

                                    Booking was done by your agent Mr. Dhruvith Kumar. He is your agent only right (Hyderabad Business Development Executive- Sales) his email id is dhruvith.[protected]@easemytrip.net. He is your employee only right?
                                    EaseMyTrip need to take care of the refund issues right? now your AVP (Sakshi bhushan) is saying "EaseMyTrip didn't receive any booking money, you need to liaise with the agent Dhruvith Kumar". Please help me on this.

                                    This is not yet resolved. I didn't receive refund yet. I have sent my trip booking confirmation on the whatsapp number, but there is no reply on that, sent an email a too. Have contacted Dhruvith, he is saying that refund is not yet issued to him once he receive, then only he can issue me it seems. Please do the needful this was delayed for a long time
