I want to cancel my ticket from jabapur to new delhi (Booking id: emt54620510; ticket number :[protected]/1/1) on 8th january @17:50 hours. Kindly cancel my ticket and inform me about the refund. And by what date will i get the refund. I want the cancellation to be done as soon as possible as there is less time left. So kindly do the needful and let me know about the refund.

    I have been your esteemed customer and have been making flight bookings through your website from quite long time.

    In quite recently it appears, you are no longer bothered about your customer relationship and your reputation in the market by the way of your arrogance towards your customer.

    Today i have booked 2 tickets with subjected booking id from your website and transaction got completed and amount got deducted, however havent received booking confirmation even after 2-3 hrs from booking. On repeatedly trying to talk to your customer care, one of your executive mr. Abdul salam (Name as he said) with arrogance told booking couldn't be done due to system error (Which was never intimated to me till i myself connected to customer care) and fare got increased, so either i need to pay the escated price or cancel my booking and take refund. He disconnected the line twice when i told that i want to talk to his senior for resolution. (Pre-recorded line can be checked)

    Interesting at the time of booking, other websites (Mmt, goibibo, yatra, etc.) too offering tickets at same price rs 1093 but with convenience fee and tickets also got booked at same price. As an esteemed customer of easemytrip i tried booking through your website and got stuck. Now due to your website problem, i shouldn't be punished.

    I request you to either book tickets in the same airline on the same day or give a compensation of rs 25000 due to the harrassment by your website and your customer relationship executive. I won't mind escalating the matter further at any level. Hope you understand the situation and also believe to get a fruitful resolution from your end.

        I had booked a ticket on ease my trip.com
        Delhi to hongkong round trip for 24280 rs on 8th dec 2018

        I cancelled this ticket on 13th dec 2018

        I got known from custimer care that ur amount will credit in 7 to 10 working days

        Since folllowing from 10th day now its up to more than 20 days when i call custimer care they say plz wait 2 days 2 days etc
        ...

        No solutions from them

        They sayng we had refunded but in my acvount not credited

        Last they said thrre is a technical error...

        U will get in 2 days but still no amount credited

        I asked bank also thety said no amount credited

        Please do needful

          The agent is trying to mint excess cancellation charges where airline ba confirmed there is no sharing in these charges,

          Ticket mentioning 3000 cancellation charge per person before 4 hours of departure, where easemytrip charged me more than 5000 per person even when tickets were cancelled before 90 days of departure.

          I am chasing there team, who has different answer for each revert, some say gst, some say convenience charges and some even say they dont know,

          Worst experience as same has never happened with me in past 13 years since i am a frequent traveler,

          I even wrote to there ceo and some shikha reverted that they will resolve and past 3 days, the revert is same with twisted reasons for charges.

            Dear Easemytrip Team,

            I am an unsatisfied customer and heartily disappointed by the services provided from Easemytrip.com. I have booked a honeymoon package from Easemytrip.com by your executive Ms. Renu Agrawal. As discussed over mail, I proceeded with the given quotation and inclusions in the package.

            But after submitting the initial amount of 25%, Ms. Renu called me that sorry sir we can't book your honeymoon inclusion and for that I will less you Rs. 2, 500/- to Rs. 3, 000/- as I assumed this price of honeymoon inclusion in your package. But after confirming with the hotel, the price for the same as told by the hotel executive was Rs. 6, 000/-.

            I called her and told the same. She said sir I will less your that amount too and you arrange that with your own from the Hotel. I requested her to cancel the booking if there is no inclusion. Her reply was "Sir aisa nahi hota, booking cancel nahi hogi ab". Her rude behaviour ruined all and also changed my mood to proceed further with this booking. Due to this kind of behaviour from your executives, an adverse affect will be there in near future and let down the reputation of Easemytrip.com.

            So, I am hereby requesting the concerned person to please cancel this booking and initiate the refund.

              I have booked the kerala trip with easemytrip in august fro the travel date: august 29th. Unfortunately, because of disaster happened in kerala my flights (Indigo) have been cancelled and they refunded me the amount.
              Easemytrip team also agreed to pay the refund in 15 days of this incident.
              But, till now i am not getting a concrete response from them, they are kept delaying by saying many reasons which doesn't makes any sense.

              The issue is not yet addressed as I didn't receive the refund yet. Still, your team is saying me the date when they will refund. There are saying next Monday, coming Tuesday etc just to skip that moment which are not concrete responses. Will mark this compliant as resolved once the refund gets credited to me.

              Booking was done by your agent Mr. Dhruvith Kumar. He is your agent only right (Hyderabad Business Development Executive- Sales) his email id is dhruvith.[protected]@easemytrip.net. He is your employee only right?
              EaseMyTrip need to take care of the refund issues right? now your AVP (Sakshi bhushan) is saying "EaseMyTrip didn't receive any booking money, you need to liaise with the agent Dhruvith Kumar". Please help me on this.

              This is not yet resolved. I didn't receive refund yet. I have sent my trip booking confirmation on the whatsapp number, but there is no reply on that, sent an email a too. Have contacted Dhruvith, he is saying that refund is not yet issued to him once he receive, then only he can issue me it seems. Please do the needful this was delayed for a long time

                Dear sir/madam

                I have made the flight booking through easemytrip and cancelled my flight on 2nd dec and instantly i have received the acknowledgment about my refund but till now there is no revert i have called the direct flight jazeera airline my pnr number is t4974s dubai to mumbai, they said they have initiated the refund but ease my trip is not ready to do same. If they are not refunding my amount unless they get refund from the airlines than why they have charged me inr 250 as cancellation fee that to not taking responsibility one of worst experience i ever had.

                  I booked my return flight from chandigarh to dubai by paying rs. 1, 07, 885 with indigo via ease my trip but now indigo has cancelled it and rebooked without any prior intimation return from delhi instead of chandigarh that too at same fare although return fares are too less from delhi to dubai. When other airlines are operating on same day from chandigarh to delhi then why indigo is not able to operate and if anyways they can't then why i am liable to bear the loss and extra hassle.
                  On 3rd dec 2018 at 10:30 pm i called indigo helpline [protected] and spoke to piyush & sanjay kumar, who after keeping me on hold for 1 hr 12 mints said bluntly that they can't help me in this.
                  It's really harassment booking flight from ease my trip as you guys didn't even bother to inform me for cancellation of my booking where in you guys are also charging agency fees above airlines fares. So, now i am charged extra as return flights from delhi to dubai were much cheaper and above all i will incur extra return flight cost from chandigarh to delhi along with additional time.

                  Please resolve it by either refunding the difference amount from chandigarh to delhi or book my return flights from chandigarh to dubai without any layovers. No response in 24 hrs will lead to legal proceedings against ease my trip.

                            Pnr 01vxow, my flight hyd-goa dated[protected] was cancelled from the airline's end (Trujet) for which they've expressed their grief and duly credited my total amount as refund of rs. 3, 998/-in the travel agents account from whom i'm (Traveler) is liable to be get, but easemytrip (Travel agent) is making unnecessary delay in crediting my bank account with the same amount viz., (Rs. 3, 998/-).
                            Despite of persistent phone calls, mails and communications with the executives i'm not finding a way to my claims.

                              Hi,
                              This is so far terrible experience regarding my refund of Rs 8004/- for the flight tickets which has been cancelled by Spicejet on 2nd October & subsequently the amount refunded to merchant Easemytrip .

                              But after almost several reminders I haven't got my refund amount from Easemytrip still now.They already taken my bank details for refund amount Today when I have called customer care quoting my refund id EMT42284487 at 5.30 pm they said it has already been credited to my bank & I will get a confirmation mail within 30 minutes.Still no mail comes neither any amount refunded.Every time I am calling customer care they are always misguiding me.

                              I want a solution and aside Spicejet please look into & take necessary steps.

                                I was told that my booking was cancelled from easemytrip side as they were not able to give me tickets for price which was shown when i had booked... And got the mail stating will be refunded total money which was debited... Its been 1 month 20 days still they haven't refunded and when ever i call them they say it still under process. I want my money back asap.

                                This company does fraud booking by giving cheaper deals, save your time and energy and avoid Easemytrip, That's all I would advise.!
                                Had cancelled cairo-mumbai flight on 4/11/18 by saudia airline in view of airline cancellation of flight.Saudia has allowed complete refund but agent has cancelled on name of airline cancellation charges.
                                Many reminders and calls have fallen deaf ears.
                                their communication is pathetic.

                                  I have purchased ticket on 3.10.2018 journey from mumbai to bangalore
                                  Now i want change my date of journey how it is possible and i searched there is no reschedule button on this ease my trip my bookings screen, and its not a user friendly software, i tried many times but unable to find, and ease my trip should do easy process to reschedule or cancellation process and cancellation fees and rescheduling fees should not more yhan 500 rupees, hope concerned people should do something on this complaint

                                    I booked ticket for my daughter Ankita Sahu, but by mistake on 28th Aug from Mumbai to Delhi and return ticket on 1st Sept from Delhi to Mumbai, but supposed to be booked for 28th Sept and reurn on 1st Oct. when I realised my mistake, in 15 min time I contacted easy my trip and they suggested to talk to Spicejet air line. Spicejet airline issued the changed ticket for right date 28th Sept and return on 1st Oct without deducting any cancellation charges and refunded the balance amount to Easy my trip. When I contacted easy my trip to get my refund, they said that they had booked for 28th Aug and 1st Sept, so they will cancel the same. I told told them to cancel the old ticket as new ticket for 28th Sept and 1st October is issued. But they cancelled all my tickets. when my daughted went to airport to fly, then came to know that thicket cancelled. I have to buy another set of ticket for which I paid Rs15, 016. Can you please refund my all money and also pay me Rs15, 016 because of you I have to spend extra money.

                                      I have made a booking for two travelers from dubai to jaipur, flight price was 15996 and still its 15996 and then i applied the zero convenience fee coupon "emtzcf" and it showed that promo code has been applied and you will be chargedd 0 convenience fees so final amount should be 15996 but when i made payment it charged 17194 to me so why i have been charged convenience fee when i have applied the coupon code. I talked to their representative on call and from email as well and i also provided them a snapshot in which it was showing but they keep on saying our team will check and we will let you know.

                                      Kindly initiate refund of extra convenience charges to my original source of payment or cancel my whole booking and refund my whole amount without any deduction.

                                        My tkt which did not get processed... With emt 51980439... Money has gone from my credit card account...₹86, 209... Tkt booked on 16 sept... 6 days have passed i have not got refund... I am in great need of money cannot book any other tkt.. This is really bad on ur part to play around with customer's hard earned money... Pls return my money within 24 hrs or else i will take it up in consumer forum..
