Before 4 days i have booked 2 flight tickets through www.easemytrip.com pf air asia.
On the date of departure i have got a massage from air asia that flight has been cancelled.
Then i have tried to contact air asia executives through customer care no. But after 10 call (On all calls put on hold) they have not attended my call.
Then i have decided to to contact my sellers to whom i have paid money.
They have not send any message or calls for cancellation of flight, but this was their duties to inform passengers for this unsuspected situation.
Then i decide to call their customer care no. More then 20 time in each numbers which published in their website.
They have also not attend my calls.
Then i find a whats app no.[protected] for grievances and messaged but in some time any person became online seen my message but keep silent and not replied.
I was helpless as no body is willing to assist me as air asia or easemytrip.com.
Then i have sent a mail in id [protected]@easemytrip.com about non attending call as well whatsapp and thus i am feeling that i have cheated by both air asia & easemytrip.com.
I have putted in a big loss of rs.20, 000 due to their act as lost appointment o[censored]s embassy, hotel booking amount and another tickets purchase in very high price.
I can say in single line for both (Air asia & easemytrip.com) as a big cheater and misusing consumers rights, money and time after taking online money in advance.

It is very shameful.

I booked 2 tickets online on 16 may 2017 but both tickets were rejected. But i didn't get my money back . No response from customer care as well. Refund my money as soon as possible.
I tried to booking flight tickets from your app but the amount is deducted of 19916 rupees and booking is not confirmed. Kindly confirm and Send the tickets on [protected] or refund the amount. I dint even get any reference number.
Hello, I am facing the same problem. On top of that, I did manage to call them up and they have set me on a wild goose chase for more than 17 days. I am planning to move consumer court. The only trouble is that my amount Rs 6242 is too small for them to even flinch. I am trying to liaise with other people who have faced the same difficulty with easemytrip.     I booked two tickets through easemytrip.com website on jan 13, 2017. Ticket was from varanasi to mumbai of march 19, 2016 for the two passengers:
    1. Ankita sinha
    2. Pran prasoon
    Due to change in plan, we cancelled one ticket of my husband (Mr. Pran prasoon) on feb 14, 2017 through call. Based on the cancellation, i received revised ticket from easemytrip. Revised ticket clearly mentioned that my ticket was confirmed and my husband’s ticket (Pran prasoon) was cancelled. On the day of travel, march 19, 2017 i reached varanasi airport with my confirmed ticket. Spice jet officer on reaching check-in desk told me that my ticket was cancelled by easemytrip. I explained them that only one ticket was cancelled and my ticket is confirmed. I also showed them ticket/email/easemytrip website. I was standing at spice jet counter for an hour from 5pm to 5.30pm at varanasi airport as they confirmed that my pnr was cancelled. At the same moment, i called easemytrip to resolve the issue.
    After trying many times i reached them through call. Their executive confirmed that my pnr was cancelled by easemytrip and asked me if they can book my tickets for other day. I had professional commitments to reach mumbai on 19th march, 2017 so that i can join my office on march 20, 2017. He asked me to check with spice jet and tell him cost of ticket if booked at the moment. I check and he confirmed that it is around rs. 20, 000. He told me clearly that book the ticket now as they had some problem and they will reimburse the ticket cost. He told me that send us an email along with the new ticket and my new ticket amount will be reimbursed by easemytrip. But till now i have not received any confirmation on email. It was trauma for me to handle such situation as flight boarding was closing around 6.15 pm and at 6 pm i was told to purchase new ticket. I had to go through lot of problems at the airport because of easemytrip. I was not carrying sufficient cash at the airport as obviously i was not aware that i will have to purchase ticket at rs. 20, 285. I was traveling alone and had to call people who were going back home to lend me money. I was mentally tortured at the airport as i had to borrow cash to purchase new ticket. I ran through the airport to purchase the ticket and after security check, i immediately send easemytrip an email to initiate reimbursement for the same as the amount was huge for me to pay.
    Even after several emails/reminders and phone calls, my issue is not resolved and my reimbursement is not processed. Every day since march 20, 2017 i regularly call and send emails to easmytrip, they are not responding to my emails. When i called, one of easemytrp executive ms. Vidya told me that their manager mr. Jayant is looking into the issue and he will revert to my emails. Till date, i have not received any mail. Also, when i called again, my call was kept on hold for hours and then disconnected. When i was telling them that they cannot treat me like this, they kept my phone on mute. Now after trying all the ways possible, i am writing to your for justice. My original ticket was already for rs. 7372 and then again i had to buy new ticket for rs. 20, 285. Above this ticket cost, i am mentally tortured and strained. I am requesting you to kindly go redress my complaint for the claim amount rs. 1 lakh which is for the amount i have suffered as well as the torture i am going through in last 22 days.

    Ticket cost: 20, 285
    Interest: 20, 285*7%*till date
    Mental harassment: 50, 000
    Total claim amount: interest + 70, 285

    On march 19, 2016 ease my trip representative directed me to purchase new ticket which will be refunded by the company as it is their mistake but now they have stopped responding to my emails.

      On 11th april 2017 i have booked a ticket online via easmytrip.com from ahmedabad to goa date of journey being 19/5/2017 by indigo (India) flight
      I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of rs.17091/- was deducted.
      On query via e-mail (Since telephone was not accessible) for the ticket status easemytrip.com replied "the following itinerary has been rejected due to non-availabilty of seats in the same class booked by you. Your amount would be refunded automatically." further they promised maximum 72 hours to get the amount credited.
      But till date i have not received the refund amount.

      This is to inform Easemy trip.com that still I have not received the refund amount Rs 17091.
      I have already discussed with HDFC Bank customer; they informed that they not receieved any transaction from easemy trip.

      Therefore I request you to please refund the amount immidately.

      I have requested for a refund for flight ticket which was rejected from your side.This is to inform you that still I have not received the refund amount Rs 17091/-agaisnt booking id BET[protected]. It is already 7days are over, due to your web site I am suffering. If airlines are changing the fare, then how you can deduct the money from our account.
      I have already discussed with HDFC Bank customer; they informed that they not receieved any transaction from easemy trip.

        Hi, i booked a flight ticket through easemytrip.com. I missed the flight. So i requested them for the refund. They did not issue my refund saying some technical delay even after one month.             I did an online booking from bangalore to delhi via bhuwaneswar from EASEMYTRIP.COM they deducted the money of Rs 9, 327 from my account but after one hour they cancelled it. The reason they told me on phone (when the customer care executive called me that it was due to link down) and then they sent me a mail that it was due to seat unavailibilty. I requested them to book another fight for me and i am ready to pay whatever the fare difference is but they refused. As i was having an Exam on February 9, 2017 but beacuse of this i will have to miss it now and waste my one more year as they are not refunding the money instantly nor they are letting me use this money for an other ticket.

            If a person cancels a flight they have all the right to deducted Rs 2250 approx with Rs 250 as their charges and this is clearly mentioned on there website before making the booking what about if the reverse happens.I only asked them that which point of your policy has this on your website but they didn't replied.

            They told me all the policies after the payment but what about telling the customer before making the payment as the same way the write about the cancellation charges.

            I asked them what about my "Loss" there was no geninune reply from them as i also aked about there poilcy that tell me where it is mentioned on there site.

              I write to you requesting your support in cancelling the attached ticket without charges. As you would acknowledge I am booked for the same journey on the same flight & this booking is purely an outcome of technical issue.

              I was keen to book the said ticket & I was trying for the same. While I made the payment there was no confirmation from the service portal or the bank & hence the second ticket was booked.

              In total 2 tickets got booked for me on the same airline at the same time.I have been continuously requesting & asking your helpline team but to no avail. I again urge you to cancel my ticket without charges. I underrate that the issue would’ve caused undue discomfort to your airline as well but I cannot be facing a financial loss for no fault of mine from such a reputed airline & group.

              Please seek an exceptional approval for me to cancel the bookings without deductions .I am feeling cheated & it’s very disappointing to hear from your helpline team who in turn guided me to your office.
              Please call me should you feel you need more inputs or the exact flow of events to help you on the subject.

              A quick response will be highly appreciated.

              We have the online Ticketing system, in which customer book the ticket online from our side & pay the payment accordingly.

              While booking the ticket, the payment not been done without providing the OTP password .

              If you had pay the payment from your end, so your tickets had been issued you can confirm with us before issuance the another ticket

              Your ticket copy already delivered at your email id also .

              So there is no issue from our end, as you already cancelled your ticket and we had charged penalty as per cancellation policy.

                I booked my ticket through easemytrip.com with airline PNR as MNPBCR. I had cancelled my ticket before the scheduled date of the flight departure as I was told by one of the Jet Airways customer care executive that I will get the full refund while cancelling the ticket as the timings of the flight had been rescheduled. But till now ease my trip has not given me the same. Its going to be around 3 months now. Please help!!

                  On 22nd January 2017, after trying to book the ticket for the first time from the easemytrip app, when I did not receive any confirmation, I made several calls to easemytrip customer care number. I guess 4 calls but I have recorded 3 of them. In all the 3 calls I made it very very clear that I did not receive any mail from their end. On the last call of that day that I made (for which the audio recorded time is of 4:52) to easemytrip, , their representative Ms. Sonal Arora made it very clear to me that my transaction was failed and I will be getting my money back in 3 days and I can try for a new booking. I have the recording of these statements coming from her and the exact words were as follows:

                  Sonal: Sir, yeh booking toh aapki fail ho chuki hai, joh apka amount yeh joh debit hua yeh apke account me credit ho jayega automatically three days me and aap dusri flight booking try kar sakte hain
                  Radeesh: Toh yeh mam, mere pass itne paise hai nahi account me, main kya karu
                  Sonal: Sir dekhiye, agar main aaj bhi aapka process karti hu toh three days more lag jayenge aapka refund process hone me
                  Radeesh: Arre yaar
                  Sonal: Normal 3-4 days hamari taraf se lagenge and sir bankwale time lenge 2-3 days ka
                  Radeesh: How is it making my trip easy then?

                  The last words that I heard from an easemytrip representative on that day were as mentioned above. And before this call there was no email in my account. So any sane individual will never check their email account expecting an email for a transaction that was assured to him as cancelled. Hence, I really do not see the point of Ms Sonal Arora and Mr. Ankur Yadav (Floor Manager) blaming me for not checking the email on time

                  It was an error from easemytrip’s side and I am being told that they can only give me 50% of the amount and the rest 50% which is more than 5000/- Rs. Have to be taken up by me.

                  I tried my best to know the status and only after being told that the transaction was failed, I stopped my efforts. So why are they refusing to pay me my money. They never even called me once to tell me otherwise. They did not ask me to wait they just clearly said it was failed so where is my fault.

                  Hello, I am facing the same problem. On top of that, I did manage to call them up and they have set me on a wild goose chase for more than 17 days. I am planning to move consumer court. The only trouble is that my amount Rs 6242 is too small for them to even flinch.                     I had booked 3 tickets to Chandigarh on 12th January and due to unfortunate reasons I was bound to cancel the tickets. When I had cancelled the tickets there was no cancellation charges as in the screen shot attached. If Indigo doesn't apply any cancellation charges why is there such a big deduction while refunding the same.
                    Officially you are supposed to deduct Rs. 250 per ticket then why is the deduction so high.
                    Please give me a valid explanation for the same and if it's deducted more please refund the rest of the amount asap.

                      We tried to book Flight ticket from Goa to Hyderabad on mar 9th, at the transaction time web page dint show up properly as ticket is confirmed and also we dint get any confirmation message to mobile number or mail id.(We tried calling ease my trip customer care people but none are reachable, how many times we tried also nobody picked the call. customer care is horrible)

                          The name of the traveler got misspelled (Snigdha jha instead of snigdha
                          Prakash). Can you please update the same?

                          I am pretty sure that it is possible from your end as i recently had similar issue with my goair flight from chicago to new delhi and it was corrected by goibibo customer care. I am unable to reach customer care from outside india.

                            I tried booking flight tickets on www.easemytrip.in on 30 November 2016. The transaction was successful on my end and I received a booking confirmation regarding the same. However 2 hours later, my transaction was rejected citing unavailability of seats. The refund was supposed to be automatic but after 10 days and dozens of phone calls later, i still haven't received my refund. The details are attached in the two screenshots.

                                I had applied for cancellation of ticket on the sector Delhi-Hyderabad on 25th Oct. 16. The reference id was BET[protected].                                   I had booked a trip for my advocate ms. sanchari sen in goair flight from delhi to patna at 5-25 pm from delhi igi airport on 19th oct 2016.
                                  The ticket was booked through easemytrip (easemytrip ref no:bet[protected];goair pnr:ahdq48.
                                  I received a sms on 19th oct 2016 afternoon that the flight no:g8-149 has been preponed at 16-45 hrs (please see attached screenshot).
                                  Ms. sen reached delhi the same morning from kolkata on my business at delhi which would have had remained unfinished to get this rescheduled flight.
                                  On my request by email and on phone, goair cancelled this reservation with assurance to refund the paid amount to my credit card account used for the booking through the agent easemytrip. they also assured to mail me in this regard.
                                  But, although the cancellation as requested was done, as evident in the relevant page of goair, i neither received any mail or refund as yet.
                                  My further mails to either of the above two parties couldn't yield any reply or assurance with a deadline. how long will it take for the refund amount to get credited in my credit card account used for booking?
                                  I got no refund or postive response from either party yet.

                                      Problem :: I asked to change the intial of HArsh Kumar from Ms to Miss

                                      After several call, it is becoming terrible experience from both Jet and easemytrip.

                                      I contacted Jetairways (Rajni & Ashish, floor supervisor) & they are saying to contact the travel agency & only travel agency can do it, for the change in Intial from Ms to Mr.
                                      But few days back jetairways customer care personnel told me to raise a request via travel agency which I did & got below feedback from them.
                                      Where as easemytrip.com is saying that only airline can do it.

                                      So I am not getting any resolution to the problem rather annoyed because of such grievance cell.

                                      Jetairways statement : Initial can be changed only through help of Contact Easemytrip.com
                                      Easemytrip statement : "as per airline policy no changes would be allowed in the name after confirmation."

                                      Now looping both Jetairways & Easymytrip customer care.

                                      Needless to say pathetic customer service from both the party, I don't mind cancelling the ticket and booking other one, but for sure this experience will become word of mouth experience of people around me.
                                      I remember having similar experience with Yatra.com but they were agile to resolve the issue rather then mocking the customer through ridiculous customer care.

                                        Looks like a cheat organisation, have booked a flight from delhi to banglore, entire transaction is done and the money gets deducted from my account but the tickets aren, t booked. Tried reaching these guys at the customer service but no one takes the call at their customer service center nor do they reply to the mails at the site provided by them. Such a pathetic company. Would definitely not recommend it.
