Looks like a cheat organisation, have booked a flight from delhi to banglore, entire transaction is done and the money gets deducted from my account but the tickets aren, t booked. Tried reaching these guys at the customer service but no one takes the call at their customer service center nor do they reply to the mails at the site provided by them. Such a pathetic company. Would definitely not recommend it....

We had booked a ticket with pnr w4u5qi spicejet from cok to hyd for 13-jul-2016. The airline cancelled that flight departure on 11-jul-2016 and eventually we did a cancellation of the flight at easemytrip. Almost 20-25 days are over and easemytrip is yet to refund the claim and everytime they put the call on hold or disconnect the call. Since there is a conscious delay from easemytrip, the money should come back to us with standard interest....

Pathetic and cheating service. Don't ever use this

I had to cancel a round way ticket with Indigo booked through ease mytrip. The terms and conditions in the ticket does not mention about the actual cost involved during the cancellation of ticket. The call center service is pathetic and they have stereo type answers asking the customer to go through the website and no intention to hear your grievance. The executive/supervisor/team lead were sticking on to their hidden terms and conditions...

Paytm - offers, are very misleading

Easemytrip is offering cashback of Rs.500 per ticket through PAYTM. I have seen this offer, and made my booking for 2 tickets, but i have not received any cashback in Paytm wallet. Later when I enquired giving them all the details, they had a very absurd reply, that ticket has been booked by easemytrip.com and not with easemytrip.in where they this discount applicable.

So they are running 2 portals with one name but different...

Booking rejected and denying refund!

1. This is the first time a ticket booking site is charging and debiting customer for unconfirmed tickets. If the berth is not cnfirmed or you are unable to reach the airlines server to book the ticket, that should have been resolved in the steps preceding the payment step. You charged. Why? 2. No convenience fees you claim. Convenience fees is charged. Upon mailing, CC replies that it is because I booked in easemytrip.in and not easemytrip.com....
