I was issuing the ticket for Mumbai to Riyadh using Easemytrip website, on 2 Mar 2018 at 16:40, the amount 13713 has been debited from my account I received the ticket with booking id EMT40536993 BUT without ticket no and departure time was 9 pm, I tried more than 1 hour 45 min to contact easemytrip customer care number but no reply than I reissue the ticket of same passenger from other travel agent, nearly 7 pm I received ticket from easemytrip, one passenger can't travel on two ticket than I contact to easemytrip customer care for cancellation but no reply, then I contacted to Jet airways airline they cancelled the itinerary, i cancelled the ticket using easymytrip, Next day when i complaint to customer care they told me send us mail our manager will do best, but mail me cancellation charges more then 7000, they are totally fraud travel agent, they dont send ticket in time, cancellation charge take so high, refund process is very slow, can anybody help me to get full refund because it's not my mistake they dont reply at time,

Next day on 03/08/2018 when i contacted to customer care a madam told me to mail our manager for full refund he will do the best then i mailed to ----> [email protected] my mail is hi, This is Ahmad, Yesterday around 4:30 I had issued a ticket using your online portal EaseMyTrip.com, The booking reference number was: EMT40536993, My complaint is that I didn't get the ticket number nearly 2.00-2.30 hours while the departure time was 9 pm, I tried to contact more than one hour but no reply from your side than I reissued the ticket from another travel agent the ticket number is 5895370739596, after some time you send me ticket with ticket number then I contacted to jet airways airline for cancellation but they denied only cancelled itinerary, then I cancelled ticket, now you charge me more than 7000 for cancel, let me know where I am faulty, My mistake is only this i issued ticket from you, is it legal that you charge me so much, Is there no humanity, it's my humble request with you please dont take so much cancellation charge, I cant bear this..

    I do not - and have never had - a subscription with ease my trip although it may be paired with one or more of the airlines or irctc trains that i have booked. I don't know. But although i am on a dnd register for the past several years, i continue to receive sms's from ease my trip, and no amount of complaining to them has eased my trouble! I don't want their offers, i don't use their services, which are too invasive. Please god! Get them to stop sending these sms's! There must be some mega promotion going on because i received 1 sms today and another 2 days ago, and another the day before that. I do have a block feature on my phone but i can't even find a number to block! H e l p!!!

      I have never given them any permissions to send me any kinds of smss or mails. They have been sending atleast 2-3 sms on my number. Please take serious steps against them. And just request them to put my no on dnd. My number is [protected]. I've sent them requests a few times before but all in vain. The fact that they have started calling me now is highly unprofessional and pathetic. I'll never use your services now!

          My Booking PNR No- GICC8U flight Goa to Mumbai.

          This ticket was cancelled by indigo and you guys have deducted half the amount as cancellation fees instead it should be a full refund as understood by indigo. I have had multiple calls with your customer care and due to inability to solve this I am writing this mail to you. I am sure a complaint at consumer forum won’t help either as you already have multiple complaint’s 116 to be exact.

            Ease my trip is not trustable site.. Isne mere sath fraud liya hai... Muje delhi to bikaner ki 25 jan 2018 ki flight book krwani thi 4 logo ki. Jo ki mene16 jan 2018 ko book ki... To mene ease my trip ko choose kiya... Or mene 2-2 aadmi karke ticket book karwayi.. Ek ticket jo ki meri 2 aadmi ki thi wo confirm ho gyi lekin agli hi ticket jo ki mene dusre do admi ki krwayi wo mere pas pending ticket ka mail aaya... Or mere account se pese bhi cut gaye.. Or jab mene inhe call kiya to ye bolte hai ki ye airline ki taraf se reject ki gayi hai... Jab mene air india help line me call ki to air india ki help line ne mujse costomer ka last name pucha wo unhe show nahi ho raha tha... To akhir me unhone munse pnr no. Mannge... Or wo bhi ticket me show nahi the... To unhone kaha ki aap easemytrip pe pata krke bataiye fir hm aapko rejection k bare m inform kar payenge...             Mudde ki baat 1) mobile apps me jab bhi jate hai to seat ki aviability ke bad m booking process start hota hai. Seat aviable thi jab hi proccesor me booking start hoti hai.. Jab site aviable thi or paisa kata to waha pe rejection ka sawal kaha se aata hai... Mobile apps me jab bhi jate hai to site ki aviability ke bad m booking process start hota hai..
            Jab sites ya booking reject ho gayi h to mere a/c se pese kese kate??
            2) ye khete hai ki 7 days ke andar muje refund milega.. Agar mere account ka bal 0rs ho to m ab aage ki tickets kese karwau???
            3) jese jese din kam hote hai vese vese ticket charges badhte jate hai jo ticket 10500 ki thi wo muje 14740 ki padi... Ab uska lose bhi to muje hi uthana pada...
            Ye log apne passengers ke sath bhut fraid karte hai... Aaj mere sath hua hai... Kal kisi or ke sath hoga... Ye fraud ka silsila khtm hona hi chahiye.. Ye log ese hi fraud karke customer ke paisa block karte hai or dusri jagah apni income badhate hai..

            I want justice...

            Muje meri family or passenger ko jo mental disturbance hua...16 jan ki raat se hame pareshani hui uska damages hame chahiye... Hamara lose ho gaya 10500 rupay jo mere block ho gye 7 days ke liye... Or jo ticket ka extra charge laga inn sab damages ka payment hame chahiye...

              Following mail was bounced back thrice
              Help me to resolve the issue as detailed bellow.
              Booking id 29486761 dated 11/11/17
              For tkt of prachi paresh shah
              Pnr - ghefev
              From kolkata to guwahati date 12 nov 2017
              For the above ticket me credit card was debited twice. The authorization codes provided by the indusind bank (Credit card issueing bank) are as under.
              [protected] amounting rs 3895/- dated. 11/11/2017
              [protected] amounting rs. 3895/- dated 11/11/2017.

              Please note that the above ticket was cancelled and for that my credit card is credited by rs 3395/-
              But till date i have not received the reversal of one of the double debit wide authorization codes as mentioned above.
              You are requested to refund the amount
              Of rs.3895/-
              Your prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                I booked one flights from lucknow to delhi on 28th jan 2018 for 2 passengers and the second return flight from delhi to lucknow on 31/01/2018 for 2 passengers. My booking reference is emt 34619026.
                I asked tem (Easemytrip) to know cancellation of these tickets.
                They replied that i will get nothing if i cancel.
                They will even keep the airport taxes with them.in any case the government taxes will not go to the government & easemytrip will pocket the government's money too.
                It is highly unfair & illegal.
                Please help.
                Do not let them grab government taxes & airport fee.

                  I booked a flight from and had mentioned the wrong date by mistake. As it was a midnight flight i mistakenly booked a previous date ticket. Within minutes i realised my mistake and called the representative. He tells me the fare amount as cancellation charges and more than that he tells me 500 more than the amount as modification charges. Upon questioning he tells me this is the airline fee and this is the rule. When i said about complaining this with the consumer court he says "ok" and cuts the call.
                  If this is how customers are cheated by the sites offering "cheap" tickets, and the rude nature of these company representatives, it becomes highly impossible for a common man to compete with them. Requesting action against companies like them and also requesting for a refund or compensation from them.

                    I tried to book ticket and rs 6791 was debited from my icici bank account. My bank as well as upi has confirmed it's a successful transaction but [protected]@hdfcbank is saying it's a failed transaction. When i am asking for statement or account number they are not able to provide the same. My bank cannot raise a complain until unless they give the account number. They are neither sharing their statement or bank account number neither are they refunding the amount. I think i have lost my rs 6791.

                      I tried to book a flight from easemytrip.com. During payment the amount got debited from my icici bank account but booking failed. I checked with icici bank and they informed me that the transaction amount of rs x was received to beneficiary (I. E. Easemytrip yes bank account)

                      I provided them my bank statement and official confirmation from icici bank but they keep denying about refunds. They take many days for checking with bank when it takes just 5 min nowadays and still haven't come up with satisfactory reply.

                      The upi transaction amount is credited to account of yes bank account of easemytrip (As per the details provided to me by icici bank).

                      It has been more than 50+ days since i raised the issue.

                        We have booked two ticket for 7/november/2017 (Tuesday) from bathinda to delhi that cost us 1850each total for both was3700 inr.
                        When we reached at airport we found that flight has been cancel due to heavy fog and they told me they will give full refund to easemytrip. I have emailed to easemytrip since last 10days and now totally pissed of because first they replied me we will get full refund by 5-7days...

                          We would like to inform you that as per the cancellation charges by the airlines the cancellation charges including the EaseMytrip service fee which is very nominal the cancellation charges are more than the ticket price and this why you are not eligible for any refund.                           Booked a return ticket for 13/11 from Guwahati to Agartala. I downloaded the eticket to only see that easemytrip made a ticket for 13/12 instead. I called the customer care but got no response. From what I see, people had similar complains in the past but weren't helped right. So I cancelled this one. At least handle the refunding properly please.

                            I have booked international flight tickets from easemytrip website for sector kuwait-lucknow-kuwait on 05.11.2017, for flight on 6.11.2017 from kuwait-lucknow & 26/11/17 from lucknow-kuwait under oman airways. (Booking refer: emt[protected]

                            I have been debited on my credit card an amount of rs. 21, 555.00 and the same reflects on my card statement, now, i have issued unconfirmed tickets for this, and later on received a mail from helpline, mr. Shahnawaj saifi says, that the tickets have not been booked, reason hike in air fare for said sector and have to pay another 1700 inr for same sector, as same has been blocked. Immediately undersigned has raised the concern how to pay the differential amount where mr. Shahnawaj has responded with a payment link and asked to pay as slot is blocked.

                            In next few minute payments has been made & sent him payment advice but i dint receipt any further communication or itinerary. Further i had make a call to customer care of easemytrip & they took all my payment details and transferred the line to international zone, unfortunately mr. Shahnawaj was online and he responded after 30 min that fare has been increased once again and have to pay the difference then only they will release the pnr/itinerary even pnr generated and reflecting on payment advice.

                            After a long discussion, undersigned feel that i am cheated by easemytrip, once will pay and again they will ask some more payment then what to do. Because mr. Shahnawaj was demanding difference of current price inr 28, 495/- (Current fare) where same flight fare was 26, 914/- including conveyance charges. And i requested him to refund my payment and they agreed to refund it immediately, but the same is not yet credited and my fund has been blocked which i cannot utilize for few days unless until will not credited to my account.
                            I was totally clueless, to whether i should book new tickets or not and if yes, then how do i do that while my money is locked with easemytrip.com
                            Your customer support mr. Shahnawaj saifi just said i can’t help you and left me to fend for myself even i was calling with isd.
                            I am being harassed and require assistance in sorting out the situation immediately
                            Normally, whenever price change alerts are there, the website is alarming us prior to payment with current fare but easemytrip has not did like that. They have issued unconfirmed ticket and frequently asking more n more money, just blackmailing to customer.

                            I booked the ticket under same sector with same flight @ inr 26, 914 including conveyance charges and got confirmed ticket.

                            .

                            The delay in releasing the locked amount makes me lose amount on airfare increase in cost for delayed booking, which i caused due to your inability to provide service.

                            Undersigned claiming to easemytrip to pay me the differential amount of confirmed itinerary from other site for same sector & same flight.

                            Kindly look into the problem and sort it on an urgent basis.

                              I have raised a query #1785213, where the easemytrip application was showing the refund amount after deducting only 500 where as when actual refund mail came it showed a deduction of around 50% of my ticket charge. I have also attached screen shot of the app which exactly shows that my refund amount would be inr 16.5k nearly. That is the reason i cancelled my ticket. Are you guys like fooling the customers.

                              Then why did your application showed an different refund amount. That was the reason I had cancelled the ticket. The screen shot is attached. It showed 0+250 which means there were no other cancellation charges apart from 250 per ticket. If your app showed incorrect I am not responsible for that. I want the money back you application showed. You are always trying to fool the customer. This is not the first time I am facing any issue with your site, earlier also I faced a technical issue from your end. I would not suffer because of your irresponsibility and incorrect information. I would have not cancelled my ticket if the charges would have been what is deducted had been shown. Because of your technical issue why would I pay the penalty. You should bear that penalty as your site/ application had some technical issue.

And your customer care is the worst, I have been on waiting for more than 15 mins always whenever I had called. Kindly refund the amount which your application showed.                               PNR NO XSWWFO got the cancellation email and told it will be refunded in my bank account but till date same has not been done. I got email on 22nd September and after that I have called customer care so many times but till now no resolution.

                                One should go through ticket # 1604665 which has been generated by sending an email to [protected]@easemytrip.com and [protected]@easemytrip.com

                                I am begging to get my refunds for my flight ticket that were canceled from airline on 12th june of my booking id bet[protected].

                                So far, i have not received any amount, and i am tired of following up.

                                  I have purchased Round trip from CCU-DEL-CCU but change of official program I asked to reschedule my ticket. But easemytrip demanded hi-price for rescheduling charges which is more than marketed available fresh ticket amount several times I have contacted with them but they do not wanted to consider any thing. I have forced to cancel both tickets. I have purchased fresh ticket from other site. Easemytrip has been deducted almost full amount against cancellation. I have lost almost Rs 5000 amount for both way cancellation charges.I requested to authority to refund at least one way fare where I can make up my losses to some extent.

                                    And today i talked with ease my trip customer care
                                    He told me that air costa is not refunding the amount so we are not refunding.
                                    Now i have left only with one option of going to consumer court and should file a case against both travel partners for full refund with interest and mental harrasement and of cheating for which u should be fined and i should be getting all the legal process expenses.
