Easemytrip India, Delhi May 5, 2015 chor company hello, i had book my business trip with ease my trip, they booked my car rental, hotel accommodation. i was fine with the price they gave me and without asking any discount i transfer money their account, from that point onwards i had problem, firstly account team didnt bother to reply me at least once did they receive money or not, i sent more than 3 email, never reply, i called their account then finally they stating checking and ask me few details then they replyed they received, if you dont reply to email then why there is email contact, i got the voucher in my email which was fine, when it was my first day at trip, i ask for airport transfer as part of my trip, every time the driver wont be available at the airport arrival (mine was few cities trip) i have to call driver's they told me come at parking. i have to look for them as if i am on hunt, at the time of booking i did told Mr. Chandra kanth and Mr Mahish with whom i made reservation that i driver should meet at arrival but ever happen in my 15 days trip, and the cab were in horrible condition and few of them had broken window and dirty seats, It is very surprising to see the poor quality service provided after repetitive request and complaints. drivers doesnt talk properly with customers like us, in Delhi i had request for Park hotel which had wifi included, but the speed of wifi that i cant even open google webpage, when i complain to reception they said its our basic internet if you want fast in room wifi you will need to pay INR 1100 extra per day, someone please let me know if that in good on hotel point of view. Bangalore airport pickup driver is the most horrible driver ever seen. He crashed twice while driving at night and had no sense on when to apply breaks! I ended up having a body pain after my journey. My Pune car driver came late to Airport and very next day arrived half an hour late which caused me a meeting! Amritsar airport driver told me to walk to car park and he is waiting for me there! I had no idea where was the carpark and i had 40 plus kg baggage with me. Next day car had broken front view windscreen and the door were not even working from inside. The car was not road worthy and was a hazard. Our insurance does not cover in case of accident. I should have never used the car knowingly. Kochi - Driver no show which cost me 5000 Rps per day to use a hotel car. Which i feel you should cover not refund what i have paid . when i was trying to talk to them though email about car didn't turn up below is the email i got from Mr Manish (i believe operational Manager) ' Dear will revert to u till evening" All we expected was a better service and we gave you several feedbacks on our previously used services. I do believe you have taken us not seriously. An email will be sent to Mr. Nishant Pitti, (Founder of EaseMyTrip.com) and Mr. Prashant Pitti, upon my return to Auckland. i you caution all the customer who book car rental and hotel with this company, ease my trip please refund me INR 5418.23 + 5200

Tried contacting customer care on phone but not picking up. I booked an air ticket from ahmedabad to cochin which failed, but my money was deducted... I was told that it will be credited back in 78 hours. But its been a week and no reply from customer care. Not able to contact them. I think i might have to file a complaint.

    Flight ticket no.[protected] was cancelled with full refund by Jet Airways on their proposition as flight was unduly delayed. Easy trip planners just refunded Rs.7072/- out of Rs.9160/- and when I claimed full refund, Ms.Apurva Goswami (from Easemytrip) asked me to fetch confirmation from Jet airways that I sought from Jet Airways Guest Relations' Head Ms.Deepika Poojary, see attached e-mail, but despite multiple correspondences and reminders Easy trip planners is not responding back to my e-mails and not refunding my balance amount of Rs.2088/- for a long time.

      Dear Sir/Maam, With great regret this is to inform you through this mail that due to a shameful and un- expected act caused by your company or any of your agent which resulted in great inconvenience and harassment to me and my family members. After booking tickets from your agency on 25th November, 2014 and upon receipt of the confirmation with Booking Id. BET[protected] provided to me via e-mail in my mail id. My itinerary being round trip flight from Bangalore -Guwahati via EASEMYTRIP.com. Please see attached ticket copy. Please note that, the aforesaid booking was made two months prior to travel dates. The return journey was scheduled on 13th FEB 2015 from GAU-BLR via Indigo 6E 458 Airline. But to our shock during the luggage check in the Indigo counter staff informed us that the PNR which we hold corresponds to the journey date of 23rd FEB 2015 and not 13th FEB 2015. Even after several requests the INDIGO staff refused to accommodate us in the aforesaid flight or any other flight. On the other hand they communicated with the agents of EASEMYTRIP regarding the issue and finally broke into a tussle between both the parties. Moreover, I requested the agent of EASEMYTRIP to arrange me an alternate flight as I am travelling with my old aged and ailing parents but they refused to do so. On the other hand they insisted me to purchase fresh tickets from my pocket which they will refund in my account later on.The agent also refused to mail me her suggestions when I asked for the same. Being a middle class traveler it is not possible on my part to purchase air tickets which are sky rising price any time. As a result I had to choose my return journey by train and had to hault in a guest house in Guwahati. This is to state that due to such an un-warranted action on the part of your agent, I along with my old parents had to suffer great inconvenience the whole day with travel issue which was never expected. As of now we have asked for compensation for the trouble caused by still no reply. Please help us getting justice. Regards Savitha KM

        Booked a return ticket for Nov-2015 for 3 person (Mum-Udaipur-Mumbai) on 13th Jan 2015. On 6th Feb, there was a mail from [protected]@easemytrip.com stating that the ticket booking rejected. On further investigation, they reverted that the ticket rate got changed during booking. Then how they could issue Airline PNR??? I would like to say that, you won't find any service provider like easemytrip.com, in terms of cheap quality.

        Easemytrip.com — Air tickets amount is debited from my account but tickets are not confirmed,

        I have booked 4 tickets from chennai to hyderabad on 09/05/2015 for travelling on 31/05/2015. An amount of Rs.10192 is debited to my account but ticket confirmation is not come even after a day. May be this is a cheating company

          I had booked a round trip ticket for Mumbai Ahmedabad Mumbai on easemytrip.com booking ID : AD[protected] airline PNR G34GFI on 10th Jan 2015 for flight of 12th Jan 2015 and paid an amount of Rs.11, 865/- by Credit Card. After taking the booking and the amount the airline was unable to confirm the seat for the 1st sector and hence confirmed to Refund the full amount paid. They also sent a SMS confirming the refund but till date the amount has not been credited to our Credit Card account. It seems that the company is into doing a major fraud and request you to take up the matter with the highest authority so that the company cannot comit any such further fraud.

            Cancelled a ticket for delhi from raipur, took 2 days and many hours on the phone to do that. nowv not refunding my money. have been calling them up. keep on hold on phone for long, only music at other end, or else no voice, just silence, such cos are cheating consumers and should not be allowed to function.

              There was an offer on flights on easemytrip.com which was from 24th-26th January'15. Due to this, I have been following the flight rates closely on 26th January, and from 11.30 pm onwards, I have been trying to book my flight tickets, which was a return trip on Indigo Airlines. Due to some error from easemytrip.com's end, they could not process my payment in the first 2 attempts, and then in the 3rd attempt, they were able to process my payment, which was around 11.55pm, and definitely before 12am. A confirmation e-mail was also sent. Now, after successful booking and payments, I got a call from easemytrip.com saying that a PNR cannot be generated and thus, my discounted rate is not valid anymore and I have to pay much more money to confirm it. This is totally playing with the customer. When the offer was valid till 26th January, and it showed that the tickets have been booked on the offer price and that too before 26th January ended, then how can an airline not give the PNR!! This is just not fair! And, now they are saying that they are cancelling my confirmation of the ticket, and refunding the money. I don't want any refund, ALL I WANT is my ticket booked at that price. Because of them, I lost the opportunity to book at the reputed websites, like I always do, and without any hassle and harassment, I would have got my tickets booked easily! easemytrip.com must pay the fare difference from their end, if they were not able to generate the ticket, it is not my fault, as I made sure to book the tickets before 26th January ended, and I did that! They are harassing me to the core, and are not even making me talk to their head! Disgusting experience!

After several mail request and promises from their still I'm getting sms, whatsapp messg, which very irritating. Now they don't even response my mail. WHEN I BOOKED THE TICKET I GOT PNR NUMBER AT THE SAME TIME AI-J5Y7W BUT TICKET NUMBER WAS NOT ISSUED. WHEN I DID NOT GET THE TICKET NUMBERS TILL 11.15 PM I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE OF EASEMYTRIP BUT NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE FOR ABOUT HALF AN HOUR AND I CUT THE PHONE. NEXT DAY MORNING ON 18TH NOVEMBER 2014 I CALLED THEM AGAIN FROM THE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS UNDER UP GRADATION YOU DO 1 THING YOU EMAIL THE PROBLEM AND OUR EMAIL SYSTEM IS WORKING AND YOU WILL GET RESPONSE IN 10 MINS. BUT I WAITED FOR 4 HOURS AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE. SO I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT TICKETS HAVE ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I MAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM THAT I DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND I JUST WANT MY TICKETS. THE PERSON NAMING SURESH EMAILED ME... WE LIKE TO INFORM YOU THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE ERROR OCCURRED WHEN YOU DOING THIS BOOKING WE SEARCH BEST OPTIONS FOR YOU SO KINDLY WAIT... I WAIT FOR THE 1 DAY MORE THAT IS 18TH OF NOVEMBER. AND NOW TOLD ON 19TH OF NOVEMBER THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY MORE 27000 RUPEES IF I HAVE TO CONFIRM THE TICKET. I WAS SHOCKED THE LAST NIGHT THEY EMAILED ME AND TOLD ME TO WAIT AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME TO PAY MORE PAYMENT. I TOLD THEM HOW CAN I TELL CUSTOMER AFTER 2 DAYS THAT HIS TICKET IS NOT CONFIRMED AND IF HE WANT THE TICKET HE HAVE TO PAY 25000 MORE. I TOLD THEM I CANNOT PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND WHY WILL I PAY WHEN THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. THEY TOLD ME WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING AND CUT MY PHONE AND NOW THEY DONT PICK MY PHONE.                       Hi, I got my Air tickets cancelled on 5th Aug 2014.I was apprised that refund will be credited into my account in 4-5 days but till now no amount has been credited. I have inquired multiple times with your customer care executives regarding this but every-time they told that your concerned department will update me on this. Unfortunately there has been no update on the same till now.I dropped an email also for the same but there has been no reply for that too.                         Hi, I tried booking a ticket on 31st july through easemytrip.com. Money got deducted my account but no ticket was booked, customer care representative told me that my refund is already processed and will be done in 3 working days. I called up again on 5th July, they said it'll be done by 6th July. when I called today they said the refund is not yet processed. we'll have to initiate it now. even after asking repetedly they are not giving me any request# and saying "you'll recieve an email in 10 minutes" I did not get any email from them yet.                           First time I booked flight with them . I cancelled ticket on line and never was told or warned that I will not get refund. While buying ticket non refundable ticket was not mentioned . Now they say spice jet will not refund . I checked on yahoo and MMY trip and even with spice jet, this ticket is refundable . I have taken print out of all conditions. EMT do not wish to refund as they are crooks and lure customer with no processing fee Never buy from them . Such crooks should be out of business will file matter in court . Let spice jet also disown them as their agent rajeev

                              ON the website easemytrip.com, they have clearly mentioned that they will pay 10 times the fare difference, in case the fare on their website is higher than any other website. On[protected] While trying to book a ticket for chandigarh lucknow sector for[protected], i found a difference in fares, I called them up, (Mr rajesh) they suggested me to send them screenshots, which i did. I had specifically asked them and they have told me that the 10 times fare difference scheme is for both -the customers who have made booking and customers who are still to make a booking. The difference in fare is more than Rs 1000, so they had to pay more than Rs 10000, now they are making excuses Regards Anish [protected]

                                I booked a return tickets from Delhi to Guwahati on 12/10/2013. First I have transferred an amount of Rs. 20948.00. After that They have issued me a confirmation ID as 121013NHO0TS6O4 . But later they had phoned me and said that They cannot issue the tickets at that rate . They have asked me to deposit another Rs. 2600/- for the tickets. Now I want to know that is this a clear indication of forgery . They first show in their webpage the lower amount for the tickets but after you have transferred the amount they have refuse to get you the tickets. Still they have the lowest rates for the tickets.

                                  I have an agency from Easemytrip, but the company does not give any commision on transactions. Also, incorrect balance is updated after deductions of transaction amount thereby causing loss to me.

                                  I have been writing mails and complaining about the same to the compnay, but no action as yet. The only resposne I am getting is that the concerned department will look into it.

                                  I wish to terminate the agency and get refund of my deposit amount.

                                    I booked air ticket for 2 persons thru Ease MY Trip. com web site from Nagpur to Goa by Indigo flight no. 6_E-418 for 28th December 2012, for which they charged me Rs. 18331, which I paid by my credit card on 1-9-12. In October, 2012, there was a news report in the newspapers that the direct flight from Nagpur to Goa was cancelled by Indigo.So, I enquired with Ease my trip. com about this,on which ,they asked me to contact the concerned airlines. When I contacted Indigo, they adjusted me in another flights for which they issued me a new air ticket with a fare of Rs. 10724.I asked them for the efund of excess fare, to which they asked me to contact the ease my trip.com. I wrote to them on December 8 by e-mail to refund me difference in fare, i.e. Rs.[protected]=Rs. 7607 and credit the same to my credit card. By their e- mail dated 18 december, they have refused to refund me the excess amount of Rs. 7607, saying that I have taken reaccomodation option. I have not taken any reaccomodation option. I had told Indigo that since you have cancelled the direct flight, give me alternate flights so that I can reach Goa, as scheduled, which they did by giving me separate flights from nagpur to mumbai and mumbai to goa. I therefore request you to kindly take up the matter with ease my trip .com and get me the refund of Rs. 7607.Thanking you,

                                      I booked two tickets from this site called easemytrip.Com on 6th oct 2012. These tickets were for my parents who were coming guwahati to delhi on 5th nov. The timing according to them was 18.15 hours.

                                      On the said date ie 5th nov. My parents reached the guwahati airport well ahead of time at 16:30 hrs. But to they received a big jolt when they were informed by the airline staff that the flight they booked the tickets for have already left at 15:35 the same day. My father then had to pay the current ticket at the airport itself to keep his travel schedule intact. (He had to pay an amount of rs.15,546 on top of what I had already paid to the website).

                                      Now when I contacted the website for refund of the money (the current ticket price of rs.15,546) they simply told me that the amount wont be refunded to me because the subject line of the mail accompanying ticket read as 'reissue done inr 3000/-(Must be re-confirm by airlines)'. One would obviously detect the grammar mistake in the line. But nowhere in the line it was mentioned that the buyer needs to call the airline for reconfirmation. The line simply means that the airline would reconfirm the booking.
                                      None the less these thugs or semi-literate bunch of people now are refusing to refund the amount despite my calls/Mails to reason with them.

                                      Now irrespective of the subject line (the grammar mistake and the meaning aside), can the site send a ticket with wrong information to the buyers in the first place?
                                      is there no accountability of these sites?
                                      is it one of those 'fly-by-night' operators, who are just muddying the industry.

                                      I am going to file a case against them in the court any which ways, but I thought it would be also good option to publicize and expose easemytrip.Com and their kinds, so that they will think twice before cheating somebody else.
