Because of serious medical issues with the passenger travelling... On contacting the airline with medical issues prescription and hospital admission records the airline admitted for a full refund of fare with a goodwill gesture mail.. Had one of the worst experience ever with this website EaseMyTrip - Flights, Hotels and Bus

They have a very simple rule of showing the lowest fares on their website. Once you go through the booking process and your money gets deducted from your bank account or any of their payment method the next page shows is - the booking is pending and is in process. You might think this should take a minute and your booking would get confirmed...

I had Go-air flight from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwar and i called up the customer care to confirm whether it will take up from domestic airport or international airport. The information provided to me was "international airport". When i reached international airport i got to know that GO-AIR flight takes off from domestic airport. I rushed to domestic at the peak hours.

Emt did not show anywhere it was hand baggage only fare. I have taken screenshot before booking also and after booking also.

It never showed anything about hand baggage fare. Once i booked the ticket and on confirmation it shows only hand baggage fare. It is same price same day same time same flight.

Don't know whose issue it was but the site does not show anything if...

I booked two tickets of Indigo in Nov 2017 which Icancelled on 8th Jan 2018. As per the answer to my email of enquiry to Indigo, Indigo had refunded the amount to the account of Easy Trip Planners, the travel agency I used to book the ticket. The complainant had booked two air tickets from lucknow to pune. First booking no. Emt45982866, pnr no. Khup2k (Indigo) on 18/05/2018 in the names of madhumita kar & vidushi kar and second booking no. Emt45985002 pnr no. Khfu9n (Indigo) in the name of ashok kumar kar.

I have booked my tickets on 29th april'18 roundtrip agartala to delhi for 16th may'18 & 27th may'18, id is emt44583282. That day ticket for roundtrip costing was rs. 7700/- appx for 1 adult (Agt to del rs.3571/- and from del to agt rs 4130/-) but for 6 adults, 1 kid & 1 infant they charged rs 60523/- in total.
