I emailed [protected]@easemytrip.com and asked them to add my number to their dnd lists and this is the reply i got from shyam sharma

I have never created an account with easemytrip.com or shared any of my personal details with this company so why am i still getting spammed and that too at night?

    not received confirmation after book airline ticket.

    I have paid rs 14396 through sbi net banking on17th september 2018
    I have not received any confirmation from easy my trip not even refund back my payment.
    I have contacted easy my trip call centre and they have confirmed that they have received payment later due to payment get way so my booking is canceled. I...

    Easemytrip is not at all credible. All their reviews praising the app is fake. I have personal experience with them where it is a complete waste to depend on any agency to book flight. I cancelled my booking within one hour for the full refund for a spelling change. To rebook the ticket easemytrip trip tried to trick me into booking the ticket at a hiked process when the prices remianed the same on the website as the same. Easemytrip was not at all helpful in cancelling the ticket, as i had to make calls to the airlines myself to make the cancellation. Then, after 10 days, i call the airlines to see that they had processed the request way back, but easemytrip was supposed to make the refund.
    Upon calling easemytrip, they say the airlines did not make the refund. I said i have confirmation emails for full refund from the airlines, then they fumble and cancel the flight again. So i have to wait for my refund another 10 days.
    Here comes the funny part:
    Now they send a mail saying that the full refund has been cancelled as the airlines has not approved it. Which was bull*!!! When i told them i have confirmation from then and only after which i called them, they again send a confirmation mail for the refund. Everytime, i have to force them to send a confirmation mail otherwise the call never happened. These are a bunch of liars and cheaters, trying to find any loophole in order to cheat the customers off of their money. I have sent a mail to their ceo, and also written reviews on them, i don't know if i am waiting time as it seems am about to lose 5440 rs!!!
    There's absolutely zero reason for anyone to depend on an agency, when the airlines are better to deal with and with the same pricing!!!

    Had booked my tickets from easemytrip.com from ahemdabad to nagpur via pune.
    The booking status was pending which was later put to cancelled status.
    I have called the customer care quite a few times but no appropriate responses from there end regarding the refund of the same.

      On aug - 23 -2018 i booked flight from hyderabad to surat in easemy trip website after entering all details final ly after payment is failed and my amount is debited and ticket was not booked, after several discussion with customer care executive they said with in 72 hours you will get amount in to your bank account. Still sept 1 -2018 i wiil not get any amount from easemytrip. Please slove the issue soon

        I have booked an international flight from NewYORK to Kathmandu. And at the time of booking it clearly mentioned in the ticket that cancellation charges 4 hrs prior departure is 6925/- but when i actually got my ticket cancelled 2 weeks prior to departure I have been charged 28715/- for the same. I tried to contact customer care and for a month still they are going round and round and blaming the airline. I have directly contacted the Emirates Airline for the cancellation charges and they confirmed me that Airline has charged only 6925/- So when airline has charged 6925/- than How EMT has charged 28715/- for the same ticket ? Also it the time of booking it was assured that the ticket is refundable with cancellation charges of only 6925/- This is pure case of cheating and fraud. I have all the mails writing to them but they never bothered. Every time they say 24-48hrs they will resolve but now its almost a month and still 24hrs is not over.

          I have booked 2 tickets from bangalore to ahmedabad for 20th august 7 pm on 17th august at 11.44pm, my amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs 13000/- through kotak - bank, i have call about 10 times for refund and sales team promise me to refund within 72 hours but still...

                Re: cancellation of flight ai 672 from madurai to mumbai on 04.08.18

                History:
                I had booked a flight for ai 672 from madurai to mumbai on 04.08.18. I received an sms informing me that the flight was cancelled.

                I called on the 1800…. Number. I was told there is a later flight which would reach mumbai via chennai at 2300. I indicated that i have a flight to catch from delhi to toronto the next morning. They then told me, “as our people are busy at the moment, i will arrange a call back”. I asked a question as to when they would call back and was clearly told that the call back would be within 24 hours.

                I waited more than 48 hours for the call back.in the mean time i received no sms or email indicating any booking.in a panic i booked another flight jet airways for ixm-bom by which i would reach mumbai earlier in the evening.

                This morning around 1030 i called the toll free number again to find out on how i could get a full refund. I was told that the ticket had been confirmed by this later flight via chennai (But as i have said earlier with no intimation to me). I was told that they did not have any email id to write to and so had not sent the confirmation!! They clearly had my phone number and had they made the promised call or sent me and sms things would have been fine.

                Now in view of the changed situation, i would request that you consider all the above facts favourably and grant me a full refund for the ticket booked with you. I would be obliged if you would indicate to me on how and when i can get this refund. As i would also be travelling from tuesday onwards an urgent response would be much appreciated. I subsequently flew jet airways

                I was asked by a supervisor at the call centre to send a complaint message to call. [protected]@airindia.in which i immediately on 27.07.18 but received no reply.

                I was then asked at the airport to send an email to [protected]@airindia.in but received the following reply.

                The issue is completely UNRESOLVED and I have no refund or calls from anyone - AirIndia, Easemytrip.
                I am quite certain that I am entitled to the refund as I had to book a jet airways flight and travel by it on the same day same sector with the four pax leading to a large loss.

                  Booked ticket 2 times from Tirupati to Vijayawada for my friend M Chandra Shekar on 2nd. First time customer care people told Bank has not given money. 4 PM again I booked. Same time Bank deducted the amount from my card. I have not received ticket. 3 times I spoken Executives with long conversation . Lastly at 8 PM today Mr Ankur Customer Executive told you have to book again. Amount will refund 24 hours. I never expected such a reply. Fault is with Ease my trip. Why should I book again ?

                    I have made a request to cancel the above booking on the day of departure of flight i. E. On[protected] but to no avail i was asked to contact airlines instead... Because of serious medical issues with the passenger travelling... On contacting the airline with medical issues prescription and hospital admission records the airline admitted for a full refund of fare with a goodwill gesture mail.. But of no use because i was refunded rs.330 by easemytrip.com

                      Had one of the worst experience ever with this website EaseMyTrip - Flights, Hotels and Bus

                      They have a very simple rule of showing the lowest fares on their website. Once you go through the booking process and your money gets deducted from your bank account or any of their payment method the next page shows is - the booking is pending and is in process. You might think this should take a minute and your booking would get confirmed in a minute or so. But SURELY NOT. Thats what they do. A FRAUD. Once you pay for the trip (mine was hotel booking) they would keep your booking on hold. After which I contacted their customer care person Mr. Ashish. The response was that at that very second when I made my booking the hotel got sold out. (LOL for this). and if I still wanted to continue with my booking I would need to pay INR 1500 more asap or else the room of that category would also get sold out as there was only 1 available according to him. For a second I thought this might be possible but then i contacted that concerned hotel for inquiry on the availability. To which the hotel reservation dept said they had more than 25 rooms empty at that point of time. So I again got back to Mr. Ashish and told him to take the concerned hotel into conference which initially he resisted but eventually after arguing about why not he agreed to and did so. Now listening to this room availability Mr. Ashish told me to get back to me in a while. After which I requested him to let me talk to his senior on the same, as this was clear fraud/loot that they were doing. Then came Mr.Mohammad Zubair, a senior executive (I guess). By this time I had got the idea about their looting process and very clearly i mentioned about the same to Mr. Zubair. I also mentioned that the very same process of looting money had been reviewed about them which I came across on reviews from their customers on http://quora.com after i googled for reviews of EaseMyTrip - Flights, Hotels and Bus. Afte this Mr. Zubair agreed to refund my money which I highly doubt they would be doing so. I was very clear to him about the options he has - either make my booking or else this goes to legal complaint and all. Once this all got settled in with Mr. Zubair he agreed to make the booking for me.

                      Yes eventually I did get the booking done but this is what they are upto. Looting & doing Fraud with their customers. I highly recommend to pay a little more on other trusted websites than getting into the trap of fradulent ones like - easemytrip .com

                        I had Go-air flight from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwar and i called up the customer care to confirm whether it will take up from domestic airport or international airport. The information provided to me was "international airport". When i reached international airport i got to know that GO-AIR flight takes off from domestic airport. I rushed to domestic at the peak hours.

                        I had already lodged a complaint regarding this but nobody bothers to reply. There no value of our time, energy and money to these companies and their people.

                          I am a regular traveller who books ticket through easemy trip most of the times.Its one the worst experience I have had from customer care of easemytrip. I called the customer care no: [protected] on 01.07.2018. I got the information that the flight of Go-Air will depart from international airport. But it was actually from domestic airport. How can the executives provide wrong information to customers..Dont you value our time, money, energy?? Luckily I reached airport at the peak time and the team allowed to check in.. If I would have missed my flight who would be responsible for that??

                            I booked a flight sg-122.

                            Emt did not show anywhere it was hand baggage only fare. I have taken screenshot before booking also and after booking also.

                            It never showed anything about hand baggage fare. Once i booked the ticket and on confirmation it shows only hand baggage fare. It is same price same day same time same flight.

                            Don't know whose issue it was but the site does not show anything if it was hand baggage fare. It is their mistake they should refund me the amount which will be charged for extra luggage or just make my ticket normal check in baggage of 15 kgs.

                            I booked return tickets between bengalore n Chandigarh which I want to reschedule for one month later..flight date is 15 days from now but customer care us not responding to calls.I want the reschedule
                            Reference RVXBBM and tickets ID 2486316. Delayed response for mis connection of flight with connecting flight ignored while clarifying from airline. Not satisfied with the answer to my query is 2486316. Request expedite.E T 689 change to ET 687 but wrong date of 19jul instead of 18 Jul.

                              I booked two tickets of Indigo in Nov 2017 which Icancelled on 8th Jan 2018. As per the answer to my email of enquiry to Indigo, Indigo had refunded the amount to the account of Easy Trip Planners, the travel agency I used to book the ticket. But Easy Trip Planners have not credited the money yet to the credit card I used at the time of booking. So if they will not give me the refund I will be compelled to go to the consumer forum as the money belong to an all India insurance employee fedaration NFIFWI. We need it immediately as it is our annual meeting very soon and its already more than 5 months.

                                Respected sir, i'm trying to book flights tickets from manipur to guwahati this morning 22jun 2018 (07:05am). I'm booking the flight scheduled at 12:10 hrs on 22jul2018but after transaction completed the flight time shows at 1345hrs on 22jul 2018. How does it change schedule time.

                                  Refund not made my name is virender kumar arora
                                  I had got booked a ticket against ticking reference no emt44286336 on 24th of april 18 and got cancelled due to acute personnel problem against ticket id no.2331759 on 9th may 18 which was acknowledged by easymy trip. Finally i got the confirmation related to refund of amount on 12th may 18. The ticket was from delhi to manila via bankok for thai airways and paid inr 34095. To my surprise even after almost 30 days they have not made any refund against the cancellation and when ever i tried to contact them, they gave only one reply that refund is held up due to technical error and will be made in 10 working days. The same day i had cancelled a another domestic ticket on make my trip.com, and they processed the refund within two days. It is really a nightmare to book and cancel a ticket on easemy trip. This will be my last booking on this site and i will never advise anyone to use this website for ticket booking as there service is very very poor. For 1 refund i am forced to call them 20 times during 8-10 days. Still they have not done anything. No proper response. Henceforth will not book in this web site

                                    I booked a ticket from minneapolis to san francisco on 19th may 2018. Traveler name naveen kishan manshani. Date of travel 16 june 2018.

                                    I have called the customer care 5 times. Last time i called the customer care executive was ritika and before that it was hamzaa.

                                    It’s been almost two weeks but i have still not received the ticket number.

                                    I have received a cancellation email from the customer care giving a shocking reason (details provided in attached document).

                                    Look at the ethics of the company, they have changed the booking date in the cancellation email to show that there has been no delay from them. I have also attached the email in which they had sent confirmation on 19th May 2018.

                                    Because of their delay and eventually cancellation, I have to pay INR 10, 000 EXTRA to book a fresh ticket. However, there customer care says they can give coupon code which will help save ‘upto 5000/-‘ depending on fare of my ticket.
