Hi
Booked mistakenly tickets via EaseMyTrip for 3 passengers from Jammu to Srinagar instead of Srinagar to Jammu for 11 Dec 2018.
Calling immediately customer care to do changes but they denied asking for cancellation and rescheduling charges.
This is unfair.

We tried calling you but your number was switched off. However, Once the ticket is confirmed then the rescheduling charges are applicable. As we have checked with the airlines as well charges are applicable as of now. For any further assistance, you can call us or ping us on our whats app number [protected]. So that we can assist you in a better way.
Dear, I understand rescheduling charges that is done with a purpose.
The wrong route was chosen due to human error and within no time I called to rectify it.
It is unfair on your part to charge for same.
Please provide full refund.

      Pnr 01vxow, my flight hyd-goa dated[protected] was cancelled from the airline's end (Trujet) for which they've expressed their grief and duly credited my total amount as refund of rs. 3, 998/-in the travel agents account from whom i'm (Traveler) is liable to be get, but easemytrip (Travel agent) is making unnecessary delay in crediting my bank account with the same amount viz., (Rs. 3, 998/-).
      Despite of persistent phone calls, mails and communications with the executives i'm not finding a way to my claims.

        Hi,
        This is so far terrible experience regarding my refund of Rs 8004/- for the flight tickets which has been cancelled by Spicejet on 2nd October & subsequently the amount refunded to merchant Easemytrip .

        But after almost several reminders I haven't got my refund amount from Easemytrip still now.They already taken my bank details for refund amount Today when I have called customer care quoting my refund id EMT42284487 at 5.30 pm they said it has already been credited to my bank & I will get a confirmation mail within 30 minutes.Still no mail comes neither any amount refunded.Every time I am calling customer care they are always misguiding me.

        I want a solution and aside Spicejet please look into & take necessary steps.

          I was told that my booking was cancelled from easemytrip side as they were not able to give me tickets for price which was shown when i had booked... And got the mail stating will be refunded total money which was debited... Its been 1 month 20 days still they haven't refunded and when ever i call them they say it still under process. I want my money back asap.

          This company does fraud booking by giving cheaper deals, save your time and energy and avoid Easemytrip, That's all I would advise.!
          Had cancelled cairo-mumbai flight on 4/11/18 by saudia airline in view of airline cancellation of flight.Saudia has allowed complete refund but agent has cancelled on name of airline cancellation charges.
          Many reminders and calls have fallen deaf ears.

            I have purchased ticket on 3.10.2018 journey from mumbai to bangalore
            Now i want change my date of journey how it is possible and i searched there is no reschedule button on this ease my trip my bookings screen, and its not a user friendly software, i tried many times but unable to find, and ease my trip should do easy process to reschedule or cancellation process and cancellation fees and rescheduling fees should not more yhan 500 rupees, hope concerned people should do something on this complaint

              I booked ticket for my daughter Ankita Sahu, but by mistake on 28th Aug from Mumbai to Delhi and return ticket on 1st Sept from Delhi to Mumbai, but supposed to be booked for 28th Sept and reurn on 1st Oct. when I realised my mistake, in 15 min time I contacted easy my trip and they suggested to talk to Spicejet air line. Spicejet airline issued the changed ticket for right date 28th Sept and return on 1st Oct without deducting any cancellation charges and refunded the balance amount to Easy my trip. When I contacted easy my trip to get my refund, they said that they had booked for 28th Aug and 1st Sept, so they will cancel the same. I told told them to cancel the old ticket as new ticket for 28th Sept and 1st October is issued. But they cancelled all my tickets. when my daughted went to airport to fly, then came to know that thicket cancelled. I have to buy another set of ticket for which I paid Rs15, 016. Can you please refund my all money and also pay me Rs15, 016 because of you I have to spend extra money.

                I have made a booking for two travelers from dubai to jaipur, flight price was 15996 and still its 15996 and then i applied the zero convenience fee coupon "emtzcf" and it showed that promo code has been applied and you will be chargedd 0 convenience fees so final amount should be 15996 but when i made payment it charged 17194 to me so why i have been charged convenience fee when i have applied the coupon code. I talked to their representative on call and from email as well and i also provided them a snapshot in which it was showing but they keep on saying our team will check and we will let you know.

                Kindly initiate refund of extra convenience charges to my original source of payment or cancel my whole booking and refund my whole amount without any deduction.

                      Easemytrip is not at all credible. All their reviews praising the app is fake. I have personal experience with them where it is a complete waste to depend on any agency to book flight. I cancelled my booking within one hour for the full refund for a spelling change. To rebook the ticket easemytrip trip tried to trick me into booking the ticket at a hiked process when the prices remianed the same on the website as the same. Easemytrip was not at all helpful in cancelling the ticket, as i had to make calls to the airlines myself to make the cancellation. Then, after 10 days, i call the airlines to see that they had processed the request way back, but easemytrip was supposed to make the refund.
                      Upon calling easemytrip, they say the airlines did not make the refund. I said i have confirmation emails for full refund from the airlines, then they fumble and cancel the flight again. So i have to wait for my refund another 10 days.
                      Here comes the funny part:
                      Now they send a mail saying that the full refund has been cancelled as the airlines has not approved it. Which was bull*!!! When i told them i have confirmation from then and only after which i called them, they again send a confirmation mail for the refund. Everytime, i have to force them to send a confirmation mail otherwise the call never happened. These are a bunch of liars and cheaters, trying to find any loophole in order to cheat the customers off of their money. I have sent a mail to their ceo, and also written reviews on them, i don't know if i am waiting time as it seems am about to lose 5440 rs!!!
                      There's absolutely zero reason for anyone to depend on an agency, when the airlines are better to deal with and with the same pricing!!!

                      Had booked my tickets from easemytrip.com from ahemdabad to nagpur via pune.
                      The booking status was pending which was later put to cancelled status.
                      I have called the customer care quite a few times but no appropriate responses from there end regarding the refund of the same.

                        On aug - 23 -2018 i booked flight from hyderabad to surat in easemy trip website after entering all details final ly after payment is failed and my amount is debited and ticket was not booked, after several discussion with customer care executive they said with in 72 hours you will get amount in to your bank account.                           I have booked an international flight from NewYORK to Kathmandu. And at the time of booking it clearly mentioned in the ticket that cancellation charges 4 hrs prior departure is 6925/- but when i actually got my ticket cancelled 2 weeks prior to departure I have been charged 28715/- for the same. I tried to contact customer care and for a month still they are going round and round and blaming the airline. I have directly contacted the Emirates Airline for the cancellation charges and they confirmed me that Airline has charged only 6925/- So when airline has charged 6925/- than How EMT has charged 28715/- for the same ticket ? Also it the time of booking it was assured that the ticket is refundable with cancellation charges of only 6925/- This is pure case of cheating and fraud. I have all the mails writing to them but they never bothered. Every time they say 24-48hrs they will resolve but now its almost a month and still 24hrs is not over.

                                  Re: cancellation of flight ai 672 from madurai to mumbai on 04.08.18

                                  History:
                                  I had booked a flight for ai 672 from madurai to mumbai on 04.08.18. I received an sms informing me that the flight was cancelled.

                                  I called on the 1800…. Number. I was told there is a later flight which would reach mumbai via chennai at 2300. I indicated that i have a flight to catch from delhi to toronto the next morning. They then told me, “as our people are busy at the moment, i will arrange a call back”. I asked a question as to when they would call back and was clearly told that the call back would be within 24 hours.

                                  I waited more than 48 hours for the call back.in the mean time i received no sms or email indicating any booking.in a panic i booked another flight jet airways for ixm-bom by which i would reach mumbai earlier in the evening.

                                  This morning around 1030 i called the toll free number again to find out on how i could get a full refund. I was told that the ticket had been confirmed by this later flight via chennai (But as i have said earlier with no intimation to me). I was told that they did not have any email id to write to and so had not sent the confirmation!! They clearly had my phone number and had they made the promised call or sent me and sms things would have been fine.

                                  Now in view of the changed situation, i would request that you consider all the above facts favourably and grant me a full refund for the ticket booked with you. I would be obliged if you would indicate to me on how and when i can get this refund. As i would also be travelling from tuesday onwards an urgent response would be much appreciated. I subsequently flew jet airways

                                  I was asked by a supervisor at the call centre to send a complaint message to call. [protected]@airindia.in which i immediately on 27.07.18 but received no reply.

                                  I was then asked at the airport to send an email to [protected]@airindia.in but received the following reply.

                                  We thankfully acknowledge the receipt of your mail.

                                  We regret that we are unable to assist you as the ecommerce section is equipped to provide web support for bookings made on our website, www.airindia.in only.

                                  For the refund of your tickets, kindly get in touch with the travel portal from whom the tickets were purchased.

                                  Assuring you of our best services at all times.

                                  The issue is completely UNRESOLVED and I have no refund or calls from anyone - AirIndia, Easemytrip.
                                  I am quite certain that I am entitled to the refund as I had to book a jet airways flight and travel by it on the same day same sector with the four pax leading to a large loss.

                                    Booked ticket 2 times from Tirupati to Vijayawada for my friend M Chandra Shekar on 2nd. First time customer care people told Bank has not given money. 4 PM again I booked. Same time Bank deducted the amount from my card. I have not received ticket. 3 times I spoken Executives with long conversation . Lastly at 8 PM today Mr Ankur Customer Executive told you have to book again. Amount will refund 24 hours. I never expected such a reply. Fault is with Ease my trip. Why should I book again ?
