I had to cancel a round way ticket with Indigo booked through ease mytrip. The terms and conditions in the ticket does not mention about the actual cost involved during the cancellation of ticket. The call center service is pathetic and they have stereo type answers asking the customer to go through the website and no intention to hear your grievance. The executive/supervisor/team lead were sticking on to their hidden terms and conditions written somewhere in the website which is not visible in the ticket provided to me.They also wash their hands off asking me to contact Indigo directly and when contacted Indigo they responded saying they do not have any idea about the terms of conditions of Easemytrip. I am at a loss of 70% of the total bill as cancellation charges. I advise you not to get cheated and if you need peace of mind do not, do not go with ease my trip.

I had to cancel a round way ticket with Indigo booked through ease mytrip. The terms and conditions in the ticket does not mention about the actual cost involved during the cancellation of ticket. Indigo team also wash their hands off telling me they do not have any idea about the terms and conditions mentioned by ease my trip.I am at a loss of 70% of the total bill as cancellation charges. Out of this 50% goes to Indigo and they are shameless to say they are unaware of this policy of travel agent whom they have tie up with.I advise you not to get cheated by the service and lucrative offers by Indigo.

I am trying to book the tickets, the tickets are not booked and the amounts are being deducted. We need to followup with the company and bank for refund. And if tickets are not booked, no information from the company. I am just losing money for making phone calls and in return wasting my time.

    Amount : 6074 rs each

    Cancellation date : 04/03/2016
    Cancellation sectors : both sectors both passenger
    Cancellation time : 21:38

    I had made a cancellation as per the stated fact over a telephonic call to your call center.. When we received the refund email it clearly stated that the refund initiated was for 747 rs..

    Even after constant follow up with the team about my issue, i dont get a response.. My calls are disconnected or the executive is unable to give me an answer. As per my telecon today, your executive shivani has agreed to listen to my conversation and then also i have to call back and ask about the result, whereas courtesy sake atleast there should be call initiated to close this case.
    Its a march case and we are now sitting in june.. There is no response..
    I would like all the concerned people and department to go through my case and refund me the pending amount..
    I am hereby attaching proofs of the mails..
    I hope you have competent employees who shall be able to resolve my case..

      Sir/madam
      I have recently try to book a ticket from ease my trip on 5/5/16 and sum of amount rs 10566 has been deducted against "easemytrip" from my debit card no#[protected], name : zerin
      Moirangthem, d. O. B - 25/9/1995. Registered email was "[protected]@gmail.com"
      Mbl no: [protected]. The money has already been deducted but the ticket was not confirm.

      I have already raised the complaint to easemytrip.com but they told me it will rool back in 72 hours but i have not received the amount yet. And even they are not replying my email or message either.

      I have also put up the complaint in bank of india all i received is reference id:[protected].


      So kindly look through this matter and charge penalty against them.

          I have done a booking from easemytrip on 11th Aug. Journey details are Mumbai to Bangalore on 26th April, 8:35 PM, flight no is 6E.

          While making this booking, website showed an error that your booking time was over hence your transaction has failed and then I tried again and same error and again and same error. Now there are three booking for same flight, same person and same time.

          I spoke as well as contacted the customer care dept of easemytrip and they are not willing to help.

            I have been using easemytrip for more than 20 flight ticketing. I was happy to with easemytrip as they dont charge any convenience charge like other does.
            But this time i am very unhappy with the negligence from them.

            I have requested for a refund for a flight ticket which was rejected from ur side. Still i havent got any reply. I sent 3 emails and yet i am waiting for a single response. I even posted the same to the easemytrip facebook page yet no response.

              This happened to me on 1st april, 2016. I had booked two tickets from guwahati to trivandrum on 11th feb & 12th feb, 2016. Since i was unable to travel i had started the procedure to cancel the tickets. But the same day since 98% of the amount was deducted as cancellation charges (Do not know what hell policy these people are using to charge cancellation fees) i decided to keep it in hold. I called up customer care and asked to keep it on hold and not to cancel it, also i received a mail indicating the same from their end. Next day, again i had sent them a mail stating not to cancel both the tickets. Minutes later i got a mail saying both tickets are cancelled and amount refunded is close to 100 rs. I called customer care but no response.

                Hi team,

                I booked the ticket from easemytrip and status was refundable. When i cancelled the ticket they marked as non refundable and returned only 250 rupees.

                When i spoke to them then they states as it's non refundable ticket hence we can't consider as refundable. I said that i have snapshot where it clearly states that it's refundable and also shared the snapshot through the email but they didn't consider it and again n again they said that easemytrip has charged correctly correctly.

                Then i spoke to jet airways and shared the issue then they said that it's completely easemytrip fault because the status says refundable then they should to consider it.

                I have email chain where i spoke to easemytrip, if you need that then will forward to you.

                Attached the snapshot which i took while booking the tickets.

                Kindly do needful.

                    I did not get rs. 500 cashback to my paytm account for booking done on 12th march id. Bet[protected]. I called customer care several times, but the problem has not been resolved. I did not accept this kind of cheating from easemytrip and would like to inform others not to do booking with this site even if they are offering some discount.

                      We have not received the refund of the tickets booked from Easemytrip.com. Let us have the email id wherein we can send the entire mail conversations on refunds.

                      Mail no 1 from easemytrip at 11.03 which says
                      (a) Thank you for transacting with EaseMyTrip, Your Booking (BET[protected]) is under process and E-Ticket will be sent to you shortly by a separate e-mail. Note: Your Tickets are not yet confirmed and would be refunded automatically, if seats would not be available in the same class booked by you
                      (b) PNR and ticket numbers are not mentioned which means the tickets are not booked.
                      (c) We called Indigo and easemytrip.com company and only confirmation that the tickets were not booked, we booked the tickets with Makemytrip.

                      Mail no 2. – Ticket confirmation from Easemytrip at 1.50 pm for a flight of 3.50 pm.
                      (A) Do you think anyone would wait for 3 hours for a confirmation when the date of travel is the same day
                      (B) Only on due confirmation from your office that the tickets are not booked we booked from another website.

                      Mail 3: from Shyam:
                      1. Manipulated the 11.03 mail and sends it back to us by deleting the following statement from the mail:
                      Thank you for transacting with EaseMyTrip, Your Booking (BET[protected]) is under process and E-Ticket will be sent to you shortly by a separate e-mail. Note: Your Tickets are not yet confirmed and would be refunded automatically, if seats would not be available in the same class booked by you.
                      2. He forgot that the mail did not have PNR and ticket numbers are not mentioned and shows that there was no issue from your end.

                          Easemytrip is offering cashback of Rs.500 per ticket through PAYTM. I have seen this offer, and made my booking for 2 tickets, but i have not received any cashback in Paytm wallet. Later when I enquired giving them all the details, they had a very absurd reply, that ticket has been booked by easemytrip.com and not with easemytrip.in where they this discount applicable.

                          So they are running 2 portals with one name but different domains, and mostly easemytrip.in has network issues when I try to connect to it. This is very misleading to customer's, where they get confused with different name's.
                          Please take appropriate action.

                            I was trying to make my flight reservation on easemytrip.in from Pat - Del on 30th Jan.
                            They displayed fare of Rs. 4005 and also confirmed the flights, charged my card and later the website displayed pending status on confirmation page.
                            I received email after few minutes stating that booking is rejected so I called the helpline number and the lady I spoke to placed me on hold for almost 30 mins and then disconnected the call, I called again and spoke to supervisor and explained the scenario, he said that fare has increased hence booking was rejected. I told him that website confirmed me the flight and the fare, also charged my card instead showing the message that fare has increased ( like all website displays).
                            He denied for any assistance and was very unprofessional. They must honor the price once my card was charged.
                            This is completely not acceptable from any website that after charging the card they increase the ticket price.

                            We would like to inform you that, we had checked yesterday you had issued 4 tickets from your our end, from which you got 3 tickets with Airline PNR's but your one ticket was in Airline queue section and after that the same has been rejected due to non availability of seat in airline on same fare.

                            As the fares totally depends on the airlines availability of different -different classes and can be change in a jiffy of second, the same scenario occurs in your ticket, that airlines increase its fares at same time.

                            The fares are dynamic and Airline can change air fares at every second from there end.

                              1. This is the first time a ticket booking site is charging and debiting customer for unconfirmed tickets. If the berth is not cnfirmed or you are unable to reach the airlines server to book the ticket, that should have been resolved in the steps preceding the payment step. You charged. Why? 2. No convenience fees you claim. Convenience fees is charged. Upon mailing, CC replies that it is because I booked in easemytrip.in and not easemytrip.com. Your site redirected and I am not at fault. Check from your traffic stats. 3. The ticket was rejected as seat was not booked. Now your cc exec says that they cannot refund Rs.200 conv fees charges initially. This is deliberate cheating. You charge Rs. 200 for nothing by fooling customer into an unconfirmed ticket.

                                  We have booked the ticket in EaseMyTrip.com. During payment, we got the error page but money got deducted from the Credit card. Tickets were not sent in mobile and Email. We checked with Customer Care, but they didn't help us. So we had to mail them about the incident. We waited till evening but didn't get any response. We booked the tickets from other site. Next day afternoon, the guy from Customer Care sent the ticket and asked sorry for inconvenience which shows that they are guilty. Incident: Confirmation ID:[protected] Ticket No: #LNR[protected] PNR Number: 6E-I9IQ3G Attached all the mail chains. It clearly says that they were sorry for inconvenience but lately they refuse to accept the issue. Attaching all the mail chains. Its a high amount and I don't want to loose amount.                                     Booked my ticket and paid for the said amount. After that i got an email telling me that it has failed to confirm with the airline and fair enough you will get money back. But authorising refund without asking me and upon telling them that i need to book another ticket and i need the amount paid as i am running low on money in indian bank, i was informed that it will take 3 days for money to come into my account. I am failing to understand how is it my fault that it got rejected by airline and why they took money before confirming it with airline. Such unprofessional behaviour from the staff and half of the time not able to understand me was a horrible experience.

                                      I booked two tickets simultaneously one at 10:20 pm with Booking ID - IDBET[protected] and Another ticket with Confirmation no.[protected] at 10:30pm. The later one got processed and tickets shared with me. Whereas for first booking there system showing pending status. Immediately I ranged up to its customer care, they told that the pending status which is reflecting in another 5-10 min I will be getting my tickets. I waited for half an hour and again ranged up they said they will surely share my tickets sooner Since there wasn't any response from there team I drafted mail at 12:30am next day, here one gentleman reverts at 1 am that my booking got rejected due increase in fare by Airline (Jet airways). Then on the same day contacted with there customer care team to get better clarity, they apologize for the error committed by their internal team as my later ticket got confirmed and not the earlier one and they initiated for refund for the ticket which got rejected.
