We purchased an RO Enhace some two years back. After the first free service, the RO develops problems. The man on service advised to take AMC for peace of mind. Since then, after every two/three months, the machines develops problems, the motor has been changed, the filters have been changed and an additional filter has been installed on the advice of the service man. But the problem remains there that less quantity of filtered water and more and more quantity of waste water. The current situation is that from 100 litres of water, the RO is not able to fill its tank.
Despite various complaints that the man who is unable to resolve should not be sent, the company is sending the same man saying that next time, an engineer will be sent to resolve.
