[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aqua guard purifier not working from date of purchase and no response from service people | |
very disappointing that a reputed company behaves like this. I purchased a aqua guard total enhance (item code Gwpdenhuv00000) and it has not worked since I purchased it. When I contacted service centre, they are not responding well. So far I have logged 3 complaints but very poor response. the latest complaint number is 81947237.
The service person who contacted me made two appointments with me. I waited at my flat taking half day leaves from my office . But they did not turn up. His mobile number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
