My problem isn't still solved out till date, though promises by Ur Customer Service Executives many times & many emails by me. What sense it makes for U to keep a client calling & waiting? My Concern is I had trusted Ur name & hence signed a 3 year contract with U for maintenance, 1st year there was nil maintenance from Ur side, I had to complain when the water I tasted was sour, & the candle & carbon was changed after one year after so many calls to U. Is it My Mistake that I Trusted U & Ur Name called Aquaguard. What will U do if any of my ofc guy falls sick or their health is affected, would U answer their Family? I want this to be improved on Very Urgent Basis.
