I bought a waterpurifier i want to return it. But due to problems in management of companys sales man approach. They did not approach me properly they said return and replacement not possible but in the companys website return and replacement is possible upto 30 days from buying the product. So i demanded for the money refund first. They promised me they will initiate the refund first and then only they will take the product. Many days have gone by but i didn't get my refund yet

    I have purchased dr. Aquaguard magna water purifier in the month of august'2018... Machine is not working since more than 1 month... I have been following up with the local technician since that time... But i have not got proper response from him... Then i complained to the customer care over the phone on 24th nov'2018 with service request number [protected]... They assured that they will send a technician within 48 hrs... But no one has come... After that again i contacted customer care.. They told same thing again... Since that time i'm calling everyday to the customer care... But i'm getting same answer since last 1 month... I'm fed up with these customer care people... Now i'm thinking that i want to return this useless product... Kindly help in this regard to return this product... I cant bear any more please... Other wise finally i have to go to consumer court only... I don't have any other option please..

      Dear sir

      I am booked euraka
      Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter dated 02/12/2018 order no [protected] sales person mr tanaji gole and vishjieet patil told me your filter came on tuesday, they not told me anything about fitting and other any charges. But tuesday filter not done delivered. So i call customer care no and ask about delivery they told me your filter stock no available in our ware house, so i am cancel my order dated 05/12/2018. But your side not taking seriously about my cancel order and deliver filter dated 08/12/2018, your engineer come to assemble filter and he told me charges of water power control machine is 700 /- your sales person not told me about this charges so i don’t know about this charges,

      But they are sending me filter, i alredy cancel my order,, so till date no one collect
      Dr. Aquaguard nrich hd uv water filter and not giving my refund

      Communication and service is very poor, they don’t need costumers

        I’m appalled at the terrible service given by @eurekaforbes, despite all its tall promises made at the time of sale, and on all its advertising.

        I bought the dr. Aquaguard classic + water filter on 28 august this year. It’s only been 3 months, and it has already given a major problem. Five days ago, water stopped coming from the filter, and the filter light was blinking. After logging a complaint, the service engineer visited and said that there is a chip in the filter which has a capacity of 3, 000 litres of water, which is now over, and the filter needs to be replaced. The engineer also said this is not covered under warranty.

        I raised a protest right away with the visiting engineers (Mahesh? And tutti) and the sales person who sold me the filter in august (Satish pandey[protected], that it was impossible that only 2 people in the household can consume 3, 000 litres of water in 3 months! Just how can a filter be designed in such a way that it stops working within 3 months of normal use by a small family and needs replacement? Moreover, at the time of sale, nowhere was it mentioned by satish pandey that the filter has a capacity of only 3, 000 litres and the unit would stop working as soon this limit was hit! This is a material fact and should have been disclosed upfront as it has major implications on the purchase decision. How can a regular customer be expected to know this on his own?

        On raising a protest right away, the visiting engineers spoke to their boss, and said they would replace the filter free of charge within the next 24-48 hours. After waiting 24 hours and following up on the status with the engineer (Mahesh sharma[protected], he directed me to customer service[protected], who now told me that the filter is unavailable, and will take at least 3-4 days to arrive, post which it will be fixed. How can it be possible that the filter part, which is the heart of a water filter, for aquaguard’s flagship current product, is unavailable, in a city like mumbai? I find this an appalling evading tactic!

        The overall customer service experience has been a disaster across the board. There is no support from anyone and only empty promises, and i keep getting pushed around from person to person. I have raised this query on eureka forbes twitter account on friday, and today is monday morning and the resolution has still not been provided. Without access to clean drinking water for 5 days, how is a customer supposed to survive? Terrible service from a company that’s been in the business of providing water filters for over a generation, and for a company that belongs to the shapoorji pallonji group.

        Please help to get this fixed asap, else this will be escalated to the highest authorities. Just unacceptable!

          25/4/2018 dr. Aquaguard magna hd ro+uv nxt water purifier (With 7.2 ltr storage) - the sales person was aware of our manpower in office staff. The date of purchase till now machine is kept as a dummy, reason until we dont flow the maximum water the tds level of water won't come down, suggested by theeureka forbes engineer and flowin the water as leaded the machine stopped working. Multiple times the complaint has been raised but the solution was still the same (Mam please let the water flow once the water flow for an hour the tds level will come down. We changed the water purifier of rs.4, 000/- and still the water is not getting filtered. And when we asked to exchange the water filter the revert was "we will buy back this machine for rs. 500/- and you purchase a new machone coasting 40, 000/-. The water purofoer is still under warranty kindly get the permanent solution. Worst experience ever with eureka forbes.

          After registering the complaint on toll free I'd received a message "service request number [protected]" let me tell you the same engineer had visited last week 13th or 14th Dec 2018 he replaced the old filter to the new one's and charged 4000/- rs. After he left, I went to check the water TDS it was showing 201ppm. The next day when I called Sudhir Kamble he asked me to let the water flow for an hour which I did, still it did not worked. On saturday I again called sudhir he again asked me follow the same procedure. Morning 10.00am till afternoon 4:30pm we were just letting the water flow from the purifier to get the TDS low in water. What type of service is this. Let me tell you Sudhir Kamble told me "Mam this purifier you can only consume 7.1 ltre water per day" DUDE we have wasted more than 10 ltre of water in a day so that the water TDS comes down. But it still remained the same 200ppm-160ppm. Our 19900/- + 4000/-= 23900/- invested in wrong product. My recommendation to EUREKA FORBES will be a BIG NO (to everyone at my office premises) AND RATING I WISH I COULD GIVE -0 .
          Pathetic service and the product is menat to be kept as a dummy.

          We are being patient since the date we have purchased the purifiyer. When your engineer visited on the very forst time after 3 months his statement was " Madam the TDS should not be above 50-60ppm and last week when he visted after I submitted a complaint here his statement changed "madam minimum water TDS you should drink is below 100ppm. Here is the results when your engineer made a visit last week and today still we are drinking the same 290-300ppm water.

          The issue has not been resolved. The engineer spoke with me on call that he will arrange a call from the branch manager or somone from head department. Your engineer name is (SUDHIR KAMBLE).

          Anyways if you have to close the issue on your team feedback so it makes no sense for me to break my head here. The water purifiyer is installed at our office and we know what technical issue it has.

          Wow hats off to your engineer. He charged us 4000/- for the new filter and that filter it seems even that cannot filter the water infact the water taste worst. And thanks to the eureka forbes for giving the wonderfull experience to not ot trust any sales person who knocks at your door. We entertained and here we go with this wonderful purifier which is kept as a dummy.

            Im anand from trichy. Currently i'm using aquaguard enhance ro+uv model. Presently it is under amc. On[protected], water leakage was happened in my product.

            I raised complaint on web (Ref: complaint no - [protected], database complaint no. [protected]) and called our regular service engineer directly. He came after two days and asked rs.3500/- for replacing water pump. I told him that the product is under amc and request him to replace the part under the amc. But he is refused to replace and saying that the fresh part is very costly.

            Then we asked what is the use of placing amc and he was silent and request us to speak to higher officials. But with in two days complaint was closed with message saying that your complaint was successfully resolved.

            Then we wrote mail to their customer service. From customer service, they open service ticket again. But after two days, i got sms saying that my complaint has been succseefully resolved without any service.

            Till now they refused to replace the part which is under amc and issue is not resolved.

            They simply cheating customers with fraud amc. They wont repair anything under amc.

            Don't place any amc for eureka forbes product. Their representative will cheat customers with hoping words. But they won't replace any faulty components.

            I took amc for Dr aquaguard, but they r not giving me the service of the amount I paid to them. No service done of my.water purifier in last 6 to 8 months.

            Even after repeated calls, they do not bother to give me service.

            I am Mithilesh singh..staying in Gaur city 2 near Ghaziabad. I took an annual service contract of our RO +UV water Purifier Euraoka forbes for two years. Inspite of calling many times to their customer care, in last 15 days
            The company is not attainding service and replacing the filters.. I called to the local service agents they always interested to make money inspite of our service contract with the company.
            The company seems a fraud attitude.. I never recommend this company to any one. It's a big hrassment i[censored] took their AMC.
            How such fraud practice is in full flage.. It must be in the knowledge of authority.

              Sales person confirmed that i would get a cash back of 1000/- that would be credited on my account and i can go ahead & order the product online .
              Product arrived, installed & didn't received the cash back, had followed up couple of times with the sales engineer & he confirmed that cash back for all the customers will be deposited by Dec-5th.
              Nothing happened so far & i have tried to reach him again with no response to my calls .

              Also received a SMS message from the Sales rep mobile on 22nd that i will be receiving a cash back of 1000/- before i purchased the product

B.) who assured me of providing one cover & one hygenic bottle after purchase, but even after purchase on payment of rs.20490/= she denied/refused to give me all these hitherto. Pl. Note po no. So805212 dt-21/11/2018. Under the circumstances like this, you are requested to look into the matter and ask such sales representatives to refrain from such mis-sellings, otherwise the image and the reputation of the esteemed company will be turnished.

                    dr aquaguard classic + warranty not honoured

                    I bought this unit on 06/05/18 . I had just signed a year's maintainence for my previous machine. I was advised to go in for a new machine as the previous machine was not working properly and spares were not available. In compensation for the maintenance contract I was given an additional year warranty which means the warranty is till 06/05/19. As per the maintenance contract I am entitled to a free filter replacement. Unfortunately, Eureka...

                    You are aware of the situation with the customer of the said company, how can you quite. Its your employee who is sharing the customer details data with others.

                    Eureka forbs are equally responsible for this, how can you be quite.

                    When we call your call center, how can other people are calling us.

                    I bought aquacare insurance amc for 3 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in july 2018 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, gave the cheque in the name of ion exacense pvt ltd for rs. 8575 on 17th july, which does not seem to be showing in the eureka forbs system.

                    No contactibility at all.. I want my money back.

                      I have raised multiple requests and complaints for eureka forbes installation with the customer care at my address.

                      I didnot receive any call back nor any update regarding the same.

                      I have been chasing for this issue for the past 2 weeks with the customer care but i have not received any response yet.

                      I am highly disappointed by the service provided. I want it to get escalated at the highest management level.

                        I have purchased dr. Aquaguard nxt hd uv water purifier in march 18 online from eureka forbes website. The machine is complete headache for me. Since from purchase machine is having a continuous problem & always stop working. And above all the maintenance department (Technician) is the major problem not helping propmptly & unable to solve the issues. I would like to suggest the customer not to purchase any product from eureka forbes. Since from purchase repaired the machine 2 times & now from 1 month it is completely off. No reply from servicing department after continuous request (15 times)

                          Its very sad to see that eurkea forbes provides such a pathetic service. I bought dr. Aquguard classic + in month of august and within 3 months it is showing problems. Aftet logging a complaint the service engineer said that there is a chip which have a capacity of 3000lts of water it is over. And needs to be replaced.
                          My question is. 1) why didnt the sales person mr. Jayesh yadav informd me about this. He didnt even bother to answer the callsand very arrognatly speaking person. 2)
                          We are only 4 members in family we get juat 1 hour water daily how come within 3 months we drunk 3000 lts of water.. Is there any logic.. No support from any one. Very disappointed with th 3rd grade serives and fake sales people.

                          Because of this we are driking without filter water my mother is getting sick.

                          I need a resolution for this or i need to take this issue a bit high authorities.

                            I wanted to share a feedback with you, now unlike your regular feed backs which entails the marvelous services that you have offered to your millions of customer, this here is an unhappy tale or i'd rather say a most disturbing for a customer.

                            I will explain the horrible experience that i've had with not only the service that i got but also in the commitments that were made when this product was pitched to us and how many did you abide after we completed the purchase.

                            It all started on the previous week around thursday when the ro system that we've got i. E dr. Aquaguard magna nxt hd uv which purchased at an approximate cost of 19k which for a middle class fellow like myself is a hefty amount but one should still spend such amount on good reputation of a company big as eureka forbers and on there service guarantee as promised by their sales agent at the time of selling only selling not afterward and on drinking pure water as its one of the most consumed item in a day and it plays in important role in your physically well being. The first complaint was opened on thursday after calling a few times in the morning we got through to an agent whom we explained that the device had completely stopped working even the display has gone off and what we heard was very shocking, there would be charge of rs.3500 said the agent on the phone which was very frustrating as the machine was purchased in april '18 after hanging up with him and calling a few more numbers we were able to get first complaint registered and the technician showed up a day after friday after enormous follow up calls on arrival he fiddled with the machine here and there couldn't figure out the fault and suggested a next visit tomorrow i. E saturday, on sat he made his first appearance in the afternoon with a new adapter saying it could be adapter issue which didn't work then he tore the entire machine apart but he couldn't find an issue and he kept on talking with someone over the phone explaining them what all is happening and he has done everything and its not working then again he suggested another visit in the evening. The next appearance was in the evening of saturday where he began doing what he does what little he could do and said i will leave for an hour and will be back on hour and half with another guy as its not working out with what i am doing so i'll get some help post that he never came back neither he answered our many calls, but then again one pissed customer compared to millions happy is okay, following morning like i again started dialing numbers which now was a morning ritual for me as i was doing it from past 4 days now i was transferred to one dept to another to supervisors the fun part was that after getting complaint opened on thursday i still had to explain everything to everybody i spoke with on sunday nobody had a clue whats going on from passed 3 days with my complaint or was there even any complaint registered or not but again one pissed customer compared to millions happy is okay. I finally got through somebody who said there will be technician visit at 4 today, we patiently wait and upon the arrival of this new technician with minutes the guy said its the problem with the filters there nothing wrong with anything else and its 1500/filter.'

                            During this whole run around of 4 days we were given false promises we had to call and call and call countless times to explain our problems and when there was a technician who is not doing it right or not good enough why wasn't there any help from higher level help provided immediately to save the customer's time and your service technicians have no care for the customer's time when they are making the visit i don't know who to blame for this i have to cancel and reschedule my daily affairs. Sacrifice time on sunday to get help that too didn't fix the filter it took you guys 4 days to figure out a filter issue with your executives giving a run around on the phone and the technician at their visits.

                            On monday i discover a new fact which just opened my eye one of your rep told me that if such problem occurs i'll have to pay 3500 every 6 months it doesn't matter if its year if my purchase or after the one year warranty i need to know that who would buy a 19k product with an additional charge of 3500 every 6 months plus the amc after the one year warranty expires.

                            I leave the device at your mercy please accept it back and given me my money back or provide me solution that don't cost me a fortune.

                            I don't want to disclose the names on the persons that i've spoken to because i never think its the name of an employee that goes down with an unhappy customer but the name of the company so i leave it you eureka forbes

                              Eurovigi customer service is terrible. Had ordered an intrusion system with cctv & alarm system. Regret that the installation team has not completed instalation even after continuous follow up with even senior manager.

                              It’s been two months since the installation team was to complete work but regret that they have not. I have had to follow up even with the senior manager but to no avail.

                              I have taken amc on 07/10/17 and replaced filters for which they have charged 4850/- and filters were not working again within 6 months post lodging compliant, in my absence service executive has charged 4200 to my wife for replacing filters again on 24/04/2018. And the bill given to us is very improper. I see a fraud by company /executive by charging multiple times for the same issue inspite amc. There was problem again in nov '18. When we complianed to custoner executive they have sent another executive who is asking to pay another 4850 to replace same filters again.
                              Issues :
                              1. How can you charge multiple times for the same issue
                              2. Why was bill not provided with gst. I see that you are training employees to evade tax and do fraud.
                              I want my filters replaced immediately without any charges as i have already paid twice for the same work. If not done i will lodge a police complaint for the fraud done by your employee as i have cctv recording amd also loage case in the court

                                  Please go through my case history. I had purchased a new water purifier on the 7th of november. The installation person came 7 days after the delivery of product. Bhrath was extremely uncouth and misbehaved with my husband, on the verge of being insulting.
                                  Post which he did not install the wayer purifier and left. No one came to install our purifier after that. I started following up from 20th onwards with no imapct. On 22nd i finally rasied a request to cancel my purchase and refund my money. I was promised a resolution with 24 hours

                                  I am now tired of following up with your escalations teams with no result. I have called every single day to get status since your teams have not been calling me.

                                  I just want you folks to take back the nrich water purifier delivered at my house and still sitting uninstalled after 12 days. I have escalated and done escalation on escalation, but your sales person openly told me on call with escalation team that the product cannot be returned nor refunded.. The only option i have is to get it installed..

                                  What a shame. I have been an old customer of 10 years and hence wanted to get a new aquaguard only.. But not anymore

                                  I am glad that i did not purchase the vaccum cleaner which was also something i was planning to buy.

                                    OK. I will wait with patience for another fifteen days to get mandatory service under AMC coverage of my aquasure expert water purifier unit. But if mandatory service is getting late then what about emergency services. Perhaps it will be out of reach of customers. Thank you so much madam.
