[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Complaint (14-Jun-2015) not yet attended despite numerous follow ups | |||
We had a problem with the water handle of Aqua guard Magna for which we had raised complaint on 14-Jun-2015 (complaint num [protected]). There was absolutely no response whatsoever and after numerous phone calls to customer service, a representative came after much insistence and promised to come and replace within two days. However we came to know that the complaint was closed without any resolving the issue post which we were given another complaint number for tracking[protected]. We have been directed from pillar to post and have ended up calling 3-4 people everyday. However the problem still remains unattended. Even though the product is under warranty, this is kind of service we are receiving. Eureka Forbes should stop giving false promises on their products and services. I can see a similar complaint logged on the same Magna model which shows the poor quality of the product as well as the lack of response for the registered complaints. Don't worry for me around days they not even attended . They don't care about you after you purchased the product.
