Again how this is marked as resolved,

Being the platinum customer of yours, what kind of service you giving and asking the complaint number from client, you should able to pull all such thing from your system once the complain are register with hd .

Same i have updated in amc feedback form which i been told i will be getting update in 1 weeks time, and again it's same and no reply after that

Want senior management to review all our complain from your system and what was the response time by your team after complain register to hd,

I want my complete money back or renew the amc for next two years ...

Team how come this mark as resolved, i have not got the copy for new amc or my money back, what going on, when eureka forbes service team don't have any value for customer, to address the issue in time without any followup more over it's not first time we had this issue it repeated issue from service team

I been told eureka forbes team will get back me, and i am hearing this from past 1 month

Every time this complain are marked as resolved, if this time is close with out requested compensation, i demand for doubled, want the senior management intervention

Hi Team, I have got call, and that person said me he will call me back after 10 mint, but so far no call, but this issue still not resolved, how come it's marked again as resolved don't know what Eureka Forbes management doing on this complaint I want the complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year,

for your information I want the complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year,

when your team not ready to attend the complain when I have register to your service desk, after doing n number followup on this and raising complain in consumer complain forum .

I am getting response and service, does this way you respond the platinum customer, not sure then how your team will respond the silver and gold customer .

when we have AMC with you same time you are responsible to give the service in time for that only we have paid AMC fee right.

now your team failed again and every time I hear from you team next time or in future it will not happen again .

but it happen 4th time with me, which i can't tolerate any more,

get me complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year

you can see the attached feedback, it show how responsible your team to respond, going to be month does this way you work like this to get and read the customer feedback and address them ?

last week i have asked them to come on 26th April 2016, and I been told team will call me also, but no update further,

you guys again and again showing you such bad response..

not sure does this complain are reviewed by your management or not

kindly arrange senior on this issue
