Eureka Forbes — Faulty aquasure prime not replaced | |||
Sales manager Abhijeet who is not responding tomy calls. He is one of the worst manager I have ever seen in my life. Don't know his duties. Can't even talk to his customer . I want Company should take strong action against him. His assistant Pinki is also not responsible as like her boss. I really want product to get replace immediately by these people. They are not willing to send a empty box to ship and return the faulty Aquasure product back to Eureka Forbes as required by gati courier . I am waiting so long they don't have courtesy to call and see whether problem is solved or not . such a big company but employees are not giving their best ruining company's name . Since past two weeks Abhijeet is telling us he will get the empty box dispatched to us so that we can return the Aquasure product back and get the money refund via cheque.
Till date there is no box and no update from Eureka Forbes sales team...
WTF is happening... At least give some acknowledgement... It's been 3 months we r boiling not drinking water...
