[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — New product damage / no response from technical person | |||||
Dear Team This is to bring to your notice that I Ronak Shrivastava purchased Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV on online, The Delivery of the Product was taken on 17/12/15 perfect time.But after that all problem started your technician Mr Velu Mobile No - [protected] came to visit the place for installing the product. But after some time the water start flowing from every where also the tank is also not getting filled. If we switch on the motor starts and the water overflows.Seeing this when called again to Mr velu he started giving the excuses after calling repeatedly he stated disconnecting the calls. Seeing that I register One more Complaint with Service Request no[protected]. On Sunday (20/12/15) I got call from another technician bearing mobile no - [protected]. He asked me what is the problem, i explained him the issue, He told he will visit on Monday ( 21/12/15) but never visited. After repeated calls he started disconnecting my calls.
