Eureka Forbes — Poor response from service and customer care team | |||
Hi, am vamsi sai, i have registered a service call 3 days back (On eureka forbes website itself) i. E.06.06.16 as am not getting water properly from my aquaguard nano ro model water purifier and i got a message saying that with in 24 hours of time i will be getting a call from the service guy and it will be resolved after that. Time and again aqua guard people as always disappointed me this time also. I have got no calls from the service executives. Two hours ago i got a call from service guy (Cell no.[protected]) stating that the area which am staying in is not his area. So, he directly declared to me that he is not coming and rectifying it. If that is the case then why the hell in the first place their customer care people allotting him to my service call.In just 11 months this is my 5th complaint on eureka forbes, still they are not changing in this aspect. I have already told them the problem still exists even after your service executive's visit. He doesn't even know where the problem is exactly, so he changed the outer filter and charged 375 for it and asked to complain again if the problem still exists. Instead of sending semi-trained service persons please send me an experienced service person so that i won't waste my time every time to escalate my problem.
