I wanted to return the product I purchased from online. I had sent lot of mail to customer care but I didn't get any reply from them. I am really frustrated by calling and sending mails to them. But I didn't get any reply for my mails. Here is my order details : Customer ID is [protected] Product Code GWPDDRMRU00000 Product Name DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO + UV I am totally exhausted with all the enquirys. Finally I will have to go knock the consumer court. I purchased through a sales representative. But he is also not responding. I didn't get any reply for my return. Your executive called me and took return request but I didn't get any response upon that return request. Can you please update me on that. Its been 4 days, I am desperately waiting for the response.
