Eureka Forbes — Service request is not attended | |
Eureka forbes taken a service contract for servicing my aquaguard RO water filter for the perieod of 07/08/2015 to 06/08/2016. However, we requested for service (#[protected] and for past week nobody has turned up yet. Each time we call service center number then they just say we made your request special and will be addressed as soon as possible but that never happens. Please register my complaint. The problem is what is the definition of your at the earliest? Customer care on the call says as soon as possible and now you are mentioning at the earliest. But never it is soon and never it is earliest...Your definition of these terms never go with the general meaning of the masses...Eureka Forbes has their own definition of these terms...can you please provide us the exact date or time range?
