I have made multiple requests for repairing and servicing of my dead Water purifier (Model Enhance UV) to Eureka Forbes, the last complaint ID being 83191024 and the customer representative had promised me each time that someone will attend to it within 2 working days. However no one has bothered to do the repair and once when the service engineer did actually come, he declared the said electrical parts are not available and then I never heard from him.
For servicing, I had entered into service contract (Contract no. 21830661 with Eureka Forbes for 3 years, paid Rs. 4410/-) under which filters and candles are to be replaced every year. But each time I request them for service, someone will come, click picture of contract and declare the said filters are not available right now and they will replace it as soon as they are available and then the matter will be closed from their end.
Here, i will like to mention their service engineer Mr. Raj Gwathe, who now even does not pick my calls. I really wish, being an MNC, they employ more professional people
I wish to warn all future consumers to never buy Eureka forbes seeing their level of service and if they already have done the mistake of buying from them, never to enter into long term service contract with them, no matter how reasonable it may seem. They are here only to mint money and once paid, you can expect 0 service.
