Complain no.86952705, the complain is pending since 4th may, all your executives, customer care team are just giving excuses have made like 15 calls no solution, just fed up with this attitude, its our fault we bought the appliance, and renewed the amc. they say they dont have part some pcb, how much time does it takes like an month? i would never recommend eureka forbes to even my enemy, so disgusted with the response, the franchise of service centre, chandrika enterprises, never picks up phone or just disconnects, the engineer of our area Rajeev is always in meeting and postponding the visit of technicians. Each one just keeps on giving lame excuses, you people follow one policy, make new customer to hell with old ones, suck the blood out of them. Was this information helpful? | |||
