Eureka Forbes — Water Filters not working | |||||
I purchased aqausure shakti from Eureka Forbes 7 months back. We want to change the filters . I am calling the customer care department daily at least twice but all they say is sorry for the inconvenience and we will send our technician shortly. Very poor Service
disposing it off because Eureka Forbes seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I have raised a request 4-5 times for a service technician to visit and change the filters . Nobody has turned up, and it's been more than 10 days. I had a good impression on Eureka Forbes before...
