Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ram Kumar Sah and took Aquagaurd Reviva RO + UV + TDS in Bangalore on 10th Oct'15 and have issue with water filtering and It shows TDS very low which is not drinkable.

I have called customer care on number [protected] on 18th March and they raised complain with case number 86182472 but after did not get call from any technician.

Then Called again to customer care and they have raised case with high priority case # 86239555 on 23rd March and even though did not get response till yesterday (24th March) and then called CC and then provided Supervisor number [protected].

I called him and he said, i will arrange technician but till now no body call me and still am facing problem.

Could you please help me out and provide solution ASAP. Thank you.

    I ve registered a compliant that the Aqua guard installed at our office, central warehouse, 21/B, 7th cross street m Ambattur : 600098, is not working . My compliant no is 86126699, Dated: 15.3.16. Registered mobile no is [protected],
    I called and reminded on 17 .3.16, 23.3.16 and 24.3.16. So far the Eureka Forbes have not attended the compliant .

    Since it is a office, we find difficult and facing water problem.

    Please ask them to take immediate action.

      I brought a aquaguard ro+uv water purifier through eureka forbes before one year(With one year warranty), in that one year itself we faced lot of problem with that product like water taste reduced, machine not working, they told to add one more filter addition to the machine as they told the water has dust were the machine can't handle the dust. And after one year the filter/product stop working(Surprisingly, exactly as said in the manually filter stopped working after one year) we replaced the filter for 3900 rs. . Their also we had a problem, one of the filter was not working, so the service man who came re-directed the water line without one filter line to work at that time and left as that.

      The cost of the product is 17000 and filter is 3900(Every year 3900), the product is very bad and the service of the product is very bad were in a weeks time after the service the product again not working(Every time service cost is 250 rs).

      Now the machine is automatically sent out water even when the machine is switched off and drinking water quality is very bad. Now we again started to buy can-water for drinking.

      We trusted a product and brought for high cost since its a necessary need for day to day life. But its not at all working to our lower exception also.Every time we ask for service its damaging our purse and its like when ever we drink its like we wasted our money. The worst part was their is no customer review call on the products quality and service at-least to improve their product quality in future.

      How possible we will again buy product from you company or refer the product to other.

      It could be great at-least if your company replace the product or get back the product.

        We purchased Forbes Aqua Sure XP last year 1st September in Coimbatore.
        We are really irritated with the service request which we did 2 months ago.
        One year is not yet over we have complaints like water taste, Time display is not working, and there is a annoying sound in the Kitchen from the Purifier.
        Kindly fix this as we have purchased this for RS. 19000 which is really hard earned money.

        We are trying to get the customer care executive through email, call and live chat no use. Nobody as a clear plan about giving service to customer.
        They are still telling today tomorrow even by chance if I get the number.

        We still are in warranty period. And we have also paid for extra warranty. Don't know for what they have got that money.
        There is no display in the small monitor, No taste in water as promised while buying, There is an annoying sound when the water fills in again.
        In 7 months these many complaints what about the coming years.

          We have bought Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV Water Purifier1. Every month we are facing issues in this machine.PCB Board is getting fault every month, we have changed 6 times, still we are facing same problem. kindly replace UNIT in the machine or else give permanent solution. please do it either one.

            Fed up of these irresponsible so called Company. since purchase of the Water purifier, it started giving issues. Within a period of 10 months, they changed Filter, Pump, Sensors etc etc and now the machine is dead.

            Raised a Complaint on 15/03/2016.[protected].One guy came, told Pump needs to be replaced and went offf...

            If we try to escalate the request in their beautifully designed website, then that Complaint no is not existing...What a pathetic Web site

            I just want to get rid of this machine..somebody pay me Rs100 ..i will happily accept it(10 months old machine)

            These guys are unshaken and nobody turned up till now...They want to enjoy public money providing under quality products ...Finally they want to drag all to the Consumer court...Heights of lethargy
            Dear Eureka Forbes team...your machine and incapable service technicians are killing people...Just after 2 days of repairing machine, 3 members of my family got hospitalized due to Diarrhea. Your machine is not giving pure water...After pleading multiple times to replace machine, you guys are not heeding to my request.

                I have purchased AMC contract for I nova aquaguard vide contract no23037478 valid from 22.03.2014 to 21.03.2016. Except during April 2015 no one has visited our house for the service of the product. I have been contacting the local officials of the Co over phone for the last 15 days but either no one has picked the phone or turned up for service. I have even contacted the local area in charge Sh Akshay who assured that needful would be done in one or two days. I even reminded him through SMS but to no avail. In the meantime my period of AMC has expired without service.

                  I have bought Euroclean Star Vaccum cleaner 3 years ago, which needs paper dustbag. In last 6 months I have visited nearest service center at Raigarh atleast 8 times for the same. Service people at this center were always absent. During phone calls they intimated that they dont have any stock of it, but refused to answer when the stock will come. I also told my problem to a sales executive Mr. Balram Nirmalkar. He promised me to bring the bag, but now even he is not responding.
                  It is responsibility of Eureka Forbes to keep the stock at its office (Promised during sales, the stock will be available at Raigarh Office). Improper response from sales and service people of Raigah is decreasing my hope and reducing trust in company.
                  These whole process make me worried about service of my Aquaguard which I bought in Nov 15

                    Before purchasing the Aquaguard, Eureka Forbes employees were following like street beggars. After installation of machine nobody is bothering about the service of the machine and health issues of customer.

                    Before purchasing, Eureka Forbes promised to provide 3 free servicing with regular intervals. It is near to completion of 2 years of purchasing but since now not received any service from Eureka after several reminders.
                    This is very ridiculous service provided by the Eureka Forbes.
                    This is how the company is pulling money from the customer.

                      Despite of being under Service Contract, Eureka Forbes has failed totally in providing services. (Service Contract Receipt No:[protected] dtd 16/11/2014 for the service period from 30/11/2014 to 29/11/2016.)
                      I am complaining since last 3 months, but till date the services are not being provided. 1st complain was lodged on 25th December 2015 ( complain number [protected], follow up activity number [protected] ) after that complaints were lodged couple of times in January & February 2016, for which separate complain number were not provided, stating my complain number is already registered. Every time assurances were given that the technician will visit within 2 days.
                      After following up for 2 months once again I lodged a complain on 27/02/2016 ( Comp. No : 85883974 for Aqua Guard & Comp. No: 85884331 for Vacuum Cleaner ). I even spoke to Area Manager Mr. Rajesh Shinde ([protected]) on 08/03/2016 and expressed my concern and displeasure on the Services NOT being provided by Eureka Forbes. Mr. Shinde assured me to look into the matter personally and resolve the matter in 2 days. I once again spoke with Mr. Shinde twice on 10/03/2016 and again on 17/03/2016, but unfortunately his assurances to resolve the matter did not yield any results, as nobody has turned up till date to look into the matter and give the due services. After every complain somebody from Eureka Forbes will call up and assure me that the technician will be sent in 24 hrs, but alas!!!
                      May i request you to kindly take up the matter with the company and do the needful.
                      My confidence in Eureka Forbes has shattered due to this of treatment being provided to customers like who have been with the company since almost 2 decades.

                          Hi, last time filters of my aqua gaurd was changed on 28 / 9 /2015 and the person visited today told me that the filters are not working. So, i asked him to replace the damaged filter but he asked me to pay the entire amout. Let me know if the products are under warrenty, why should i pay the amount ?

                                One o[censored]r agent name=santanu das (hcrc).he selling a euroclean wd-& dry vcm cleaner.payment method is 500 booking and due money r cheque.he give me a 1 old aquaguard water purifier send my home and he said that dhl cmpny pick up this at my home.after delivery i give him a cheque to the date on 25/4/2016.i told him cheque deposit on 6th of march nd ur transaction was succes on this week.he call me on 14th march and said that my cheque was differ by bank reason of my signature.and the company send me a mail "(Your Cheque # 897702 for Rs 12990.00 has been dishonoured by your
                                bank. Kindly arrange to pay cash in lieu of this)" cmpny dnt mention that i wd pay fine, then why shd i pay fine?.after that he told me that i wd paid a fine 250 rs.i told him i would pay only the due amount not fine amnt.after that he threat me and his behavior is very rude.

                                  I am a highly dissatisfied customer writing once again to you. Kindly look into all the history of the calls made by me with your contact center.
                                  Basic compact model was sold to us which is not suitable for water supply at our community. At the time of purchase, I had clearly mentioned to the sales person that we get the Narmada Water along with Bore water and it gets mixed up.

                                  I have used this machine only for couple of months, and on the first service visit itself it was shown that due to high TDS in this area, this machine won’t work for our area. Post that I have contacted local agency person and he said we can’t do anything about it. I do not know the sales person’s name or number anymore. Past so many months I have been calling Eureka Forbes, and explaining the problem again and again. Pls note some of the following complaint numbers which I could jot down from last several months.

                                  Complaint Nos ;[protected], 94691288, 94847070, 94882346

                                  Every times someone calls and asks me to explain the problem, which is awkward as trust company such as your should have a CRM. The person who gets assigned to me doesn’t have any clue on what’s happening on my complaint. The process gets restarted, and I end up having no resolution yet again. All who call me says “madam you won’t get more than Rs1000 for this 2 months used, however I paid Rs10, 000 for the model which probably was not fit for me”.

                                  Water samples was also taken by Mr Vrushank Pareksh (Mobile no: [protected]) on 18th February. Yet no resolution.

                                  Every time I have called your call center, I ended up explaining entire scenario again and again. I am highly fed up and frustrated customer. I had put complaint on facebook and twitter still no resolution has been received.

                                  Today also I have called and asked someone to provide me replacement of the machine. Every time I have called, I have mentioned that I am ready to pay the difference amount for the higher model but pls provide me the replacement.

                                  I urge all out there never to opt for Eureka Forbes any products :(
                                  Today also I had called and they said we need another couple of hours to resolve the complaint. Two days back also same response. They cut the phone down too. So pathetic service and hopeless resolution team. Does not care for customer. Highly deteriorated brand. Fooling customers and flaunting of being good brand. Such a established brand but regret to say they just dont care for any family or any customer.
                                  I am highly dissatified and unhappy customer of Eureka Forbes. Never would recommend to any. In fact would tell all out there to never opt for this company's any product. Once sold equipment they have No Ownership.
                                  I wrote on twitter almost a month back still no botheration from them for the brand value and yet no resolution given

                                    I had raised a fresh installation request#94841576 with Eureka Forbes on 15/03/2016.After repeated followup and escalation for 7 days, the technician turned up today.
                                    However he just fixed the instrument, without testing or explaining the installation checklist.

                                    When I requested him to check the water pressure and perform the Post AG water check, he frantically told that its not required.

                                    Upon my denial to sign on the "Aquaguard installation report" until he completes the installation formalities, he threw the slip on floor and slammed the door and left.


                                    Is this the service you provide Eureka Forbes where your technician misbehave with customer ?

                                      On Aug -2015 we purchased a product called genius ..., it worked very good till 3rd month then problem started with filter, we contacted technician they came changed .., after 15 days same problem then again changed.., then after mostly 20- 25 days a problem started then one of technician came with a brilliant solution and they said in your location this product will not work and water pressure is not so good you have change ..., before we took the product salesperson checked everything and he suggested genius.
                                      when we called the sales person he said i deal with only sales i dont know anything about services. and he also said dont call me again for the issue ...
                                      what a brand eruka Forbes, no one take proper action. we contacted every person in Hyderabad who are staff of eruka Forbes ..., each one had their own story


                                      one said write a letter
                                      one said i busy i'll call in the evening on Feb - 16 till no call
                                      one person blocked our number
                                      and many more are there

                                      (I dont want to mention names here.., )

                                      we called customer care they are busy to solve our problem ...

                                        Please refer my annual maintenance service(Diksha care of Gobind :mobile no.-[protected] ; resident of 31/10 Ashok Nagar, 2nd floor, New Delhi 110018). In this connection Mr. Anil Kumar (mobile no.-[protected]) from your company has attended the service on the date 09/03/2016 .After his service our aquagaurd cap started leaking due to which we contacted the same service man again to attend the complaint referred above. But despite of so many reminders he did not even bother to reply .this is really insulting as he is not even responding to so many calls made by us. Kindly do the need full action as early as possible.
