I have been trying to order a few products and continuously being shown “not deliverable” or “out of stock” for almost all the products, Flipkart has to offer. The pin code is 201001. I have tried using other pin codes (nearby ones) but to my dismay, no success in that regard either. Nearly all the products irrespective of the categories, that is, fashion, technology, books, furniture, literally everything, is either not deliverable or out of stock! I have been seeing similar complaints from other customers. I wonder if there is a problem with the website. Especially, something like this happening around one of the biggest sales of the year is quite bizarre. Please, Flipkart, look into it as soon as possible, I want to buy stuff!

Other than “not deliverable” and “out of stock”, a lot of the products are “currently unavailable” as well.

    This is in respect to our Order ID: OD[protected]. We have not received this product till date. First it was shown that we will receive it on 23rd October, 2021 and then on 23rd October, 2021 the product tracking changed to "delivered on 14th October, 2021".

    We have called flipkart 32 times till now and have talked with 15 of their customer executives to raise and solve this issue.

    They are just looting customers. This was a prepaid order and we have paid INR 12, 000/- for the product. Flipkart is looting us for this amount by not responding.

    It has been 9 days that we have complained about this to Flipkart and there is only only response everyday that they will solve it in 48 hours. Nothing else happens.

      Got a defective product, on 18th oct asked for replacement immediately, request was accepted and defective product was to be picked up on 21st oct. Till date neither the defective product has been taken back neither replacement product is being shipped/ sent. Neither they are refunding money. Just extending time and saying wait for 24 hrs / 48 hrs. 3 times received message from their logistics partner ekart that product will be taken today by 7 pm. Nothing is happening just harassing customer. In same period they are delivering new product by same logistics. I want my money back by 31st Oct

        I had ordered a Realme GT Master Edition (Luna White, 128 GB) Mobile via order number OD[protected] on the 2nd of October, 2021. I had canceled the order and the on 3rd of October, the refund was supposed to be credited to my account within 12.10.2021. 17 days passed, I had requested several times Flipkart about the refund They have replied that the seller has initiated the refund and within 48 hours it will be credited But to date I have not received my refund. Kindly take necessary action so that I get my refund.

          I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator on September 22, I received it on October 7th, and the received product was not working. Hence I requested them to replacement and I have initiated the replacement as well but no-one came to pickup. Now I need my amount. Requesting to get call from customer care but not getting.

            I ordered boat storm smart watch I received on 10th October 2021. I requested to return it on the same day. Because of poor quality and watch is with different color as shown in the product picture. It's been 20 days but I didn't get any resolution from flipkart. Please try to resolve my issues.

                I Ordered My Apple Airpod On 16 Oct from Flipkart And Delivered on 19 Oct When I Opened the box That box Was Empty I was Shocked Bcoz First Time i face This Problem And I Raised Complaint For this Product And I Got A Mail from Flipkart to submit my id proof and Some Pictures of product And i Send All the proofs And Next Day Flipkart again Mail Me That yu will not Submit your proofs that's why They Rejected my return request and Again I raised complaint And I'll submit my all proofs and Pictures related missing Item And After 2 hour they Rejected my Return request i call The customer care They Say Don't worry your Concerned Are in processed you will Notify In Any Kind Information But I got a Message From Flipkart for refund related But My Refunded is Not credited in my account pls Solve this Problem I am Very Depressed

                  We have purchased dish washer with above order number from flipkart on 10th October 2021 and the same was delivered on 18th October 2021.

                  As per the regular policy there was auto generated message saying that between 2 to 5 days installation of any consumers durables take place so seat and relax

                  I contacted them on 25 th October 2021 and was told that by 26th evening your installation and demonstration will be completed.

                  On 26th evening I once again contacted them and we were given time of 24 to 48 hours for completing our installation.

                  Today is 29th and still there is no commitment or confirmation from flipkart customer care department.

                  We are immensely suffering mental stress.

                        Hi, I'm a business from Mysore and I have purchased more than 40 products on Flipkart. I had put in my GST Details in every purchase and thus I got an invoice from Flipkart with my GST details for all the products. But the real problem was that I was not able to claim GST on the govt's GST Portal because apparently, the seller did not upload my GST details online. In this case, the Seller was "Consulting Rooms Pvt Ltd" which is a Flipkart-owned company. I have called Flipkart regarding the same more than 25 times now and it's been more than a month since they have actually tried to help me with my issue. Nobody on the customer care team is skilled or knowledgeable enough to help me with my GST issue. They don't even have a separate business or Finance team that will listen to my problem.

                          Cancellation: We have received your cancellation request for the order OD[protected]. Since the item has already been shipped by the seller, please do not accept the product if delivery is attempted. Check your email for more details.

                          Order was placed on 30th sep. Under orders section, 1st of Oct it should have been picked up from the seller side. unfortunately it was not picked up. Since then there is no update regarding this. I called customer care multiple times they are unable to provide correct estimated time or resolution. I am planning to file case and want to take legal action against flipkart.

                            I ordered a Puma White sneakers for 1500 rupees on Flipkart and I was delivered ab entirely different item. A pant has been delivered. The delivery guy clicked delivered on his phone before I come outside of my house and he got the money from me and said me to give return product request on Flipkart app itself. I did what he said and my request has been rejected. I have talked to their customer care people 3 times and now no one is calling me back or helping me with replacement or refund. Extremely disappointed on Flipkart and it's my first worst experience with online purchase in this 6 to 7 years

                                  I ordered one NASHER MILES Mumbai check-in Luggage, which i recived on oct 2nd 2021 and it was broken/damaged. I raised the request for return, So they promised for pickup on 18th oct 2021, which has not been done, again I raised the request for return, then I have ben informed that pickup will done on 27th oct 2021 but I didn't received any call no updates on it. I called the cc 20-30 times no resolution has been provided. Now some are saying it will be done by 29th oct and some 6th November, I called cc and informed them that I will be leaving my place on 4th of nov, they are not doing anything on it. No pick up has been done yet, I am very tired of following them and it is really making me feel so pathetic and regretfully that I I have ordered this product from flipkart. The service of flipkart is so worse that I cant take there excuses any more. Not a single customer care executive provided me help, even they were so rude, they scold me for keep following up. They are only wasting my time, They are keep convincing me and always giving me new dates. They talk very rude. They are doing there work at all. I have many things to share about CC but, After this some one will definitely lose his/her job. After this I will make sure that I will uninstall the application and will never use it again.

                                  Why the flipkart is not reaching me. They are not calling for any updates. It seems like they are not planning to take there product and and keep my money. Please arrange a call back for me in 1 hour.
                                  My issue has not been fixed yet. I didn't received any call back from the flipkart.
                                  No return has been done. No return updates nothing has been done from flipkart.

                                    I order 47 items in Flipkart Grocery. Of this only 41 items was delivered and one was wrong among that 41 items. So ultimately only 40 items were correct. I have tried to return saying item was missing in the Flipkart app. But, it says it is delivered and ask to contact customer care. On clicking on the link, when I fill details and submit request, it said unable to process.
                                    On calling customer care also, it was automated voice asking to enter numbers. When I did that, it said they will reach back in 48 hours.
                                    But issue is not resolved.

                                    Customer care finally called. When updated them all details, they helped place return and refund accordingly. But they did it wrongly. I asked for refund on 6 missing items and return on 1 wrong item. Instead of 6, only 4 items was updated as missing, but they said all 6 items updated. In the 4 items they updated, they updated one item wrongly. When a product of Rs. 130 is missing, they changed and updated another product of Rs.98 is missing.
                                    It makes me think that they are just pretending to help customer, but doing things that are profitable to them by doing things like above.
                                    I was asked to wait till 2 days for refund. Very bad customer care from Flipkart.
