I ordered a mi 4x 65 inch tv from flipkart on 18th may 2020. The tv was delivered by 25th may but it came defective. I requested for replacemnet and i was given date till 4th june initially which later they postponed to 18th june. Noone reached me during entire time for replacement. The date passed so i raised a complaint with flipkart stating the matter. The promised to solve it by 23rd june but its 24th june and the complaint is not solved neither anyone reached to me with any update. When i try to contact them, they just say we are escalating the issue and thats it. I dont knw how to reach higher authority.

Its more than a month and i see no resolution

Time was always given your reservation date, but even then no hearing is done We are requesting the Consumer Complaint to kindly explain in Flipkart Customer Support why the account was closed after 21 days whereas on the day the mobile was delivered, we complied and once my refund was accepted and after that My refund was canceled from his side and the replacement was also done once on 23 May. Thereafter, he was also canceled from there and was given a time. There was no reply on 28 May and also on 28 May. We sent them an email asking me to give me the reservation soon and why my account was closed on the 3rd, even though we had placed the order before the account was closed and even after giving it, that order also reached me.(product delivered price 419) The old problem was not solved. I have proof that the call recording happened when I talked to the Flipkart Customer Support team. Last June 18 and 20 when he told that in 48 to 72 hours your problem will be solved, but it did not happen. But we have complained to the nearest cunsumer form on 19/06/20 Flipkart had to close my account, so why waste so much time. Who makes up for it I'm sending some proof to this portal (NCH) We have integrated over Flipkart with the help of the nearest consumer forum. To highlight this, it has also been uploaded to YouTube and other site.(public) Will not be able to see.Try it. The video has been uploaded.     We are requesting the Consumer Complaint to kindly explain in Flipkart Customer Support why the account was closed after 21 days whereas on the day the mobile was delivered, we complied and once my refund was accepted and after that My refund was canceled from his side and the replacement was also done once on 23 May. Thereafter, he was also canceled from there and was given a time. There was no reply on 28 May and also on 28 May.     Flipkart team Did not want to take earlier but now can also get replacement Flipkart team was giving replacement but I was worried that it would not go wrong with me again, so I do not like replacement. And after that the flipkart team created a conspiracy with me that my flipkart account was closed, forced to replace.

    You can simply say that your account will not be unblocked. Okay and we don't need anything. I will not reply even after that. Not even this consumer portal but I will tell you what is the customer?

    Flipkart explained why it wasted so much time in us. If you were doing this to people, then you would have told us directly that my account will not be unblocked. Why wasted so much time and my money is stuck. We still had my money back. With that, I have compiled the consumer but on the 19th we have compiled the consumer.

    Technical visits will be done. What was all this between May 13 and 26?So far your technical visit master is coming. Looks like something went wrong

    We do not want my mobile money, but want to see Flipkart being ruined.

    What happened so far did not solve my problem flipkart you do not understand, replace flipkart. So far we do not understand that flipkart was challenged by the consumer form offline office. raised date 19/06/20 20.

    But flipkart understand that we have never called the flipkart customer support team after consumer complaint, will not call the consumer before making a complaint. All o[censored]s are left on youtube and other networks and consumer complaints.

      I had tried to place a order on flipkart it's dealer being vision star & unfortunately the order wasn't placed but the payment was deducted from my bank & since then they aren't refunding my amount back it's more than a week now. Also vision star is a very known dealer who cheats & commits fraud to it's customers. Please help

                  I ordered a jbl flip 3 speaker on 1st june 2020. I received a defective product and asked for replacement as no option for refund was available. The product got replaced after verification from technician. New speaker arrived on 16th june but that too were defective. I raised a return request but i have not got any feedback from flipkart. They mentioned that technician will call you for verification but no calls received and also i raised complaint to flipkart several times but no one responds. I also called on flipkart customer care but still did not get a call back.
                  I don't know what to do and whom to contact as no one is responding.

                  Kindly assist me with this on priority as it is very frustrating.

                    I order 2 items savlon hand sanitizer and u&f half sleeve women tops 2 packs on thursday, 18 june 2020.

                    I made the successfull payment by amazon pay and an amount of 733 rupees is debit from my sbi account but then order not placed shown on both the items.

                    They called me but they said that it is issued either from your bank aide or third party aap (Amazon) because we did not recieve your payment while bank said that payment is done from their side. Now 5 days already passedd but i still did not recieved

                      When i will receive my order? Are your seller / service provider is run away?

                      Your statement is changing again and again, please check my issue:-

                      1) on 1st jun 20, i placed the order (Od[protected], as per your order details, my order was packed and shipped through bluedart (No. [protected]) on 3rd jun 20 and expected date of delivery was 14 jun 20. Please note, bluedart tracking no. Is given by you is wrong.

                      2) on 15 jun, i receive message from your side that you will update me soon.

                      3) on 18 jun, i sent you a written message through app, on 21 jun i receive message from you end that you will update within 24 to 48 hrs.

                      4) on 21 jun, again you sent me written message and update me that you are working with the service providers and gave me another date of 24 jun to sort-out the issue.

                      5) on 24 jun, i sent you again a written message, you said again that you are working to solve the issue with your partner and given me again same repeated assurance.

                      6) in between all written communication, your customer support executives are called me many times and said again and again same lines same words as mentioned above.

                      I understand this time is difficult due to corona virus but you are giving fake comitments again and again. Why you are repeating same things again and again? 24 days passed away, but till today i didn't receive my order and not confirm the date of delivery from your side till now.

                      Please give me the final date of delivery.

                          I purchased a 49 inch blaupunkt hd smart led tv from flipkart they sent the product but it turned out to be defective. The person who came to install it claimed there was a display error and remote issue. The seller has approved the replacement but nobody has come to pick it up. Everyday i speak to the customer service and they keep extending the resolution time period.
                          They have been telling me 24 to 48 hrs since two weeks now.
                          Every second day the cycle refreshes and a new complaint is filed. No manager or any higher authority has contacted me. They have charged my card for the product but im yet to receive a functioning product.

                            I have placed a order in flash sale on 24th june, in which i had successfully placed order when payment was done... But it wasn't reflected in account... For which i contacted customer support and they just told me to wait for 24 hours so that refund will be intiated or order will be confirmed as they had shown the status as pending in their backend or whatever, i asked for supervisor for which they rejected saying i am using abusive words... And disconnected chat which was very funny... These # just hangged up on me... And the refused to share there details saying they can't as they themselves don't know it... Which is again very funny thing... I m going to file a consumer compliant if there is no resolution for the issue from flipkart... It was a bad decision to have a purchase from flipkart... Flipkart has been doing this lots of time... Delaying orders cancelling themselves without any prior notice... They are bunch of #... And i really mean it because these people don't have sense to talk and are not at all professionals and they do not have any info... Also a funny part i for got to share the agent was not able to share his complete name as well... Said i can't 🤣🤣🤣ðŸ¤...⇄

                                I have order a vu smart tv from flipkart to my relatives home, because it was not deliverable to my location, installation team was called to my uncle's numbers and he was unable to answer the call, and my installation was cancelled on jun 16th, and today is 24th june, till now i don't have any updates regarding the installation, every day i am asking the flipkart customer support but they are saying it will be resolved in 24 hours but that 24 hours was nerver came,

                                such a bad customer experience from flipkart, flipkart is not providing the service engineer contact info for the customers

                                how long i can wait after my product was delivered, today is 15th daya from the delivered date.

                                please provide me the installation

                                    Product was delivered on may 28th and one part of the product was missing.
                                    Asked for a replacement but replacement was taking time.
                                    I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the replacement and instead i want to return the product and get a refund. They only cancelled the replacement and asked me to wait for the "return" option to be enabled. But till this date i have no option of returning. When i call the customer service they say they have escalated this issue to the higher executives and asked me to wait for 24-28 hours. Its been 1 month now. How much longer should i wait??? They said they will come back to me on june 17th and then it got postponed to june 18th and today is june 24th and i haven't got any reply from any one of you!!!

                                    I want to return this product since it is missing a piece and get a refund asap. I have spent 9, 000 on this product. I have raised multiple complaints and i have placed multiple calls and no one is getting back to me with a solution.
                                    This is not the kind of service that any one should get, worst customer service experience.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number (P2007042002227610926593) in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

                                        I have tried to place some orders worth rs 10000 on 22 and 23 june in flipkart sale. Being a plus memeber i have got the sale 4 hours before it's public announcement. From that i have ordered some household, digital, and daily wear products. Orders gets placed correctly and the sum amount gets debited from my accounts. Then all of a sudden all the orders from my flipkart account as well as my friend's flipkart account gets cancelled stating that it was cancelled from seller. I tool the action within a minute and write them about the problem. But i haven't recieved any solution back then in the morning i have recieved the messages stating about my refund completion then i have contacted to their suppport executive and ask them about the matter. Describing further i explained them the cards i am using are the international prepaid card which have the policy of non crediting money back to those cards which means there is no option of getting the amount back in that cards. I have placed some orders previously also from my flipkart account and recieved them with proper transactions but this time i have to face a lot of money loss because refund would not get into those cards back. So, in order to resolve this i asked the executive to either provide me the products or refund me to some other source but he said no, further i ask him to transfer the call to their senior but then also he makes an excuse of seniors are busy. With this they said me that the money has been refunded.
                                        Sir i want to request you to please look into this problem as therethe cards associated with the international bank, the bankcorp, which have no method to get the money back. I understand that it would certainly take some time to get money from us to india but the way they have cancelled my all orders from many sellers by describing it as a seller cause. But i want to ask them that how is this possible that all the sellers rejects it together at the mid night as they all faced the same issue. I don't think that for this kind of services i have bought their plus membership.
                                        Please help me with my refund amount sir.

                                        Are you thinking that this excuse will work because I have just order one piece of some products and at different sellers. If any seller reached to it's maximum limit than how would it effect others.

                                        One more thing to add with this is according to you it was because of shortage of product on seller than please explain about my two products that was shipped and reached to gurgaon and gets cancelled with the other products. You cancelled my all products at 12:02 am sharp which means I have no time left to respond or talk to any of your official.
