delay in replacement product and refund

I ordered micromax 32" led tv through flipkart on 10-aug-2017, they delivered defective piece on 12-aug-2017 so i raised request for replacement on 14-aug-2017. Flipkart took around 25 days to replace the product (Delivered on 08-sep-2017), during this period daily i used to have a discussion with flipkart customer care executives for my replacement which took much longer time than expected. They used to tell me that second time it won't...

    Flipkart is fooling customers.. Don't belive their sale policy... Yes i have been cheated by flipkart yesterday when i purchased a laptop worth rs 26990/- through online payment..
    Two days back i planned to buy a laptop and i surfed the internet to buy a laptop where i found flipkart is going to start big billion days sale where they are offering good discount so i waited and finally tje sale started. And belive me evey item on flipkart was shown with new discounted price except laptop i wondered and later i noticed that it was selected on my wishlist. I waited the whole day expecting that the price will change but it remained the same and with left no option i purchased the laptop. After cleaning all the payment option when i returned to the home screen of flipkart i found all the laptop prices suddenly changed and slashed to 16% disconts but now it was too late i had already paid my amount... So i will request all my friends please don't believe flipkart as they will do only which is beneficial to them not to cusromers... Till date i had not received my package let's see what flipcart delivers to me...

        Hi
        I had purchased moto e plus order id - od[protected] on 6th sep. The phone has several problems like touch not responding, hand free not responding, screen resolution problem. I had complained about the problems to flipkart and their technician visited and identified the problems. The technician also gave the feedback of the problems in the mobile to flipkart but flipkart still cancelled the return mentioning that the phone is working fine and technician gave good feedback.
        Now i am not happy and want to return the product.
        Kindly help to return the mobile.

          I ordered redmi note 4 on flipkart for which it showed payment failed twice and the third time order got placed. But after some time i got to see that the amount has been debited thrice and also two orders got placed. So i cancelled one of those bit what about the third amount that has been debited. Also in the bank statement or sites that the amount has been debited to flipkart.

            Hi

            I purchased 2 led tvs - 49" from flipkart on 18.08.17 and got delivered to my home address. We wanted to install it at a later date and so unboxed it on 1st sep. '17. Unfortunately, the screen of one of the leds was broken when we first saw it.

            I instantly called up flipkart and since it was beyond 10 days from the date of delivery, they asked me to get in touch with panasonic. I failed to understand how would panasonic help in that case. I kept repeating myself to the rep that the tv set wasn't non-functional that i should reach out to panasonic instead it was broken but the rep kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

            As suggested by the rep, i contacted panasonic twice but it did not help at all. First time i thought that the rep may not be supportive so i called again after a couple of days but the result was the same. Both the times i was told that since i had received a damaged product from flipkart, i needed to contact them for a replacement.

            I need assistance in resolving this. It costed me more than rs. 43, 000 per tv set, i need a replacement or a refund of the product. No one is taking the ownership of the case.

                I was trying to place an order for xaomi mi max 2 on flipkart on 21/09/2017, at at around 12.05 am. I chose for online payment through my sbi debit card. The payment was done successfully, & an amount of rs. 13, 499 was debited from my account. Flipkart txn#[protected]

                      I bought around 3 iPhones in various years, But all of the phones got problems within 2 years. 1 phone's display goes in black colour, another phone's ear speaker and charging socket are not working properly. So I stopped buying phones from flipkart. I lost the trust in buying phones online

                        I got the product on 16th sep (Sat night). I made my mobile ready on that night, on the very next day, i faced mike issues in mobile as, other people are not able to listen completely, there is a voice pause for 2 to 3 sec, and i faced this problem in many calls, which is very irritating.
                        Moreover i can not return my product as well, even though i want to return this because of such a poor performance. But flipkart asked me to get it replaced.
                        I did the same on the next day itself (Opposite to my wish, even though i want to return it), tech visit happen, that guy was hardly there for 3-5 mnt, he saw the mobile and made 2 calls from my mobile i told him my problem, he told it will get replaced in 2 days, no worries!
                        But out of my surprise what i am seeing in flipkart while tracking my order they have cancelled my replacement request as well, customer care told, as technician told issue is resolved now, and if you face any issue, visit service center. Which was completely unfair, which made me realize only mistake from my side to do shopping from flipkart. Even though i have been regular customer of flipkart.
                        Those customer care themselves were not able to listen properly while i was talking to them, still they are telling it is closed. Some how they again open the request to replace, but still same process is gonna happen, tech visit n all, very irritating.

                        Kindly return this mobile, refund my money.

                        Dear Divakar,
                        Did the technician gave you any slip of confirmation about the device is faulty ? If not then, did you asked for it ?
                        As a customer, you must ask for the proof as there are many of them are scammers out there.
                        This is the main problem of Flipkart, they always do a lot of cross-questioning, send their so called technician before returning the product back.
                        On the other hand, Amazon never go through this silly irritating process.

                          I have ordered lg g5 indian version (Lg-h860), which supports 2 sim slots.
                          Flipkart has delivered me eur country version phone, which supports 1 sim slot.
                          I have sent many emails telling my issue, but flipkart is not at all resolving my issue.
                          This issue i am facing from the day one of purchase. I have contacted so many times to flipkart, always they say like they will resolve but till now there is no response from them.

                          Few times flipkart customer support said me to visit lg service center, but the issue is from flipkart so i have refused visit service center initially.

                          Later i didn't get any resolution from flipkart then i looked into lg service center. Lg service center persons also said it's eur country phone, please contact flipkart only.
                          So here the main culprit is flipkart.

                          Flipkart is importing products from some other country with very low price and selling in india with a high price.

                                My father (R. K. Jalan) ordered a wallpaper from flipkart last month which was never delivered and we didn't even get a refund on it. He is senior citizen was not informed of the policies and simply was told its his fault. How rude is that of flipkart!!

                                I have bought most of my stuff from flipkart now you guys treat my parents with disrespect!! I need to speak to someone higher & not a kid calling me to waste my time. Else i am going to post it on social media. This is simply not acceptable & disgraceful!!

                                    I ordered a intex washer for urgent usage in flipkart on friday (Sep 15th) only for its 1 day delivery. But the product arrived as defective on saturday. When i reached out to customer executive they mentioned that refund is possible. So i went and bought a new washing machine from the store. When i again reached out to them they are mentioning that refund is not possible. Addition to that replacement of new washing machine also not reached on scheduled time (19th sep). I didn't expect this kind of bad experience from flipkart. I am very much dissatisfied with customer executives poor conveyance. I need my money back.

                                    Following are the blunders by flipkart in this scenario:

                                    1. Sending a defective part while the product need is in urgency for the customer.

                                    2. Promising the delivery date of the replacement as it didn't fulfilled on time.

                                    I don't want replacement anymore. I want refund on time else flipkart will face necessary legal actions on court and brand reputation will be destroyed in all the social networks.

                                    I got a call from customer care.still i didnt get a replacement. As of now i just want my money back. Its been two weeks since I ordered. They didnt replace the defective item yet. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK.
                                    Bid and win contest lowest bid and win and yesterday contest winner is not right price of Hercules cycle is lowest bid is 160.53 and my bid is 116.95 and my bid is lowest and unique and winner is another please solve the problem
