Food Panda — refund still not credited after 10 working days

On 26/09/2018 placed order in food panda with order id - w0bd-07h7 after the payment, order got cancelled from restaurant end. Got mail from food panda regarding refund initiation with in 7-10 business days. Still no refund has credited when discussed the same with live support team in food panda app they asked for bank statement. Why should i submit my bank statement? Why can't you solve the issue from your side?

I haven't received my order and have paid online. When am I supposed to get it? I mean this is pathetic.I want money back .I mean is this what you do when someone trusts your app and orders online?

I order at 4:13 pm and at 5:20 I called delivery boy. firstly he didn't receive calls then he picked and said i will delivered soon . But after half an hour order status showed as delivered. In support section there was no one to reply my message on chat box wow...
what a service you are offering..
Worst experience ever...
i want my money back.

I ordered chicken and garlic naan at night on 26 sep 2018 and paid for the same via paytm but then after few minutes it was showing that my order has been cancelled so i want my money back now...
My registered number is [protected]..
So refund my money asap as i didnt get any food..
