[Resolved] ICICI Bank — not getting otp for icici bank card | |
I tried several times to get otp while recharging through credit card and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction. I want to say that this is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank, i am not getting online transaction details for several times. As per statement my amount as been debited 413 for esc charges there is no confirmation email or call. Please check and solve the issue as soon as possible..may I know the reason behind the debiting amount monthly income
