Hi there,
I was initially informed that any given time i can change the name of the person insured in the medical policy. Based on their assurance i took it. Now at the time of paying the premium i was told to pay the premium then they will change the name in the policy.
As soon as the premium is paid, they had asked me to furnish the proposal form and id proofs which i did & now they say it can only be done before the expiry...
