On July 21st i made a recharge of rupess of 348 on my mothers phone using jio app. The recharge was done using myjio via upi method and using google pay. The payment gateway was made by [protected]@icici. My money was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I have mailed a refund request but no reply from them. Please refund my money

ICICI Lombard Insurance guys deducted 27, 106 Rs directly from my account with our my concent towards ICICI Lombard Health Insurances Policies. Beware of ICICI guys they are decouts they will go to any extent for cheating the customers.

    Hi am jothi icici credit team called me daily asked for credit card so i gave my details for it after that they said about the insurance and i said no need again and they called me and force me to do that and they charged for the credit card they haven't informed me about that and now this policy i haven't generate the pin for the card itself but every month am receiving to pay because of this policy please cancel that policy

    I tried to book the Bharath gas cylinder through online and my money got debited immediately and it is showing transaction failed .

      My claim id is mot08911583. Survey of my accidental car is done on 30th june & i get the assurance your claim amount refund will be done in next 10 days but till date i not get any refund.
      Pls look into as on every call i get the feedback your claim will be processed in next 2-3 days. But till date not get the refund amount.

        Dear sir,

        Problem is not solved, car inspection done once and they agreed to replace the key, few days later they told me visit office and provide all required documents as per the call i went to lombard office mysore and submitted all the documents. Till now i didn't get any call or information, i only called them again and asked status.
        Now they are saying want to inspect car again.
        How many times you're doing inspection. Do you i think i don't have any work to go here and there?
        Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy?
        Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money?

        I will not come again for inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, aadhar, pan, dl, rc, insurance and claim form.

        Are you giving any loan or any assets to take these many documents?

        Anyway i have submitted all of them.

        Do needful...

          How many times you're asking details?
          Irresponsible, ICICI Lombard people sent my all the documents (which I submitted for claim including cheque) to my home address through professional courier on 14th July, till now I have not received documents, I called Vijayanagar professional courier many times every time they were creating new stories finally now they are saying documents are missed somewhere.

I want to say you that on 10/02/2019 my vehicle was stolen and i have lodge a complain to the police on same day but police have delayed in fir, but this company is not listening to my problem and they are not giving my insurence money, they are asking for some money to solve my problem and they are rejecting my claim and they have taken my all original vehicle documents. They are cheating to customer and they are doing fraud insurence. So i request this company to please return my money as soon as possible otherwise i will register complaint to oopbhogta forum.

            We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

            As per our telephonic conversation held on your mobile number 95******63 dated July 19, 2019, we would like to inform you that post receipt of your concern we have reviewed your claim with our senior claims officials and regret to inform you that your claim has been rejected as per the policy terms and conditions.

            The claim is rejected as per the below findings:-
            The above-mentioned vehicle was stolen on Feb 10, 2019, and FIR for the same has been lodged on Feb 21, 2019. The FIR for the stolen vehicle is lodged after 11 days of the theft of the vehicle. This is in violation of the terms & conditions of Insurance Policy. The FIR should have been immediately lodged after the theft. The Motor Insurance Policy issued to you clearly states - In case of theft or criminal act which may be the subject of claim under the policy, the insured shall give immediate notice to the Police and cooperate with the company in securing the conviction of the offender.

            In addition, the claim was intimated to the Insurer on Jun 03, 2019 i.e. after 24 days. This is in violation of policy terms & conditions. As per Policy terms - Notice shall be given in writing to the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any accident loss or damage or theft in the event of any claim and hereafter the insured shall give all such information and assistance as the company shall require.

            In such circumstance, the above-captioned claim as made by the insured is hereby stands as "Rejected".

            We anticipate your understanding in this matter.

              I am the car policy holder of your insurance company, the car policy no. Is 3001/hi[protected]/00/boo the cars registration no. Is mp28ca0239, on getting the car accident i took the car to the dealer abhishek hyundai chhindwara, car surveyed by your company's surveyor mr. Raajveer saral i have written a complete description of the accident in the claim form but surveyor who come to survey the car, says that this incident is not of the same time, surveyor only talked about processing of front main glass, while bomber's support frame cover & right side mirror are also damaged, whose reason and whole events i wrote in the claim form while giving a car dealer, what is the reason for not supplying the claim of a mirror and front bomber's support frame cover by the surveyor, can not all these parts break at the same time? Can the surveyors stand in the dealers workshop and make an accurate estimate of the damage done in the car, is the wrong statement that i wrote the details of the incident form? If the surveyor has some kind of doubt on the incident, so surveyor is free to survey the spot, after this the surveyor will give me the signature of his analysis written report, i am a consumer because of this i want all this for satisfaction.

Hp 5301 owner namr subhash chand but i do not get any orignal document i am calling regularly to mrs. Archana who is working in harveer auto as the policy agent... Now she is not picking up my phone so please sir issue me my policy document as soon as possible...

                  Dear sir/ madum

                  I had a personal loan from icici bank, which is already closed from my side. Now from last more than one month i am requesting to lombord team to close all insurance policy against this loan and return my amount, which is committed by lombard team itself. The reference no icicilom:[protected].

                  The custumer care mail conversation subject line is "icicilom:[protected] regarding withdraw the insurance amount against preclouser of personal loan lpgur[protected]"

                  Complain description - major concern is the customer care team is playing an unprofessional role, in end of the april 19 month i had request them to close my insurance policy and return my remaining amount of this insurance. They had request me to provide noc certificate against this loan, while it noc was pending from loan department side. So just i had send them the f&f statement with duly stamp of icici bank branch whether i had done the foreclose of my loan. But these guys was not accepting the f&f statement while both team is belongs to icici only. Both are belongs to same parent company. At the time of provide the loan both had same team, but now when as a customer i have required the mutual understanding of both team they they dont want to support me.

                  Anyway after multiple follow up loan team had provide me the noc certificate in previous week and i have send it on mail to the lombard team, but lombord customer care team is giving me excuse they are not able to receive my attachment, and writing in mail attachment is missing.

                  I have send it to them three time, but any time these guys answering me they are unable to receive my attachment, while surprise thing is rest other documents they are able to receive. While i had request them to call back to me but they are not giving me any call to conclude it. As well i had escalate this case to his service head, but still no any revert from head also.

                  It is really a very challenging concern and it's become a complain of harassment to customer against the icici lombard. I am attaching here the snapshots of mail which is replying by lombard team, as well attaching here snapshot whether is will prove that i have send them the required document multiple time. But lombard team is not taking any necessary action and harrased me.

                  Please look into it and help to take a needful actio against icici lombord and provide my pending amount which should be approx 13k as per commited my them in previous conversation.

                    सर मेरा नाम अमरदीप है और मेरे भाई का नाम शशि भूषण है, मेरे नाम से गाड़ी रजिस्टर है, क्योंकि मेरे भाई शशि भूषण के पास फाइनेंस करवाने के डॉक्यूमेंट पूरे नही थे, इसलिए गाड़ी मुझे अपने नाम से लेनी पड़ी, ये गाड़ी मेरे भाई शशि भूषण के पर्सनॉल यूज़ के लिए ली गयी है, और शशि भूषण ही हमेशा इस गाड़ी को चलाता है, मुझे (अमरदीप) गाड़ी चलाना नही आता है और मैं गाड़ी नही चलाता हूं |

                    जब हमारी गाड़ी का एक्सीडेंट हुआ, तब उस गाड़ी को मेरा भाई शशि भूषण ही चला रहा था, और उससे ही ये हादसा 11.3.2019 हुआ था। इसलिए शशि भूषण का driving licence दे रहा हूँ।

                    हमने अपनी बाइक का क्लेम 【MOT08857452】 14.6.19 को ऑनलाइन दर्ज करवाया था, उसके बाद गाड़ी हमने सर्विस सेंटर पर छोड़ दिया था, उसके बाद अजय चौधरी जी गाड़ी का सर्वेक्षण करने गए, और अजय चौधरी जी ने हमारा क्लेम Approve पास नही किए, वह रीजन जानना चाह रहे थे, कि 11.3.19 को एक्सीडेंट होने के इतने दिनों तक आप कहा थे?
                    इसके बाद हमने अपना रीजन गब्बर सिंह जी को बताया था, और वह कह रहे थे, कि जिसके नाम से यह गाड़ी है वह शख्स हमे लिखित में लिख करके देगा, तभी हम क्लेम Approve करेंगे।
                    हमारा रीज़न यह है कि 15.03.2019 को हम दिल्ली चले गए थे, उसके बाद 05.04.2019 तक वापसी हुई। इसके बाद मेरा ( शशि भूषण जो गाड़ी चालक है) जॉब का समय प्रातः 9 बजे से शाम 6 बजे तक रहता है। इसलिए हमें Insurance claim करने का समय नहीं मिला।

                    यह रीजन मैंने (अमरदीप) लिख करके भी दिया, उसके बाद वो बोल रहे है कि अमरदीप के नाम का Driving Licence चाहिए, वरना इसके बिना नही होगा।

                    मुझे लगता है कि ये online claim raise किया है इसलिए अजय जी हमारा claim Approve नही कर रहे है, अगर यही क्लेम offline दर्ज करवाते तो वो कुछ रुपये माँगते और देने पर वो तुरंत approve कर देते। लेकिन ये claim तो online है उन्हें कुछ माँगने का मौका मिला नही, इसलिए अजय जी और गब्बर जी हमारा claim approve नही कर रहे है।

                    अब आप मुझे कॉल【[protected]】 करके बताइये कि हमारा claim approve होना चाहिए या नही।

                    अजय चौधरी जी और गब्बर जी कह रहे थे कि अगर अमरदीप ये लिख के दे कि इतना विलम्ब कैसे हुआ है क्लेम करने में तो ही वो क्लेम approve करेंगे, वरना नहीं जब तक अमरदीप लिख के नहीं देंगे तब तक नहीं करेंगे।
                    और उस दिन जब अमरदीप पेपर पर लिखकर के दिया तो उसकी हालत लिखने तक कि भी नही थी।
                    अमरदीप diabetic patient है इसलिए उसदिन उसका शुगर low हो गया था वह किसी तरह से मुस्लिम से लिख पाया ।

                    अमरदीप को गाड़ी चलाना नही आता है।

                    अब मेरा क्लेम कैंसिल कर दिए है।

                    मेरा क्लेम मुझे ही इसका advantage नही मिल रहा है

                    ये सब गलत तरीके से हुआ है इसलिए मेरा क्लेम तुरंत approve कर देना चाहिए।

I paid extra money to get platinum insured member, with this platinum offer i suppose to get devise and remote key to my car as part of platinum insurance. Unfortunately i didn't get any offers, before paying insurance amount executive promised me that i'm going to get those offers, after completing payment they stopped responding i called many times and went car showroom but nothing happened.

                        I have recorded voice call when executive was promising me about offers.

                        Problem is not solved, car inspection done once and they agreed to replace the key, few days later they told me visit office and provide all required documents as per the call i went to Lombard office mysore and submitted all the documents. till now i didn't get any call or information, I only called them again and asked status.
                        now they are saying want to inspect car again.
                        How many times you're doing inspection. Do you I think i don't have any work to go here and there?
                        Why you didn't tell all rules and regulations before taking policy?
                        Executive called me many times to renew insurance why same response not there after paid money?

                        I will not come again for Inspection because its already done and provided all documents including cheque, Aadhar, Pan, DL, RC, Insurance and claim form.

                        Are you giving any loan or any assets to take these many documents?

                        Anyway I have submitted all of them.

                        Do needful...

                              ICICI Lombard is doing fraud with customer, they not even looking into my concern, no call no resolution on 1st complaint till date so raising 2nd complaint.

                              I have made with accident on 1st June 2019 at thane and immediately I have tow my vehile to the 'Navneet Motors Thane' because the vehicle was not getting started. Imran Khan is the executive who is inspected my vehicle and he is saying the towing will not cover in insuarance. I have traveled from pune to thane very smoothly suddenly accident happened and car is not getting started so in this case the normal person will tow his vehicle, same I have done with my vehicle and now executive is saying he will not cover the towing in insurance, now I have to pay huge amount which is not fair for customer, they are actually doing mental harassment with customers. Also my bumper get damaged due to accident and they are covering only 50 % in that, why should I pay the more money if my insurance is continued from date of purchase of my vehicle and it is zero depreciation . then what is the benefit of authorized service center and insurance company.

                                I went for the claim but Surveyor Mr. Bharta Kumar approved just for back side saying that it might have been some other accident, i am saying the parts are damaged by single accident he said your damaged are old and behaved very rudely it will not cover on phone call and so many times he used to ignore my phone calls rather..., I cant understand how can tolerate that people in service industry, poke me you go for Consumer Court . I tried and explained him everything in detail multiple times about how the accident took place but he just did not budge from his Judgments.
                                Being a reputed company Name, they failed a basic customer satisfaction.

                                  Further, we would like to clarify that refund has been processed on your basis premium .i.e. Rs.57383/- and as per GST clause policy issued before March 31, 2018 refund will be processed on basic premium as service tax amount is retained by government authority.

                                  As discussed with your custome care they said my refund amount is around 41, 000 but received 32709

                                  first time u said refund amount 41K then u gave 32k . I think i will not buy ICICI lombard premiume next time.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I have made with accident on 1st June 2019 at thane and immediately I have tow my vehile to the 'Navneet Motors Thane' because the vehicle was not getting started. Imran Khan is the executive who is inspected my vehicle and he is saying the towing will not cover in insuarance. I have traveled from pune to thane very smoothly suddenly accident happened and car is not getting started so in this case the normal person will tow his vehicle, same I have done with my vehicle and now executive is saying he will not cover the towing in insurance, now I have to pay huge amount which is not fair for customer, they are actually doing mental harassment with customers. Also my bumper get damaged due to accident and they are covering only 50 % in that, why should I pay the more money if my insurance is continued from date of purchase of my vehicle and it is zero depreciation . then what is the benefit of authorized service center and insurance company.

                                    this settlement is according to your claim.. you did not cover the towing charges and also you gave only 50% of charges on front bumper's denting painting. Don't try to mold the complaint subject and also don't try to fool the customer.. and you said you will arrange the call at 2 Pm but still I did not get any call and also you have called me after a month when I commented here "complaint yet not resolved".

                                      I am a regular customer of icici lombard. I bought maruti baleno in nov 2017 and insured with icici lombard. Then in nov 2018, again renewed the policy. But few days ago, my father transferred the car to me and rc got transferred. But your icici lombard agent mr. Sameeul (Working in nexa, roorkee) didn't told me proper procedure and he sent me to shakumbari automobiles, haridwar for this issue. There, a lady ask me to deposit money (More than ₹1000) and did not provide any genuine letter for this and also she said, policy will not changed.
                                      You guy's cheat a regular customer and wasting my time. So i won't renew this policy again in future and will never recommend icici lombard to anyone for sure.
                                      Worst customer service - bad agents - poor communication skills... This is icici lombard.

                                        This particular policy is completely mis sold and forced upon me.
                                        There is no point if I am covered against loss for only 5 years with this massive premium amount of Rs 140, 000.

                                        Again after 5 years I am supposed to renew this premium by paying around Lac rupees to secure my dependants from home loan due amount recovery.

                                        Completely nonsensical.

                                        Not interested. Kindly cancel this policy and refund the amount.
