money deducted but still not got the flight details and e-ticket.

Yesterday i had booked a flight from agartala to kolkata and also my bank balance got deducted and i have also got the message. But i have not got the e-ticket and also not got my money back into my bank account. Still my bank balance is showing that my money has been debited successfully and it has reached into ixigo account. I have given screenshots of my messages which i had received yesterday. Please help....

tdr filed but, ticket amount not refunded

Dear sir,

I have already filed tdr. Please its screenshot given below. I had booked a confirmed e-ticket in satabdi train on dt 14.12.19
By ixigo app from howrah to puri. But this train's on-boarding station (Howrah) was diverted from howrah to khargpur on that day.
For this very reason, i was unable to attend to catch this train from howrah. Immediately i informed to railway enquiry about this problem. br...

On 29 January 2020, I booked my flight Kolkata to dehli nd I did payment
through phone pay .from billdesk request which I received from ixigo.nd deducted 2948 rupees money from my bank account.but I didn't get any confirmation for my flight ..I have not get my tickets ..nd untill now I didn't get my refund.i do request for it of phone pay support team but I m not satisfied ..so please check it

amount debited from account - not received flight ticket

Hello there...I have booked a round trip flight from hyderabad to dehradun and return on 5th of february 2020 and have done transaction by upi though the google pay app...the amount has been debited from my account but I did not recieve any confirmation regarding the tickets...i would request you to kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and get my money refunded...thank you.....

I made a transaction to "le travenues technology" "ixigo@axisbank" and entered irctc login id and chose paytm upi transaction for payment but ticket was not booked. But in upi statement its showing "transaction was successful". Debited amount - 1666/-, date and time :18 jan 2020, 10:26am and the transaction upi reference number:[protected]. payment gone through but ticket not booked

Hi,

This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

I contacted customer care and they asked me to write to "[protected]@ixigo.com" and apply for a refund. It's been 3 days and there has been no response.

Heard a lot about your prestigious reputation in booking market but it was all a false pretense. I booked a ticket yesterday from agra to bangalore for 27th april 2020. I made the payment via upi gateway using googlepay but didn't receive any ticket. There is no way to contact your complaint redress cell via phone and you don't reply to any emails either. Through my recent transaction in ixigo, an amount of rupees 1957 has been deducted from my amount..

When i was trying to book a ticket, due to some technical issues the transaction was failed but the amount was deducted, and the refund was not initiated..

I request you to look into this matter a initiate a refund for me quickly...

disappointing- ixigo payment was successful but ticket is not confirmed

I heard a great about ixigo flights application. I trusted the application and have done my transaction but i never expected this would happen.

I booked a ticket from mangalore to chennai today for 25th may, 2020 9:40am flight through indigo.
I was charged rs 2775 by letravenues technology for the same but haven't been issued a ticket yet!

flight ticket booked, payment done by google pay, money deducted, no tickets booked.

I booked a spicejet flight ticket for today from mumbai to madurai (1:25 pm) and the payment got deducted from my account but i haven't received any ticket.

Please look into this soon. I have attached the payment details that was done via google pay. You don't have a proper help section for this kind of problem. There is no customer care number. I hope this resolves soon....

irctc train ticket amount deducted but ticket not booked

I had booked 6 tickets from Chennai central to New Delhi ..RS 4947.70 has been deducted from my account on 26.1.2020 at 16.43pm .. It didn't ask for IRCTC final password...my booking couldn't be completed..my money is also not refunded still... kindly book the ticket or refund ASAP..

refund of money of booking failed

I have done total 3 transactions through ixigo aap for booking train tickets on 17.01.2020 out of these 2 transactions showing booking failed but it already over 7 days that not refund amount of both failed transactions credit to my bank account.

Total disputed amount 1126.81x2=2253.62/- which should be credit to my account.
