As indigo has changed the flight we cancelled, so indigo has refunded the amount but its not getting reflected in my account.
Kindly note this pnr number and transfer the amount at the earliest.
There are no numbers to contact ixigo official customer care, so i m entering in the complaint form.

    More than two weeks passed but did not get any refund
    When I was booking train on 12 March 2019 from jalandhar cantt to Jammu Tawi on Humsafar express I paid by Google pay but nor my ticket got confirmed nor refunded by ixigo

    I ankita walia booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to chandigarh dated 18th March, 5am. the flight was booked on 16 March at around 9:30 pm
    I made payment through BHIM upi from paytm.
    Money has been deducted from my account but no ticket ID has been received.
    Please reimburse my money as soon as possible.
    More than 2 weeks passed but did not get my refund and also not any other information

      My flight date was on 18th october 2019 at 8:00 am. On the day i headed for journey, but i was told from the counter that my flight was overbooked and therefore i have to cancel for which i will be compensated and i did the same. But on monday 21st october i was refunded with only rs.260, but my actual flight ticket cost was rs.8287. I couldn't reach the helpline for so long and finally i found this window therefore i request to kindly look into my problem and refund the amount which is yet to be refunded. Thank you.

      We can see that the refund amount received is after the deduction of the airline penalties. In such cases where the flight is cancelled by the airline last minute, a stamped endorsement copy is shared by the airline with the passenger.         Urgent/ Emergency
        I have booked flight tickets today for a trip Bangalore to Dimapur on 20/03/2020 through Ixigo App.
        I was forwarded to pay to Le Travenus Technology Private Limited. They have deducted ₹ 9240 from my account but my flight ticket is pending. The payment was done through PayPal.
        I have tried to call but didn't receive any customer care number on their app. And other numbers that I tried on Google are not working.
        Please help me to resolve this issue immediately.

        It's about 2 hours now but no news from them.

            I had done payment for three flight from ixigo app through my paytm upi it has been succesfuly transfered the amount to le travaneous private limited to their upi id:- [protected]@axisbank but not recieved my booking details in message nor in mail.
            So where is the issue money has been succesfuly sent to you but flight not yet booked or not. Even you do not have any helpline number which is worse again

              I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and choose upi i'd for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "time out" but in upi payment it showing payment is successful but i don't get a ticket debited amount 2835.40 date-14th march 2020 timing-3:38 pm and transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 2835.40 asap

                  Wat a thief site is this stupid ixigo... I will go to consumer forum i have booked my flight from bangalore to kolkata on an emergency situation my amount has been deducted from upi but got no ticket confirmed with airline they too told no flight booking is there i need my full money back as soon as possible

                  I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad and the payment deducted but the ticket has not been booked and the payment is 5735 through phonepe and it has not directed to the confirmation page and it has shown that try after some time and I request the ixigo to refund the amount as soon as possible because I need to book another ticket

                    I have booked a train ticket through Ixigo and same has been canceled. After 15 days also my refund amount has not been credited. Followed up multiple times and they have not responded against the transaction IXITR[protected]. Ticket booked on 26th February and cancelled on February 29.
                    I booked ticket from ixigo on 26.02.2020.My transaction was failed twice and amount rs.1297.6 + 1297.6 deducted from bank account. I not get refund of above amount till date.

                        On 8th March 2020, I tired to book flight tickets through IXIGO App. Amount of Rs 3, 575 got debited, but the booking was not successful and the ticket was not generated. I thought that the amount will get refunded automatically, so I went ahead to book another ticket. The 2nd time booking was successful. I need the refund of 1st one.                           I booked my train ticket on IXIGO from Secunderabad to Howrah and the amount got debited from Google pay and transaction was successful there but got cancelled in ixigo app.I haven't got my money back and it has a been 7 days and the AI Tara denies that the amount has been credited to their account but it has been debited from mine.it would be a great help if you refund my money as I am in dire situation.

                                  I booked 3 tickets from ixigo app. Railway tickets of train 12030 swarna shatabdi, 16:50-23:15 from amritsar to new delhi of 10th march 2019 and my money got cut twice.                                     I have book a bus ticket from ixigo app using my phone. The payment for the tickets has been confirmed by the google pay but there is no ticket or booking showing on ixigo app.

                                    I booked ticket on 6 march 2020.

                                    I want refund money that has been deducted from my bank account using google pay as you also see in the screenshot i have provided.

                                    Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done.Amount deducted is rs.458 .68/- on03.03.2020. Please refund the money asap

                                    Still no response from ixigo team after 24hrs please look into the issue and initiate my refund amount.
                                    I paid ixigo Rs 698.19 on 11th Feb through Googlepay but no ticket was booked . It didn't even ask my IRCTC password and before tht it went back to home page.
                                    My IRCTC id is richujs123 and the ticket I was booking was from ERS to PUNE. Please do something about the refund it's been 2weeks

                                      On 6 march 2020 i was making my booking through ixigo for ahmedabad to ratlam in train no. 19309, i paid the money but ticket was not booked. I want refund, not in ixigo wallet but to my bank account otherwise i am going to court for this company because in future i never want to book my ticket online through any mode or any app. Indian railway booking online is the worst thing in the world. This ixigo do not have any customer care no.
