On 8th March 2020, I tired to book flight tickets through IXIGO App. Amount of Rs 3, 575 got debited, but the booking was not successful and the ticket was not generated. I thought that the amount will get refunded automatically, so I went ahead to book another ticket. The 2nd time booking was successful. I need the refund of 1st one. Today is 10th, I neither received any notification from IXIGO regarding the refund nor am I able to contact the customer care. Transactionn Reference Number is[protected].
