flight refund

I booked a flight from da nang to mumbai for march 23, 2020. Booking id : ff[protected] through flipkart. Ixigo is the travel partner of Flipkart.

Malindo rescheduled the flight so I opted for refund.

As ixigo is the booking agency they have to raise RA to process the refund but they are not doing so and harrasing the customer.

I have been mailing Sumeet from Ixigo. Marking him in all emails...

ixigo transaction done but ticket not booked

Transaction done for irctc ticket on 1st march 2020. But ticket is neither booked nor money refunded. Not any transaction history shown on ixigo app. So please do the needful and refund my money. Transaction history on amazon pay is attached with this mail. But on the ixigo app nothing is showing. It even didn't asked for irctc password. So please do the needful....

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it was not reflected or shown any details but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with le travenues technology was successful". 1. My ixigo booking reference number is if[protected] and my pnr number is dpj4gr.. Indigo flight number 6e 2148 from del to sxr on 12 jan 20..

2. Due to bad weather conditions flight cancelled by concerned agency.. But the refund generated by indigo through ixigo still pending.. Payment still pending at ixigo flight payment.

3. Please do needful action against ixigo flight service. Document attached...

I tried booking a flight ticket from durgapur (Rdp) to mumbai (Bom) on 20th feb through upi (Phone pe). The ticket was being booked for 22th feb, 2020. My payment was done but my ticket was not confirmed. There was even no message of any flight ticket being confirmed. Please see to this problem and get my money refunded. refund not received yet. been 12 days.

Hi,

This is regarding the issue where i tried to book a flight ticket from ahmedabad to chennai for 27th february (Departure from ahmedabad on 27th and arrival in chennai early hours of 28th), the payment has gone through but i haven't received my ticket.

Ixigo said they will refund the amount within 7 days but it's been more than 12 days and i haven't received it. It is very frustrating that i have to keep...

deducted my payment

I recently had tried to book train ticket from vaishno devi katra to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.6925.40 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me.....

my transaction was completed, but the booking was left midway

I booked a train ticket in kota patna express, i completed the transaction procedure, but didn't complete the booking due to your timeout facility.
So i again booked a ticket in the train, this time it was confirmed. Its been 6 days since that transaction of incomplete booking, my bank history shows, you took the money, but there is no transaction history.
The amount deducted was 593.1 6
When will i get my refund back....

payment successful, didn't receive e-ticket

I tried to book a ticket in ixigo for a flight from hyderabad to kannur (11/02/2020). I made the payment in googlepay and it is successful. When i called the customer service, they told me to make a new booking and is not concerned about my money loss. I still didn't get my e-ticket and the flight is tomorrow morning. Please help if you are concerned......

Debited amount - 6925.49, date and time :08 feb 2020, 02:42 pm but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 6925.40 asap....
