I have booked the flight for bhubaneswar which is scheduled on 28th of March but it got cancelled due to coronvirus and indigo also refunded the full money back but ixigo is not cancelling the ticket and also not refunding my money which was initiated by indigo such a worst experience I'll surely file a case against u guys if I won't get my full refund

    I was trying to book a seat in go air flight for the date of 1st april 2020 costing rs 6974 through ixigo. But the money got deducted and the ticked is not booked. Could not find a way to contact the customer care of ixigo.

      Amid Coronavirus concerns, all trains till 14th April 2020 have been cancelled by Indian Railways.
       
      Don't worry! Refund for all existing bookings will be auto-initiated by IRCTC, 3 days after the nationwide lockdown ends.

      Please Note - Payment gateway charges & Agent fee stays non-refundable.

          I had booked air india ticket on 18th march 2020. (Pnr hxdqfg). Due to covid outbreak i had cancelled my ticket from kochi to trivandrum which costs 1173 rs. When i had called customer service they are not attending. The flight was on 20 the march 2020. Still the app is showing cancellation initiated. I want my refund amount as soon as possible. As govt has order that no cancellation fee will be borned from customer. So consider my complaint and refund it immediately.

              My air india flight AI 681 was cancelled and I had booked the flight through Ixigo. I had gone to the airport and spoke to the air india officials and they had ensured me that I will get a full refund of the amount. They said that they have not taken any airline cancellation charges. I was shown that a full refund option and given to my PNR number by the airlines. Ixigo is not providing me the full refund and are taking the airline cancellation charges. Please do the needful and ensure that I am given the full refund ASAP.

                Hi,

                I booked my flight ticket (Emirates) for march 22 2020 from dubai to kochi. But the flight is cancelled due to corona virus issues. Then i tried to cancel my ticket for refund and it showed that my cancellation was pending. And now it showed again booking confirmed. So i tried again for cancellation but i can't able to cancel my ticket for refund and its showing error while cancelling.
                I want my money back as soon as possible.

                    This is regarding due to current situation of (Covid-19) i want to reschedule my flight from banglore to ranchi on date 11th april-2020 at 11.30am departure from bangalore so please take this request and reschedule my flight to date 4th june and my returning ticket is on 20th april-2020 plz reschedule it on 15th june.

                    This is in reference to the Flight PNR <R7823M>.
                     
                    As per the guideline issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the advisory is applicable for all domestic & International flights where original travel period is between 23rd March 2020 - 30th April 2020. 

                    If you are holding a ticket between 23rd March - 30th April and you do not wish to travel, you need not call Air India or reach out to airport

                    No show charges will be waved off and your ticket will be protected at full value
                    Whenever, you finalize your date you can book your travel up to 30th September 2020
                    You can book your travel without paying any date change fee only fare difference, if any would be applicable by the airline

                    Don't worry! Whenever you plan to travel, you may reach out to us, and we will make date change simple for you.

                      I have booked my train on date 1st march 2020 with ixigo app from goa to kota by train no. 22413 booking id ixitr[protected]. But booking was canceled after paying. After cancelled train ticket i didn't get my refund. I also wait for 10days and also contact my bank. I didn't get my refund yet. One month passed and i'm only waiting for refund. No one is solving this.

                          I have booked 3 tickets to go to pune to tatanagar tyo go home for me & my brothers pnr as mentioned below we left home to reach the pune railway station but there is corfew in pune due to corona and police is not allowing anyone on road hence they cancelled our cab & drop us home in their own police vechile after that we havn't any option other than cancel the ticket but in subject with cancellation ixigo team refund nill, tried to contact team on chat but din't get proper response hence i am writing here.

                          Hope team will understand the panic situation in pune resulted i have cancelled the ticked.

                          Request support to refund the amount after deduction lumpsum or decent amount.

                            I was a booking a flight and was making a transaction through phonepe but phonepe showed money was sent to the merchant and it got deducted from my bank account also but i cannot trace the booking. As i had to urgently make a flight booking, i again made a transaction through paypal and it got confirmed. I want my initial phonepe amount to be credited back in my account and not to confirm the ticket as i already made the booking for the flight.

                              My tickets where booked from mumbai to renigunta and from tirupati to kolhapur and this trip was planned for tirupati darshan for 1 may so now the current situation is all the transport facilities and tirupati temple is closed and also the state government has stopped all the transport facilities due to corona virus so how can u charge us cancellation charges. Also tirupati temple trust is giving back us the special entry tickets refund back without cancellation charges so why can't you? And this is not our mistake so u kindly co-operate and don't charge your customers unnecessarily.
                              This against customer as well as government rule as state transportation facilities are stopped so u can't charge cancellation charges to us
                              Kindly take some actions on this and give me the refund back without considering cancellation charges

                                As i booked a flight ticket from patna to banglore, when paid through papal, it acknowledged to pay a cashback of 600

                                So i was supposed to get a cashback of around 600 in next 5 working days (Which i double confirmed on a call with ixigo customer support... Its hasnot been credited yet...

                                I was told it should be done in 5 working days, sadly it has not!

                                As i want to book train tickets for 4 persons using google pay in ixigo app and then tickets aren't booked but the money is deducted from my account. I waited for the refund of my money for 3 days but i didn't get my money back the exact date that i lost my money is 16 march 2020. Could you please refund my money back. You should be repair this type of problem in future and make it easier. I am a ixigo app user. I always use this app for booking trains i never face any this type of issues before like this.                                   Full description - i have booked a flight ticket with insurance from my friends ixigo account from kolkata to hyderabad, date of journey was 19/03/2020 and time was4:40 am (Air asia), but due to outbreak of covud-19 my meeting was cancelled on 18/03/2020 and according to that i have cancelled my ticket but it was showing that my cancellation is pending, i speak to customer care and they assured me that for this cancellation process it will take 24 to 48 hrs regarding this they have provided me a mail but today after 4:40 am which was the scheduled time of the flight i checked my status and found that my trip was confirmed. How this can be possible i initiated for cancellation even ixigo has given me a confirmation mail then how my trip is confirmed??
                                  Even insuring my flight booking with extra money i am suffering not expected such a fraud action from ixigo. I want my refund as soon as possible and please do the needful for developing your customer care.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app.

                                    Today i booked a ticked for samalkot to chengannu through your app and successfully made the payment.

                                    However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

                                    The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

                                    Order id:ixitr[protected] date:18th march 2020

                                    Can you please help?

                                    I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. 7250 Rupees got deducted from my SBI Account with Transaction ID P2003140923148397995935. I didn't get any ticket for the same. Could you please let me know when it will be refunded to my account.

                                      I have tried to book train ticket today through ixigo app, money paid through upi transaction id:[protected] dated 18march 2020 which was successful but ticket not booked. Ixigo do not have customer care number nor email. Numbers available on various sites do not exist. Irctc not received the money, hence ticket not booked. I want my refund if ₹1140.40/-.
