As i want to book train tickets for 4 persons using google pay in ixigo app and then tickets aren't booked but the money is deducted from my account. I waited for the refund of my money for 3 days but i didn't get my money back the exact date that i lost my money is 16 march 2020. Could you please refund my money back. You should be repair this type of problem in future and make it easier. I am a ixigo app user. I always use this app for booking trains i never face any this type of issues before like this. So i hope you do well

    Full description - i have booked a flight ticket with insurance from my friends ixigo account from kolkata to hyderabad, date of journey was 19/03/2020 and time was4:40 am (Air asia), but due to outbreak of covud-19 my meeting was cancelled on 18/03/2020 and according to that i have cancelled my ticket but it was showing that my cancellation is pending, i speak to customer care and they assured me that for this cancellation process it will take 24 to 48 hrs regarding this they have provided me a mail but today after 4:40 am which was the scheduled time of the flight i checked my status and found that my trip was confirmed. How this can be possible i initiated for cancellation even ixigo has given me a confirmation mail then how my trip is confirmed??
    Even insuring my flight booking with extra money i am suffering not expected such a fraud action from ixigo. I want my refund as soon as possible and please do the needful for developing your customer care.

      Dear sir,

      I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app.

      Today i booked a ticked for samalkot to chengannu through your app and successfully made the payment.

      However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully.

      The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending".

      I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. 7250 Rupees got deducted from my SBI Account with Transaction ID P2003140923148397995935. I didn't get any ticket for the same. Could you please let me know when it will be refunded to my account.

        I have tried to book train ticket today through ixigo app, money paid through upi transaction id:[protected] dated 18march 2020 which was successful but ticket not booked. Ixigo do not have customer care number nor email. Numbers available on various sites do not exist. Irctc not received the money, hence ticket not booked. I want my refund if ₹1140.40/-.

          As indigo has changed the flight we cancelled, so indigo has refunded the amount but its not getting reflected in my account.

            More than two weeks passed but did not get any refund
            When I was booking train on 12 March 2019 from jalandhar cantt to Jammu Tawi on Humsafar express I paid by Google pay but nor my ticket got confirmed nor refunded by ixigo

            I ankita walia booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to chandigarh dated 18th March, 5am. the flight was booked on 16 March at around 9:30 pm
            I made payment through BHIM upi from paytm.
            Money has been deducted from my account but no ticket ID has been received.
            Please reimburse my money as soon as possible.

              My flight date was on 18th october 2019 at 8:00 am. On the day i headed for journey, but i was told from the counter that my flight was overbooked and therefore i have to cancel for which i will be compensated and i did the same. But on monday 21st october i was refunded with only rs.260, but my actual flight ticket cost was rs.8287. I couldn't reach the helpline for so long and finally i found this window therefore i request to kindly look into my problem and refund the amount which is yet to be refunded. Thank you.

              We can see that the refund amount received is after the deduction of the airline penalties. In such cases where the flight is cancelled by the airline last minute, a stamped endorsement copy is shared by the airline with the passenger.                 I have booked flight tickets today for a trip Bangalore to Dimapur on 20/03/2020 through Ixigo App.
                I was forwarded to pay to Le Travenus Technology Private Limited. They have deducted ₹ 9240 from my account but my flight ticket is pending. The payment was done through PayPal.
                I have tried to call but didn't receive any customer care number on their app. And other numbers that I tried on Google are not working.
                Please help me to resolve this issue immediately.

                It's about 2 hours now but no news from them.

                      I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and choose upi i'd for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "time out" but in upi payment it showing payment is successful but i don't get a ticket debited amount 2835.40 date-14th march 2020 timing-3:38 pm and transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 2835.40 asap

                          Wat a thief site is this stupid ixigo... I will go to consumer forum i have booked my flight from bangalore to kolkata on an emergency situation my amount has been deducted from upi but got no ticket confirmed with airline they too told no flight booking is there i need my full money back as soon as possible

                          I have booked flight ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad and the payment deducted but the ticket has not been booked and the payment is 5735 through phonepe and it has not directed to the confirmation page and it has shown that try after some time and I request the ixigo to refund the amount as soon as possible because I need to book another ticket

                            I was trying to book my tickets from jaipur to surat on 9th march 2020 through ixigo app. 1st time payment done then also tickets did not booked (Booking id was ixitr[protected] screen shot attached). 2nd time again tried to book tickets again same incident happened (Booking id is ixitr[protected] screen shot attached) 3rd time again tried to book (Booking id is ixitr[protected] screen shot attached) that time also tickets not booked.

                              I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app. My payment mode is upi app after successfully paid via upi app, i returned to ixigo app where i need to enter my irctc password for the booking to complete, but ixigo app didn’t take to the irctc login page instead it went to home page of ixigo app. When i checked the transaction history of ixigo app, there is no failed transaction. I only have the evidence of payment receipt which i paid via upi app please find attached pay receipt of amount deducted in bank account. I need my full money to be refunded to my bank account. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

                                On 8th March 2020, I tired to book flight tickets through IXIGO App. Amount of Rs 3, 575 got debited, but the booking was not successful and the ticket was not generated. I thought that the amount will get refunded automatically, so I went ahead to book another ticket. The 2nd time booking was successful. I need the refund of 1st one.                                   I booked my train ticket on IXIGO from Secunderabad to Howrah and the amount got debited from Google pay and transaction was successful there but got cancelled in ixigo app.I haven't got my money back and it has a been 7 days and the AI Tara denies that the amount has been credited to their account but it has been debited from mine.it would be a great help if you refund my money as I am in dire situation.

                                    Hi,

                                    I tried to book train ticket in ixigo app. My payment mode is upi app (Google pay). After successfully paid via upi app, i returned to ixigo app where i need to enter my irctc password for the booking to complete, but ixigo app didn’t take to the irctc login page instead it went to home page of ixigo app. When i checked the transaction history of ixigo app, there is no failed transaction. I only have the evidence of payment receipt which i paid via upi app (Google pay). Please find attached the google pay receipt of amount deducted in upi app. I need my full money to be refunded to my bank account. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

                                      I recently had book flight ticket from bagdogra airport to mumbai airport through ixigo flight app and gone for upi payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.10763rs it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this.
                                      These don’t have a customer care service also. Please help me..

                                        And I have not get any kind of pnr number
                                        From my id : [protected]@gmail.com via ixigo i booked Bangalore to Dehradun and return tickets for which i paid 9955 which got deducted from my bank but ixigo did not show any tickets booked.
