Chhaganlal Dayalji Jewellers — Deduction of amount without supply of jewels(material)

A purchase was made throw my sbi debit card no.[protected] with chhaganlal dayaljee jwellers on 08/08/13 vide RRN:[protected] .An other and same amount is also debited from my same account just after this transection.The transection was made by RRN:[protected].No Receipt was given or Material supplied against this 2nd transection.
