i am having two fixed line connection in my name and numbre is[protected] and[protected] .both were dead for approximate 20 to 25 days in last month from[protected] to[protected].i had given complaint for[protected] on[protected] and i dont know my telephone number for[protected] because it was using only for internet puropuse. when your engineer came to my shop for rectifing the 42183962 line i ask him to rectify the internet line also .he told me to raise a complaint .i told him idont know the tel number .he told me it was back side in the bill.then isaw the number and given a complaint on[protected].after that i recived a bill for whole month usage and call charges. but still i am not at all dial a single call from this line so please verify that and inform me to how much i have to pay
