We purchased a normal black beads gold chain from Joyalukkas chennai on 16- Sep -2013.
Only after reaching home, we realised one bead is missing - and the chain when joined with dollar has become crooked.
Since for us telugu people black bead chain is auspicious, we visited the shop on again 18th, to get it rectified.
The sales people are most cunning ones, who said we will see whether we can be fixed it or not. He never gave an alternative if it cannot be fixed.
And most importantly, when the floor supervisor was summoned, he put forth allegation saying that damaged goods cannot be addressed. He said it in very rude manner. The Ground floor supervisor of such a big shop did not even have the common sense, of why would a person travel all the way for just 10.Rs missing bead.
The supervisor has No courtesy and behaved as if he owns the place.
They have a manager who sits in a closed cabin, who does not even bother to check in, when trouble is in place.
Shops without values can never survive in a conservative place like Chennai. No advertisement and money is going to retain them here.
This shop though has only gala and all smiles when you purchase a new piece, but when you go back for customer service - they are the worst of lot. It is better to rely on old chennai based shops like GRT, Nathella...
These traditional folks know how to respect and retain clients. Was this information helpful? |
