I want to let people know across the web my worst experience on so called online shop "jewelskart.com". This is really my worst experience while shopping online in last 5 yrs. It is almost 20 days since I placed a order on this shop but still I am not getting a positive response from them on when I will really get my delivery. Every time I call or chat with them they just give me a replay "We really regrade for the in connivance caused, we are giving a high priority to your order " etc etc. We are dispatching your order by next week, by the next day, by the EOD, by next 24 hrs and so many promises I can not explain here. But the reality is I did not got my delivery till now. I am really confused why they written "Fast Delivery" in their logo instate they should write "Slow Delivery" which really suits their service.
So I request you guys who is reading this complain please think thrice before placing a order on this site, otherwise you will really pissed as me. I really don't want others to be pissed like me. Was this information helpful? |
