Polo Club Watch — Faulty belt

Received my order [protected] which is of Grasim Kings Combo three days after order which is great but in that combo they provided a Polo Club Watch which is faulty. Belt of the watch is broken and dial a white spot.

Can you please look into this issue. My last experience with StarCJ was great but this issue ruined it all.
