I ( RACHNA GOEL #291, Sector- 40/A CHD) have started a kitty at Reliance gems & jewels LTD at sector- 17- c chandigarh on 14/07/2012 of rs.3000(monthly saving scheme). they asked us to pay 11 installments of Rs 3000 each and they will give 12 th installment free.we have paid all our 11 installments by may, 2013. it had its maturity on 15june.
On 7/07/2013 we went to them to take jewellery, while billing they are telling us that you have paid your installments after due date. while we have paid all our installments on the day when kitty was held ( as informed to us by a phone call) . They have not given any terms and conditions nor have they specified any such terms about the due date. they did not inform anything about the due date and on its maturity when we ask them they reply that they din't knew about these conditions.They are using fraudulent practices and misbehaving with the customers.
we thought that reliance is big and reputed brand but after having such a bad experience we are forced to go to consumer court.
Now, this is my last request if you can solve this matter as soon as possible or i will approach Consumer Court and this is my final dicision. Was this information helpful? |
