My name is B K Yadav.I bought one golden jhoomka costing Rs 55740.I was assured that it is a hallmark product and I was given a hand written bill.But later on when my friend took me to a show room,the shopkeeper confirmed that I had been cheated .I don' t know whether my complaint will have any effect but I got a platform to file a complaint.also I found out that the gold shop is not registered.
