SHUBH JEWELLERS — SHUBH Jewelers did not deliver my order of a gold ring after almost one and half month and showed a careless response.

I have just done my B.E. and Belong to a middle class family.
I placed an order of gold ring of 3.5 gram of design no. 2584 on 12 May 2013 at SHUBH (Swarnim Jewellers) at Bangalore, Karnataka.
The gold ring was a gift from my mother on my 23rd birth day which i could wear on my farewell on 28th May.
It was promised to me that the ring would be delivered to me within a max span of 2 weeks and one of the person will update me about the order by call. but I did not receive any call till the end of May and then I called at the first week of June asking for my order they asked for one more week. I again called on Monday afternoon of 10th June they again asked for 4 days. again I called on 15th June and they said that it will be delivered after 2 days. when I called after around 4 days they said it will be delivered at their shop on that evening. on 21st evening i directly dropped at the office without calling and they said it will come on 25th June.

I was been roaming and worried for more than one and half month now.. and there was not even a single call from the Shop holder in spite of requesting them to update me about the order each time i called them. but this should the heights of irresponsibility of the company towards the customer.
This has worried our entire family, mother used to get angry and stressed up because she somehow gathered one one rupee for my ring. and even when once i said on call that will file a complaint then someone said that ya do it.

I would request you to please take an action as soon as possible.
I would also request for the compensation of 1 Lakh on behalf of for all our worries and to stop such people from repeating this action because they think we will not take any action.
