[Resolved]  Valyoo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. — Incorrect item sent and no action being taken now

Hi, I had ordered and expensive watch on watchkart.com on the 9th September 2013, making a credit card payment. The ordered succeeded and I received the order on 11th Sep 2013. On opening the parcel I realised that the watch looked completely different from what I had ordered. I called up the customer care within 10 mins of receiving the order and informed them about the same. I was told that a reverse pick-up of the product will be done from their side. The watch was picked up from me on the 13th Sep 2013. The company has since then been telling me all policies of how long the process will take to complete. Now the issue is that I had ordered this watch for gifting it to someone. As my money was already stuck with watchkart, I could not purchase anything else. I could not gift anything due to the mistake of the company and now it seems like I am begging for the money that I have paid and they are making fun of me by telling all their policies.
