Zaveri & Co. Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad — Not actual return amount of ishtaa ladish ring

Dear Sir

I am Nilesh Prajapati working in Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation as a Assi Engineer now today my problem is describe below.
I was purchase ISHTAA ILR 0071-011 ladies ring at Zaveri & Co. Pvt. Ltd, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on dated 14/8/2006, Its bill no 02565 and paid amount 2970.00 cash. at purchase time sales man told to me its ring is life time free repairing and when u are returned to us then we r give u 85 % of original purchase value or 85% of current market price on this pice(whichever is higher). But now when I returned this ring Zaveri & Co. Pvt. Ltd sales man tell to me only gold value are pay to me, when I show guaranty card and its clear mention this condition on clause no (b). Also I have attached bill and guaranty card scan copy. So please do necessary action and reply must.
