[Resolved]  Kmp Toll Plaza, Palwal — Excess Amount Deducted by Palwal Toll Plaza

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that while I was using KMP from NUH to Palwal on 13th Mar'23 by my Car having registration number as HR26CV3503, I reached at Palwal Toll Plaza at around 0720 hrs.
The amount which was supposed to be deducted from my fast Tag account is INR 45 but Palwal toll Plaza deducted the amount from my fast Tag as INR 245 instead of INR 45.

you are kindly requested to please process my refund. The required image of my car and RC is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.
