Hii,
kotak mahindra bank linking unauthorized accounts to your mobile number.
so every day i am getting two message regarding some accounts balance statement.tried to call customercare over phone but the IVR doesnot have option to lodge complaint of non-account persons.it happens since six months.
and do not have a email address of customer care in internet also.
worst customer care and unauthorized practice.

    Hi, i have an 811 account which linked to ammerpet branch. After submitting every document asked by 811 agent my account activated.
    But after using the banking services for several months account got blocked due to unspecified adress issue. When reached to bank
    1. They asked me to submit name declaration form. Issue not resolved

    2. Later they said usually if account is frozen.. I will recieve the money that resemble my account through demand draft.. Waited for some time for d. D. Nothing happened.. Issue not resolved.

    3. Later when approached asked me to submit xerox of aadhar, pan&adress proof (4 wheeler driving license which has different adress than aadhar). Its clearly mentioned that to open 811 account i only need pan&aadhar. Issue not reloved.

    4.in the third attempt asked me to go for cpv (Contact point verification). I did that too at my room. Cpv done by mr. Chakri (Employee of kotak, credit card division). Even though its been 15 days since the cpv done.. There is no response from bank.

    5. I have reported in kotak helpline.. Still i need to recieve any response from bank.

    My acxount activated in the month of may of[protected]. Account blocked in 2018 january[protected] did it take 7 months for your verification team to find the issue with address after using the sevices for 7 months... Dont you verify at the time of opening itself.

    I doubt whether kotak staff is given suficient training to handle such simple issues... I lost hope for kotak..
    I have already complainted to national consumer helpline.

    If its not resolved my next approach will be ambudsmen.

    I have personally visited 4 times to resolve the issue.. And made no of calls to enquire the progress.. Nothing done by bank.. Seriously disappointed.

    I have withdraw-ed some cash from my credit card and i was charged cash advance fee and interest along with gst for both and i have paid the same, but in the next statement i was again charged with the interest for the same. Behaviour of customer care persons was also not good.

    very worst experience this is frood bank.
    i also facing same kind of service issues, also my account is in dormant state without any reason my advice to the customer do not believe that people .5 days has been passes there is not any solution from bank even there is no step taken from bank .

    kotal mahindra is the worst bank ever... they froze/blocked the 811 account just like that though provided and done with the KYC documents twice... though called/emailed and followed up for so many times... it is still the same and it's nearly 10 days now... Fraud bank with fraudulent activities

      I had registered a request with kotak loan customer care on 29h-jan-18 to close my personal loan account number spln59842984 against complain number 1-[protected]. I have been told the customer care that i need to wait for foreclosure letter which will be issued after 15 working days and i have clearly told them that i have the fund available with me in my saving account i want to close immediately and i will not pay any foreclosure charges as per t&c mentioned on the loan sanction letter.
      (0 % fc charges by paying from own source of funds through cheque.) i waited for 15 days and yesterday i. E. 16th-feb-18 i got the foreclosure letter and then the same day i visited the kotak loan karol bagh branch where my case was handeled by mr jatin marwa.
      I have shown him below asked documents to close my loan.
      1) mail from kotak receive on 16th-feb'18
      2) foreclosure letter
      3) loan sanction letter
      4) attested pan card copy
      5) my saving account cheque with my name printed on it.

      Then jatin marwa has demanded me to show the last 3 months bank statement of my bank against which i have to give my cheque for closing the loan.
      I have asked him that, firstly it was neither told to me as t&c and not mentioned on my loan sanction letter or agreement.
      Secondly he just went into the argument with totally unacceptable way of dealing the customer by asking irrelevant personal questions. He even said that how you have arranged the money to close the outstanding amount, i mean this ridiculous.
      He was not ready to close the loan by following the agreed t&c with me while sanctioning my loan which is against law and will have legal implications.

      Please waive off my foreclosure charges as i am ready to pay with my saving account cheque which is agreed by me while loan sanction as legal proof of my signature on it. But i am not ready to accept any further requirement or irrelevant queery from your unprofessional people.

        Helo sir... This is rupali gupta an old kotak mahindra bank customer... Few days ago i make transaction from kotak bank debit card... The transaction get failed... There is no amount came from debit card but the amount has debited from my account... Its more than 15 days but still i didnt get my refund... I make 2 transaction of 3000 each... Both transaction get failed... But the one amount of 3000 rs i got refund within 7 days but one amount of rs 3000 is still pending... I called to the bank exslecutives many times... They are not responding... Please solve the issue othwlerwise i will have to take strong action for this irresponsible behaviour of kotak bank...

          money debited from bank account through debit card but not credited to kotak 811 app

          Dear sir on 23 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 10000 the money was debited from my punjab national bank account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account.
          I had recieved error after the payment completed

          So kindly take appropriate action and credit my account into my kotak 811 account.

          Chq no.000007 for rs.90000/- debited from this account on 18.07.2014
          But the payee claims that the same has not been credited to him.
          I want to know where the funds have gone?
          I had raised the complaint with kotak bank (Interaction id 386806)
          But got just the reply that presenting banks stamp is there but cant provide account number. But as the presenting banks stamp is there, kotak bank shall give me the name of presenting bank instead of just saying that name stamp is there on the chq.

            Hi i was a customer of ing vysya bank since 2004. After the bank got acquired by kotak mahindra bank, i am getting unwanted calls for credit cards daily from the last 1 year. I would have blocked atleast 100 numbers but still i continue to get the calls from different numbers. I have opted for dnd with airtel but still i am getting the calls. Please suggest me on how to get away from these unwanted calls. Is closing the bank account the only answer?

              credit card - harassment by collection executives

The collection executives are harassing me like anything. On dec 22 a person by name vinod along with another executive have come to my house and spoke rudely to my sister.               Hi,

              I am Sachin Parab. My CRN is 62462089. I blocked my previous card and received new card. While blocking my card kotak customer representative asked me for CPP and I said no to it clearly. But still you guys activated CPP.

              I called CPP customer care, but they said my details with them not matching and they are not taking my request to deactivate.

              I will not pay any amount till CPP gets deactivate and CPP charges gets reverse.

              So take required action ASAP.

                We have used Kotak mahindra credit card and in 2017 they have give interest waver and we have paid remaining 25000 rs and my outstanding is 0 now, but finally they have blocked the card and not giving the NOC, and they linked this to the Car and personal loan account and not proving any NOC and had wasted so much time in customer care calls. Bad banking experience.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had a salary savings account with kotak savings bank. Based on my salary account i was given a credit card from kotak bank.

                    I had been making payments on the credit card account till August 2017, but due financial crisis i have stopped making payments on the account. I lost my job in Nov 2016, but still managed to pay on till Aug 2017. But due to financial crisis im not able to pay on my account.

                    Since then, my experience with your collection executives has started. I understand if there is a due on the account the collection executives visit my place and call me for the purpose of recovery of the amount. The bank has reported my account to cibil, charged huge late fees and financial charges and the started sending ur collection executives to my home since 1st month of default. I understand this is the usual process. But i need clarity on few things, and also i want to mention that i want to pay the amount i owe, but my situation has turned worst that for basic things also we are suffering so much an in this situation i fin it difficult to pay the amt. Nevertheless, i'm not denying to make payments. All i need is some time to get the situations better. In this scenario, i request you to clarify that if i'm not paying the amount, does the bank, or employees of the bank or the collection agencies of the bank have right to destroy my reputation in my neighborhood? Your collection team are continuously harassing me on the calls by ill treating me, talking to me an offensive, rude and abusive language. They call me continuously and some times out of office hours, at least 2 to 4 times they visit my house and there are atleast 2 people who visit my house every time. They come here to my house and shout on the top of their voices and they stand for few hours shouting they wont leave the house untill I pay them the amount. I have requested them and told my situation that im not working and no one in my home is working to help me. I have my elder sister and my age old parents at home. My dad is very sick and they talk to him rudely and abuse him. They demand money from him and discuss my financial matters with him. They also tell the watchman of my apartment, discuss my debt and shout in front of my neighbors which is even more painful.

                    From last three months, their torture has been increased. In all the situations I met them at my home and answered all their calls. But from last three months their torture has been increased. They are not even thinking that they are talking to a female. They directly say they get 20% of commission and question me why they have to loose it for my problems. In the month of December (after 20th)Vinod has come to my place along with another executive and spoke rudely to my sister when i was not home, immediately he called me and spoke to me very rudely. He was so abusive on the phone, he said i have used the money for my styles, Im a very responsible money and also spent money for home needs or basic things, im not a very who carelessly use money. He called me December 25th which is a non working day and spoke to me for about an hour, he was so rude and i was so helplessly requesting him expressing my inability to pay the amount. Immediately on Dec 27th 2 other persons have visited gopi. Srinivas was shouting on the top of his voice in front of my house, demanding to pay the money immediately, he was shouting wantedly, and revealing the amount i owe so all my neighbours can listen, he tortured me for two hours standing in front of my house, and shouting. Gopi, who came along with him started taking pictures of me, my house, name board on my house my apt and all. To which i have objected and then he deleted only one photo in which i was their.

                    Now, again on 19th and 20th Srinivas was calling me continuously and i was out so couldnt pick his call. I called him back and spoke to him explained him that i cannot pay and im in search of a job and will close it soon once i get some amount or a job. While i was talking to Srinivas Roa Alamuri, another person speaks out of blue abusing me, he says "nee battevazz mattalu appu" gollidana" shokulaki vadukunnava?he says he will spit on my face. He spoke to me very vulgarly. this is the second time he used this, back n december also he abused me for which i kept quiet. Vinod is so abusive, please listen to his calls he use so many bad words. But now Vinod has exceeded his limits, abused me and also insulted me a woman. Bharat and Srinivas on the call laughing to the vulgar statements he made. He said I'm doing time pass with all the executives who come to my house, tell them stories and all. He was asking if i can so time pass with him. He abused me and insulted me by talking in an offensive manner. He spoke all double meaning things with me. All collection people are so rude, but who has given you an authority to abusive and dishonor my dignity. Another person, by name Bharat says vinod will abuse u more who would not he abuse you, i[censored] want more abuses from him talk to him again.

                    As a woman, these 3 people Vinod and Bharath have disrespected my dignity and spoke to me very vulgarly, so i demand termination of these 3 people (Vinod and Bharat) . If you do not terminate these two people on priority i will definitely take these audios to the police station, she teams and will file a complaint on the bank and on your executives. I have all the phone recordings and the video where Ur executives spoke to me. I have tolerated all the insults, all the harassment for my helpless to pay the amount. If you do not take any action i will be forced to go to the police station and file a complaint with the SHE TEAM. You will have to terminate Vinod, he has no right to abuse a woman.

                    These 3 people, Srinivas, Bharat and Vinod also threatened me saying they will come home and take away all the things at home, they would take the TV, fridge and all the valuables at home, which law provides you to take all the things? Please not this is misguiding the law and you will have to punish these people who are misguiding people and harassing.

                      Last 3 months i was keep on pinging in FB and speaking wth your CSE, Still now I am not happy with your service. Every month i will receive a call from Kotak for credit card payment. November month i get a call from Kotak in that call some CSE speaking unwanted things in the call. After i raised a complaint in FB a snr.Executive Mr.Santhosh called but no use i asked him to check all call records still now no update. Again i started txting in FB to resolve my issue no one helping and only they are txting back to pay the due amount but I am ready to pay ma credit card payment in one shot now i paid 2 months due amount it's waste time nd my money. Your bank will collect only money from customers not ready to solve the problems which we are getting from Ur end. I want compensation from your end for your lethargic and worest service and wasting my money and my time.

                        This is informing you that in my account charging like TBMS,
                        and i have attached screenshot also. pls resolve and credit amount which you have debit,
                        I am very unhappy in this bank other wise we have to rise consumer court for this issues.

                        I want to know that why is this happened still i have maintained my account by transaction when i was opened my account in kotak bank the bank employee said to me that you maintain your account with minimum eight transaction and i have maintained minimum eight transaction from this account in every month so why katak bank deducted my money.

                          My credit cards bank was told me at the time of issue card that credit card is free for life time than also they charged me annual fees and i have requested to cancel the card but they told that first you pay fees and late payment charge with interest. They are harassing me to make the payment for which i am not supposed to be paying. Please help me. I have submitted the dispute forms and done all procedures but still problem is not solved.

                            My name is Nayankumar Dave. This is very strange incident happen with me and I am thinking this is kind of fraud incident by Kotak Credit card department. I did talk with customer care person of Kotak credit card department. Mr. Princkumar (Communication ref: 1-[protected] given by him). I have informed him about the incident and he said He is not convinced and not going to help me in this and not going to take complain about it. I am too much worried about it and want you please can take care of it.

                            Here are the details information.

                            I have done Balance Transfer on 8th Nov 2017 of amount 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470) and for that I have to pay 698 INR as a Fee (Trn#19999999981108599949520) and 125.64 INR GST (Trn#19999999981108599949520) on it, Total 823.64 INR before next statement date i.e 2nd Dec 2017. I have paid that total amount 823.64 INR (Trn#09999999981202000200073) on date 2nd Dec 2017 which is before due date. Now remain 20000 INR which I have to pay before 7th Feb 2018 as per Kotak Balance Transfer rules and there will be no interest charged if I pay 20000 INR before 7th Feb 2018.

                            After that I have taken again Balance Transfer of 30000 INR (Trn#09999999980108000320368) on date 8th Jan 2018 and for that I have to pay 1047 INR (Trn#19999999980108599921670) as a Fee and 188.46 INR GST (Trn#19999999980108599921670) on it, Total 1235.46 before next statement date i.e 2nd Feb 2018, Now for 30000 INR which I have to pay before 7th April 2018 as per Kotak Balance Transfer rules and there will be no interest charged if I pay 30000 INR before 7th April 2018.
                            so now I have paid 11235.46 INR (Trn#09999999980201001091219) on date 1st Feb 2018 so that my 1235.46 INR (Trn#19999999980108599921670) total due can be paid and Also 10000 INR additional payment for my BT of 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470), so now remain only 10000 INR from my side to pay for 20000 INR balance transfer amount which I took on 8th Nov 2017 and have to pay before 7th Feb 2018.

                            After that I have paid 10000 INR (Trn#09999999980205000692414) again on date 5th Feb 2018 to settle down my final payment of 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470) Balance Transfer which I took on 8th Nov 2017 and have to pay before 7th Feb 2018.
                            As above all scenario you can see that I have paid all amount as before due date, Only 30000 INR I didn't paid cause I have still time to pay as per Kotak rules it need to paid before 30th April 2018.

                            While I received my statement from credit card I found that they charged me interest of 12.79 INR (Trn# 19999999980215599873730) AND 2.30 GST on it (Trn#19999999980215599873730), I have called to customer care person about it to clarify why should I have got additional interest charges so they are saying that before another Balance Transfer request your fee of that Balance Transfer deducted from 11235.46 Payment so your remaining adjusted to your 20000 INR BT, so your Balance transfer amount settle with amount only 18764.54 and You have been charged interest for amount 1235.46 which is yet not received. This is really very ridiculous calculation of kotak system. Also customer care person told me if you wont pay it will keep charge additional interest on daily basis so I am really fed up with such fraud calculation of Kotak credit card system although as customer I am satisfying all rules. Also it is taking my credit score down which I think major issue so if possible can you please take such legal action against fraud calculation of Kotak Credit Card for charge unnecessary interest to customer. Although customer paying amount on before time. It will help us a lot and other consumer of kotak credit card won't face such issue. Thank you.

                              Today i received a call from kotak collection agency i felt as if some drunker bar girl is calling me. Pathetic language used by the executive. Don't have manners and don't have tonality to talk. Also she was using words like dekh li teri aukad tere paise bharne ki takat nahin hai to bol de. Tere ghar pe abhi insaan bhej rahi hu, jitna hai utna amount pura clear kar and hang up the call.
                              Inspite of they charging interest and finance charges and we paying the same they are calling and mentally harrassing us. This is my 3rd complaint relating to the same.

                                To whomever it may concern. I have taken credit card of 15k limit for which i paid more than 30k. This bloody ppl say and harass me like anything saying if i don't pay more 8k they will give a complaint and all. When that bloody bank ppl call me they are so rude and rubbish and wen i ask for settlement letter bloody ppl won't response and they behave like #. For their bloody mistakes am paying 8k more for that # 15k card. Really guy's this bloody bank is ridiculous and they don't behave like human beings. Bloody # no reason i have paid so much. When i told to share me a settlement letter they are acting like # and they have given a complaint against me and they are taking money. Bloody take those 8k am damn care about that # and seriously i will screw this now and i will give a complaint regarding this for sure [protected], [protected] this bloody ppl will call and act like #.

                                  Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 10000 the money was debited from my state bank of india account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account.
                                  On contacting customer care of kotak 811 they are saying that your money was credited on 18 february 2018. But i know its still not credit in my account.

                                  So kindly take appropriate action and credit my account into my kotak 811 account.

                                    I am also facing foreclosure problem with kotak mahindra bank. They are charging me 5% for closing my personal loan and again 18% gst. First of all there is no partial payment option for personal loan in kotak. They say we have flexible repayment options. I don't know what the hell options they have. Even after maintaining a long banking relationship, they are charging me a lot. I use kotak for my salary account. I will close all my banking relationships with them. I will suggest you not to go for kotak mahindra bank any banking purpose.
