I had a kotak credit card, which is now blocked due to non payment of bills. I have lost my job and from last 5 months im unable to make payments on the account. The collection executives are harassing me like anything. On dec 22 a person by name vinod along with another executive have come to my house and spoke rudely to my sister. I called him on the same day and spoke to him, he was so rude and abusive. He conferenced the call with bharat another executive who threatened me of legal action. On dec 25th again, which was a non working day, vinod called me abused me so much, he said he will spit on my face, he said as im a defaulter i have no authority but just listen to him and his abuse. He used so many bad words on the phone that day. Again on dec 27 2 persons, by name sriinivas alamuri and gopal have to come to my house and started shouting on the top of his voice, insulting me. He was shouting and demanding to make payments on the spot. He insulted me so much in front of my family and neighbors.
On feb 20, srinivas called me and i was talking to him and explaining him my inability to make payments, without intimation he gave the phone to vinod, who again used very filthy language. As a woman i cant explain, he not only used bad words but disrespected and spoke double meaning and asked me to time pass with him if im not able to pay. He spoke to me in very offensive manner and the words which he used have mentally tortured me so much. I have all the call recordings and videos for all these haŕrassment by these executives. I understand the collection executives will talk rudely even though they are not supposed to but what i dont understand is how can they talk so cheaply with a woman, using all double meaning dialogues. Im a woman with great self respect and no one is supposed to talk to me in this way. Please suggest any action which will help me get justice. I want to file a case against them.
