My credit cards bank was told me at the time of issue card that credit card is free for life time than also they charged me annual fees and i have requested to cancel the card but they told that first you pay fees and late payment charge with interest. They are harassing me to make the payment for which i am not supposed to be paying. Please help me. I have submitted the dispute forms and done all procedures but still problem is not solved.

My kotak 811 sb a/c no. [protected] was debited for rs.118/- on[protected] as charges, i have opted for e-statements only and have not received any hardcopies of the statements, as it is a digital savings account, i request to credit the said amount to my account asap.

    Hi,
    My name is Nayankumar Dave. This is very strange incident happen with me and I am thinking this is kind of fraud incident by Kotak Credit card department. I did talk with customer care person of Kotak credit card department. Mr. Princkumar (Communication ref: 1-[protected] given by him). I have informed him about the incident and he said He is not convinced and not going to help me in this and not going to take complain about it. I am too much worried about it and want you please can take care of it.

    Here are the details information.

    I have done Balance Transfer on 8th Nov 2017 of amount 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470) and for that I have to pay 698 INR as a Fee (Trn#19999999981108599949520) and 125.64 INR GST (Trn#19999999981108599949520) on it, Total 823.64 INR before next statement date i.e 2nd Dec 2017. I have paid that total amount 823.64 INR (Trn#09999999981202000200073) on date 2nd Dec 2017 which is before due date. Now remain 20000 INR which I have to pay before 7th Feb 2018 as per Kotak Balance Transfer rules and there will be no interest charged if I pay 20000 INR before 7th Feb 2018.

    After that I have taken again Balance Transfer of 30000 INR (Trn#09999999980108000320368) on date 8th Jan 2018 and for that I have to pay 1047 INR (Trn#19999999980108599921670) as a Fee and 188.46 INR GST (Trn#19999999980108599921670) on it, Total 1235.46 before next statement date i.e 2nd Feb 2018, Now for 30000 INR which I have to pay before 7th April 2018 as per Kotak Balance Transfer rules and there will be no interest charged if I pay 30000 INR before 7th April 2018.
    so now I have paid 11235.46 INR (Trn#09999999980201001091219) on date 1st Feb 2018 so that my 1235.46 INR (Trn#19999999980108599921670) total due can be paid and Also 10000 INR additional payment for my BT of 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470), so now remain only 10000 INR from my side to pay for 20000 INR balance transfer amount which I took on 8th Nov 2017 and have to pay before 7th Feb 2018.

    After that I have paid 10000 INR (Trn#09999999980205000692414) again on date 5th Feb 2018 to settle down my final payment of 20000 INR (Trn#09999999981108000690470) Balance Transfer which I took on 8th Nov 2017 and have to pay before 7th Feb 2018.
    As above all scenario you can see that I have paid all amount as before due date, Only 30000 INR I didn't paid cause I have still time to pay as per Kotak rules it need to paid before 30th April 2018.

    While I received my statement from credit card I found that they charged me interest of 12.79 INR (Trn# 19999999980215599873730) AND 2.30 GST on it (Trn#19999999980215599873730), I have called to customer care person about it to clarify why should I have got additional interest charges so they are saying that before another Balance Transfer request your fee of that Balance Transfer deducted from 11235.46 Payment so your remaining adjusted to your 20000 INR BT, so your Balance transfer amount settle with amount only 18764.54 and You have been charged interest for amount 1235.46 which is yet not received. This is really very ridiculous calculation of kotak system. Also customer care person told me if you wont pay it will keep charge additional interest on daily basis so I am really fed up with such fraud calculation of Kotak credit card system although as customer I am satisfying all rules. Also it is taking my credit score down which I think major issue so if possible can you please take such legal action against fraud calculation of Kotak Credit Card for charge unnecessary interest to customer. Although customer paying amount on before time. It will help us a lot and other consumer of kotak credit card won't face such issue. Thank you.

      Today i received a call from kotak collection agency i felt as if some drunker bar girl is calling me. Pathetic language used by the executive. Don't have manners and don't have tonality to talk. Also she was using words like dekh li teri aukad tere paise bharne ki takat nahin hai to bol de. Tere ghar pe abhi insaan bhej rahi hu, jitna hai utna amount pura clear kar and hang up the call.
      Inspite of they charging interest and finance charges and we paying the same they are calling and mentally harrassing us. This is my 3rd complaint relating to the same.

        Hi,
        To whomever it may concern. I have taken credit card of 15k limit for which i paid more than 30k. This bloody ppl say and harass me like anything saying if i don't pay more 8k they will give a complaint and all. When that bloody bank ppl call me they are so rude and rubbish and wen i ask for settlement letter bloody ppl won't response and they behave like #. For their bloody mistakes am paying 8k more for that # 15k card. Really guy's this bloody bank is ridiculous and they don't behave like human beings. Bloody # no reason i have paid so much. When i told to share me a settlement letter they are acting like # and they have given a complaint against me and they are taking money. Bloody take those 8k am damn care about that # and seriously i will screw this now and i will give a complaint regarding this for sure [protected], [protected] this bloody ppl will call and act like #.

          Dear sir on 17 february 2018 i had funded my account in kotak 811 app using my debit card with rupees 10000 the money was debited from my state bank of india account but it is still not credited into my kotak 811 account.
          On contacting customer care of kotak 811 they are saying that your money was credited on 18 february 2018. But i know its still not credit in my account.

          So kindly take appropriate action and credit my account into my kotak 811 account.

            I am also facing foreclosure problem with kotak mahindra bank. They are charging me 5% for closing my personal loan and again 18% gst. First of all there is no partial payment option for personal loan in kotak. They say we have flexible repayment options. I don't know what the hell options they have. Even after maintaining a long banking relationship, they are charging me a lot. I use kotak for my salary account. I will close all my banking relationships with them. I will suggest you not to go for kotak mahindra bank any banking purpose.

                  This sk rahimuddin ur new coustmer i got kotak bank new aecount. I have use debit card only one time in month u people taken debit card charges 177 rupees this is not crroect please close my account in ur bank with out charge and please refund my charge amount u people said that time

                    I was holding the credit cards of abn amro and barlcays bank for the period from 2007 to 213. Due to some unwanted circumstances i was settled those account which is shown as settled under phoenix abc private limited in the cibil records. Now i came to kow that phoenix arc pvt. Ltd. Has been taken over by kotak mahindra bank.
                    The account details are as under.
                    1) a/c no. R1cp452211 (Settled) principal write off is 31, 697/-
                    2) a/c no. B2co714996 (Settled) principal write off is rs. -57/-
                    3) a/c no. R1cp297865 (Settled) principal writ off is 25, 132/-
                    Now i came to kow that phoenix arc pvt. Ltd. Has been taken over by kotak mahindra bank.
                    Now i would like to go for full closer of this a/c and get update in the cibil with removal of settled tag.
                    Total payable is coming to 56, 829/-. I am ready to clear this whole amount in one time. Kindly sent me offer letter for full closer of above accounts.

                    And I also got email of amount transferred but my friend didn't received any amount from my side
                    I add money through my SBI debit card to my Kotak bank "fund my account" section...once at 8th February Rs.1000 and again it happens at 13th February...the amount deduct from my account and not add to Kotak bank and not refund to sbi account...plz refund my amount Rs.2000 as soon as...transaction I'd as follows:[protected] and[protected].

                    I was transferring 5400 to my Friend's account using kotak app on 14 Feb 2018 and I got a message of failure but my account debited . I an trying to reach customer service number but it not connecting.

                        I have one account in kotak mahindra bank and account no is [protected].
                        Now i have balance rs.1600 and bank shows its but not allowing to transfer me in credit card our in any other accounts. Bank officer wants cash money where as i want on line transfer to credit card payment.
                        Bank illegally hold my account and for their benifit they insists me for cash.
                        I need help for such illegal process.
                        Also who will bear interest for such delay.

                          Hi,

                          I have an issue with my credit card and i tried to raise this complaint to kotak bank. But none the online ways to raise complaint are working.
                          Only home pages are there but if you continue it will some error or it shows "page not found" errors.

                          Please find attached images of kotak grievance form and after filling the form it says "page not found".
                          Kotak is not supporting any of the complaints form. Kotak mahindra bank is cheating its customers very nicely.

Sr#1-[protected]). Hence please do have a look at the issue and request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              Kotak took over an excess of ₹3315 without any prior notice from my salary account for the payment of my credit card where an emi have been already arranged. I spoke with a guy on 2/2/2018 regarding this he stated that he have requested to refund the balance to my salary account which would be within 15 days but there is no response till date. I have been passed from pillar to post till now

                              I have spoken with another agent on 5/2 called Ratamesh who promised that the refund would be done in my salary account within 24 hours and I dont have to worry and prior to that I was promised for a call back from the manager on 4/2 which I never received. Then luckily the manager called Abdul on that same day and explained that he raised this a request to refund the excess amount back to my account and he would also compensate for all hassles within 24 hours the amout would be transferred to my credit card. After 24 hours nothing happened then as usual I had to call them and spoke with another agent who stated that request for refund have been cancelled as no excess amount was taken so case is closed without speaking with me. The utter nonsense was again shared by same manager called Abdul on 6/2 that he raised this request to the higher team who would transfer the excess amount to my another credit card where another payment is yet to be made and this would be done within 3 working days. The company have provided such shocking customer services that I had to again call them yesterday as Abdul was not bothered to call me after 3 working days and spoke with a lady called Gyanisherm who promised to arrange a call back from Abdul within next 4 hours and the best part that call back never happened. To the most surprising part along with all the dispute the collection team had the audacity to call me and speak rudely for demanding of the payment in my card and the lady Anjali is simply disgusting as she don’t know how to speak with their customers. Please train your collection department guys and then hire people. The most surprising part its more than 24 hours I haven’t received the call back from the manager Abdul. I’m utterly disgusted with your customer services. All managers and agents are bunch of liars and the collection department lady Anjali is the worst person I have ever spoke as today she threatned me that my account would be blocked if the payment is not made today. Now this has to resolved within 24 hours as I’m no longer waiting anymore and don’t you dare to block the account.

                                I have applied for credit card in the month it's almost more than 40 days and the status it's showing being processed from last 30 days. Can tell me what is the meaning of it. My app reference no. Is[protected] i got message on 8-1-2018 saying check your application status after a week. But still i am seeing being processed. Who do i contact regards this for exact reason and contact number

                                  Surprised to see that even without acceptance of kotak credit card application that was sent to me on mail, card have been issued on my name. Furthermore card was not received but sms of due amount got on mobile.

                                  1. How card can be activated even if it is not received.
                                  2. False information given by credit card sales executive that there will be no charges for the card.

                                  Kindly do not let your reputation down in the banking sector

                                    i am poor consumer of your Kotak mahindra bank who have a salary account with account number [protected]. your bank has deduced lot of money from my account which was others money they kept in my account to do the transaction. whereas all the money is deducted. its a serious issue here. i will get jailed for this if you guys dont help me and return all those. so many times you guys took from me but this time its others money please undderstand and refund it to me please.
