cw fee charge fraud

I've opened an account at kotak 811. At that time they said its zero balance account. You dont have to maintain the balance. Now i've received the message that your account has been debited. When i checked transaction reference it says cw fee reference number tbsm. They charges 29.50 rs for 5 times. What should i do now? Should i close my account or something else?...

We have taken a pl from citi finance bank of 24 k in 2006 for 24 moths after that we have paid 16 emi's citi finance was permanently closed we have reach to them to pay the emi's in their office but their officer doesn't take the emi they telling the bank was officially closed.
So many years later the kotak mahindra bank was calling for that remaining emi's & calling abusive to me, my wife & my children, they doesn't have manners...

I have applied for credit card in the month it's almost more than 30 days and the status it's showing being processed from last 25 days. Can tell me what is the meaning of it. May i know what kind of pin you are generating every month without my concern. not allowing me use my own money

I have a bank account with Kotak mahindra bank which is a salary account opened by my current employer.

On 30th Jan 2018, there was a fraud which took place on my account and the money from it was withdrawn VIA ATM in New Delhi whereas I was in Mumbai and the cards were in my possession.

I complained this to police and Bank. Bank Blocked my debit channels and after submitting few forms I got the money back in...

Got a message from kotak saying the emi through ecs has bounced, where as my account had more than sufficient balance the day emi was to be deducted. There was no transaction from kotak for this. Later i called kotak customer care and the executive told me that there was some technical issue and my emi will be auto deducted without any bounce charges. Till date that has not been deducted and i continuously getting messages/emails...

I would like to make you noticed that i have received call after 7:30pm, when i asked your advisor to callback tomorrow business hours than he became rude & hangup the call & immediately send sms & email about rejection of requirement without any reason.

Hello,

I am requesting for the bank statement from last one month in mobile app. It is showing as the request is submitted, but am not getting any mail regarding that.
It is very urgent for me to get the bank statement a lot of procedures are pending just because of bank statement. I tried to contact the bank but number is getting busy all the time. I am very disappointed about this service.

time out at atm still money deducted

Tried to take out some cash from pnb atm at dharamtalla road, the atm showed a timed out transaction still money got deducted from the two attempts i made at the atm for withdrawal of cash. My crn is[protected]
Please look into the matter soon.
Pnb is also requested to install slips which are always unavailable in the atm.
The deductiom msg showed up after half hour of moving from the place......
