My PAN No. is AHPA4462H and I am working as a LIC agent at Raipur and also residing here. I have filed income tax return for the year 2006-07 ( assessment year 2007-08) but till date I could not received the refund of the income tax for the period. I file my returns at Income Tax Department Raipur. Through registered post I had requested for refund but could not received the reply till date.
Kindly refund the allowable amount of refund at an early date and also refund interest amount if I am eligible. If there is system of ECS payment, kindly remit the same to in my Punjab National Bank, Raipur A/c No. [protected].

    I had given many application to branch No 892 Kurla for trasfer of my policy to thane branch No-91J since last one and half year but they are not doing their work and every time they are forcing me to fill the revival form and this is the fifth time when I got letter from them to fill revival form again.Sir last four time I have filled the form and submmitted to that office but now it is beyond my tolerance power.       I am to state that am in correspondence with CB No.7 and 10, for non-settlement of Matured Policies, as shown below:

      - no response, inspite of numerous requests made through post/email AND vague replies by staff concerned - when contated over phone.

      The policy which was under SSS in the name of my spouse has been settled belatedly, and a cheque has been issued on self & spouse, and cheque has been returned back in April 2007 with a request to issue cheque on any single name instead of joint/names. We indicated our consent to fulfil any conditionality for this or else pledge our current policies for security purpose, if called for.
      No response yet, one year passed - inspite of continued purusation/correspondence.

        while paying premium for the ULIP policies, LIC brances are not accepting premium. but advsie to go to that or this branch for technical reasons, that server is some where else. When will they be truly networked, as they claim?

        this happens after a prolonged wait in the que to pay 10k or 20k.

        many branches do not have full-time designated cashiers to handle cash function. they are working on an adhoc basis is an insider info.

        such a fin. monolthi does not have full time cashiers to handle its cash function in many of its units - isn't a shame for this big brand in life insurance?

        You are correct. I am myself a victim of this "Server Down" nonsense
        and it mostly happens with the LIC Money PLUS (ULIP) Policy.

        Is there any way of paying the premium (ULIP Policy) without having to go through
        all this . Can we pay the premium online ?

          I have complained to Chairman, LIC of India against Sri S.S.Prusty LIC agent that he has miss utilized the amount of Rs. 2, 10, 000/- which i handed over him through pay orders in favour of LIC of India. He handed over me court affidavit in which he confessed all his deeds. I complained to LIC of India( All Heads) with all documents. more than one year passed but LIC of India has not taken any action against him. i am not only the victim person but he cheated many persons. All are complaining against him but LIC is not taking any action against him. These persons are silent killers. Immediate action to be taken against him.As LIC is not taking active part i request you kindly do need ful.

          Were you able to get your issues resolved with SBI LIC? I am running into the same problems where a Life Insurance policy was cancelled within the cancellation period but they are not refunding the premium we paid. We have complained to the Chairman of SBI and CEO/MD of SBI LIC with no response. Please let me know if and how you were effective in getting your matters resolved with SBI LIC for the benefit of myself and others like us who are being cheated by SBI LIC.

In my A/c says cleared the echeque in licindia at 18/10/2008. Mean while I checked my account. But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website.           we have paid our policy premium for 2007-08 for my father and mother policy and when the time came for the next policy we came to know that the policy has lapsed and we didn't even received a single reminder notice from the life indurance company .Now when we are complaining against the agent they are not taking any kind of serious action against the agent .. i have expereinced really a very bad experience with the LIC INDIA.

              Sir,
              I have paid my 1st premium in April 2007. In the receipt it was spesified that the units allotted will be informed subsequently. But so far no intimation received.Now i have paid my 2nd premium in April 2008. But i have informed that units allotted will be informed subsequently. I got the only certificate for the money plus investment on payment of 1st premium. Till date i don't know how many units are allotted even after one year. I was told that i can access licindiaulip.com for details. but there is no site as such. kindly itimate how i can check units allotted to me atleast after payment of my 2nd instalment.

              my policy no is[protected] lic money plus-doc 24-/03/07 with premium of 25, 000. I have paid three premiums as of now.
              but till date, LIC has not intimated me the units alloted, the NAV for the units alloted.

              kindly mail or post the details for the three premiums.

              Yes, same thing happening to me, may the concerned people take quick action

              Even i had this problem, but i found out the soultion myself, pls check if this is informative for u

              just go to LICs website www.licindia.com, create a new login id by clicking the new user link.

              after creating the user id and password, login with that and after u login check the page to the left side u will find enroll policy, fill the details by just giving the policy number and the number of policies and enroll it

              after enrolling, just click View Enrolled Policies on the left side to view your policy details that has your units allotted and u can check NAV on the LICs site by clicking plan NAV tab on the top of the page
